Star Wars: Empires rise and fall

Waking up on a strange ship? Understandable. Waking up to robotic entities defining me as their supreme commander? Explainable. Waking up only to find that said ship is about to pass the event horizon of a monstrous black hole? Bullshit! ____ This story will be about our MC (Marcus O’Neal) finding himself in a universe once thought fictional. Starting with only a Harrower-class dreadnought, read as Marcus will build an empire within the unknown regions and once again show the galaxy the strength of the technology produced during the Great Galactic War! ____ I clearly don't own Star Wars, The cover does not belong to me and if the owner wishes for me to change it then let me know. ——— So I guess I need to inform you guys that Marcus will not like aliens, he will view himself and humans in general are better. You will see aliens enslaved, killed, and so on. (This message was brought by haters who want to describe Marcus as hitler for simply thinking Humans are better than aliens. Fictional aliens, aliens who are not real…)

The Emperor of Mankind contemplated on what blessing he could give his Proto-Emperor. He could simply manipulate his perspective and allow him to see his mother once more and even have a short conversation with her in hopes of his Kin accepting his new life.

Doing so would allow his Kin to ease his burden of suddenly finding himself in a foreign universe. The God-Emperor however decided otherwise as his Kin would need to accept reality with his own power.

He could also connect his kin to himself and allow a Psyker to be sacrificed to his Kin instead of himself. No doubt this would weaken himself as he would not reach the necessary quota but a thousand Psyker's happily sacrificed themselves to keep in 'alive'. They would be a worry at first but they would quickly sacrifice more in his name.

As quickly as the thought came he acted on it. Each day his Kin would be empowered by the daily sacrifice. The God-Emperor knew that most of the energy from the Immaterium or the Warp would be lost during the transition.

He also allowed most of the sacrificed memory to pass on as well but made sure to limit the more 'personal' ones as he did not want his kin to develop an identity crisis.

As he did this, Marcus who was preparing to return to the prison cells suddenly collapsed while his eyes turned foggy.

At first, Marcus thought the Jedi Knight had something to do with this sudden predicament but as he found himself within in pitch black room he was 'attacked' by golden thread-like energy.

He wanted to dodge the thread but he was soon engulfed by what could only be described as absolute authority and power.

The Golden thread had already sunk into his chest before he could even move his body. However, the pain which he was expecting did not follow but instead fear, the black room was rapidly be engulfed by a Golden Energy while a voice echoed.

"YOU HAVE SERVED ME WELL. YOU WISHED FOR POWER AND I SHALL GRANT IT." Marcus could not even talk as before himself stood a man who was ten feet tall dawning a majestic suit of armor wielding a golden sword of fire.

Marcus' fear was natural as this man before him was the Emperor of Mankind. Suddenly a Golden Energy passed along the thread and entered inside him.

"YOU ARE CONNECTED WITH ME. I'VE BLESSED YOU WITH MY PSYKER POWER. EACH DAY YOU WILL BE EMPOWERED MORE." Soon a Golden inferno engulfed everything threatening to annihilate everything before suddenly vanishing.

Marcus suddenly jolted awake with cold sweat as Golden energy was seeping into his body.

Marcus already understood the Golden inferno was a warning, The God-Emperor would never allow him to become stronger than himself and if he suddenly defied his authority in his universe then only death would await.

Marcus calmed himself and began thinking.

'A Psyker is a conduit to the Warp, and psychic powers basically work by imposing the Warp onto the Materium. So do I actually draw it from the Warp itself or from the God-Emperor himself?' Marcus put this thought on hold as it was time for him to return. Marcus wanted to experiment with his newfound powers but until he was alone and without distractions he would reframe from it.

Within a prison cell, you could see a Jedi Knight looking towards a sweat-covered Wookiee.

"Krrsikk I know you are uncomfortable but I need you to remain calm alright? We will find a way out of here and when we return to Coruscant we will inform the council of our findings."

The now identified Krrsikk simply voiced out his thoughts in his native language. Suddenly the Jedi duo brought their attention to a doorway opening revealing Marcus.

The Jedi Knight 'felt' something different but could not describe the feeling coming from his captor, the best way he could describe this feeling was sensing another Force User but he felt something cold and dark within Marcus.

Marcus glanced towards his prisoners and noticed the Wookiee covered in sweat.

"Now that you had some time alone can I assume you will be more cooperative? Otherwise, I don't mind serving you Wookiee Steak. I'm not cruel enough to deny you food now." Hearing his sarcastic remark caused the Wookiee to voice out his defiance but Marcus ignored it.

Marcus only looked towards the Human Jedi Knight causing him to realize his captor was not joking about feeding his padawan to him. With no other option, the Jedi Knight put his head down and spoke.

"If you promise not to hurt my padawan ill cooperate..." Marcus just smiled at his troublesome prisoners but deep down was surprised.

He honestly thought that the Jedi Knight would channel the Dark Side in hopes of escape which was why he had droids stationed outside the room.

"Well let's get to it, shall we? How many Jedi are there?"

The Knight hesitantly spoke.

"To my knowledge, there are ten thousand of us. We patrol the galaxy and we have small outposts, temples spread throughout the stars. One such temple is the Green Jedi..."

Marcus tried remembering such information regarding the 'Green Jedi' but was unable to recall.

"Only ten thousand? For a Galaxy housing trillions of lives, your order only has ten thousand Jedi? That kind of pathetic don't you think? Well, tell me about those green Jedi while you are at it." Marcus knew quite a bit about Star Wars but not 'everything' in which was why he asked questions he already knew of.

"Corellian Jedi, or Green Jedi as they were known during the Cold War, was a reclusive sect of the Jedi Order serving the Corellian sector. They are known for their distinctive customs and practices, the Corellian Jedi are highly independent and separate from the Order's central governing body, the Jedi High Council. Holding the well-being of Corellia over that of the Galactic Republic, the Corellian Jedi often butted heads with our Order over how certain situations should be handled and where their duty lay." Marcus processed this information and soon enough began asking random questions.

(A/N: I'm going to post this here as it's too much for the Author section.

I'm going to be busy with work over the week so I will not be able to write chapters for the time being. Had to wake up early just to write this chapter for you guys and I'm still tired so I'm going to take a nap before I head out for work.

I'm not sure if my explanation of how the God-Emperor transferred a part of his power is actually possible so just roll with it.

The next chapter should showcase Psyker abilities and whatnot so until then I'm sure you will find something else to read until I'm back.

Anyways I'm going to bed now.)
