Chapter : 4 Switch switch!

The moonlit sky painted in an eerie shade of red, casting an ominous glow on the ground covered in a mysterious liquid substance as Darian walked cautiously, his eyes scanning the surroundings. A creepy sensation crawled over his body.

A rhythmic clicking echoed in the air—click.clcickclcick...

Abruptly, the fluttering sound of wings filled the atmosphere, and Darian turned to witness a swarm of bats approaching. "Is Batman coming?" he exclaimed, shielding his face as the winged creatures passed by.

Suddenly, a hot breath grazed Darian's neck from behind. "I am not Batman; I am..." whispered a mysterious voice, the words trailing off, lost in the unsettling ambiance.

"Look at you, your body is enticing. It almost makes me want to eat you," uttered a mysterious pale hand with long, menacing nails, playing with Darian's chin and lips. Frozen in place, Darian felt the hand trail down his shoulder, gripping his fingers.

"Unmm unmm," Darian tried to speak, but his words were silenced as he couldn't hear them himself. The mysterious figure continued, "Do you have something to say? Here speak" The voice whispered.

"You gay bastard, get away from me!" Darian shouted, breaking free from his silence.

"Gay? How dare you say I am gay. Don't you dare compare me to those weird hooligans," a stern reply echoed as Darian felt his body constrict in pain.

"Then why are you touching me like that?" Darian questioned.

"Touching your own body doesn't mean gay," the whisper countered. "In my whole life, I never let a man close to me, except for myself. Do you understand? Never compare me to those." Suddenly, Darian woke up, finding himself in bed, his face covered with sweat.

Darian awoke to the ethereal presence of Skele, who floated near his head. Skele's words echoed with a mischievous tone, "Did you enjoy your wet dream?"

"Dream? Thank goodness it was just a dream. What nonsense about a wet dream? It was a horror dream," Darian retorted, feeling lingering touches on his lips, chin, and hand.

"Oh, come on. Don't lie. You were literally rolling in bed, indulging in some erotic self-touching," Skele teased.

Ignoring the bizarre accusation, Darian shifted his focus, "What about the black heart? Did you put it inside my body?"

"Of course. Can't you feel it? Your real heart on the left, the black one on the right," Skele confirmed.

Just then, a clicking sound interrupted the conversation. A beautiful lady with black hair, wearing glasses and possessing a captivating figure, entered the room with a trolley of food. Swiftly, she placed the food on the table and began cleaning the room with supernatural speed, teleporting from one spot to another. She left the room, closing the door behind her.

Darian, bewildered by the peculiar scene, questioned, "What's with that maid?" Thoughts raced through his mind, and suddenly, a pain struck his head as memories flooded in.

"Good morning, Master Darian. I am Emilie. From now on, I will bring your food and keep the room clean," the lady had said in a soft tone during a previous encounter.

With a dismissive tone, Darian had responded, "No need for greetings. Just leave the food on the table, clean the room, and avoid unnecessary conversation."

The recollection brought clarity, "So she's the maid who took care of this bastard," Darian mused.

Darian's eager inquiry pierced the air, 'Can I start absorbing those Vampire powers?'

Skele, the seasoned guide through mystical realms, reassured, 'Of course, just pass some of your energy to that ring.'

As Darian channeled his magical essence into the ring, an unexpected force drew him inside. Now confined within the ring's ethereal space, he faced a colossal container holding the Vampire Body.

Skele's sagacious advice echoed, 'I'm opening it; absorb only as much as you can without forcing it, or you might injure yourself.'

As the container's glass parted ways, an enigmatic energy, accompanied by a haunting red mist, spilled forth. Darian, momentarily paralyzed, seated himself and closed his eyes, surrendering to the spectral invasion.

A disembodied voice resonated within Dylan's mind, 'Finally.' Abruptly, Darian winced, clenching his right hand. Crimson veins webbed across, tracing a path from hand to neck and then face. His right eye glowed a menacing red, and a fang elongated.

With a sinister laugh, the unknown entity declared, 'Hahahaha, I finally have a body.'

Skele, disbelief evident, questioned, 'It's impossible! How are you still alive?'

The voice disclosed its survival, 'Jesus' lackey really thought I would die. I hid my consciousness in a cell in my body, poised for a triumphant return.'

Darian, grappling to control his own vessel, demanded, 'Give back my body, you bastard!'

The malevolent force scoffed, 'Give up, you idiot. Your resistance is futile.'

Agony wracked Darian as his remaining half began its transformation. A descent into darkness ensued, only to be punctuated by a sudden brilliance. Darian found himself in an immaculate, white expanse. His other body, ensnared in golden roots, hung suspended.

Musing aloud, Darian remarked, 'Wait, can I switch my body now?' A resounding boom heralded a space obscured by smoke.

Skele's urgent counsel rang out, 'Hold on, Darian. I already closed the container. Resist him; he won't be able to take over your body.'

As the smoke cleared, a figure emerged – a man with black hair and black eyes, naked on his knees, coughing.

Skele sought clarification, 'Did you switch your body?'

Darian affirmed, 'Yes, I did. Now I don't feel any pain, and my body seems under control.' Confidently, he rose from his previous vulnerable position as skele used some magic to give Darian some clothes since he was naked.

As Darian rose to his feet, he closed his eyes and found himself back where his second body was placed. The Lucifer body, now infused with the stolen powers, was bound by golden roots.

"Bastard, what did you do to me?" the vampire shouted, attempting to break free but futile in his efforts.

"Suits you better," Skele remarked, appearing out of nowhere.

"What is this? Free me now, or you will regret messing with me. I can take over another body of yours!" The vampire seethed with anger.

"Oh, really? I don't think so. You aren't powerful enough to possess two bodies at once. Plus, the body-switch control is in the hands of Darian. Even if you try to take his another body, he will just switch the position, and you will be trapped there forever. The golden seal is embedded by Jesus; you can't break that," Skele confidently explained.

Back with Darian, sensing an advantage in his situation, he grew confident. "So, vampire, are you going to give back the body or not?" Darian demanded.

For a moment, there was silence. The vampire smirked, "Fine, I will stay here sealed forever, but I won't give you back the body," stubbornly refusing.

Bewildered by the vampire's decision, Darian knew his plan would mess up without that body. A sudden idea struck him as he looked at the vampire with a cold glare. "Are you sure you won't give back the body?" Darian questioned.

The vampire, shocked by the glare, turned his head in a different direction, ignoring Darian without giving him a look. "I won't. That's my final decision," he declared.

"I see. I hope you won't regret it," Darian said as the vampire grew curious about Darian's intentions. The vampire slightly turned his head, trying to see what Darian was doing.

Suddenly, the vampire shouted in desperation, "Wait, why are you putting your hand over there? Wait, why are you pulling the zip, and now you are sliding your hand inside. What are you planning?"

As a shadow fell on his face, the vampire, his eyes shrouded in horror, exclaimed, "No way, you can't do that. That's a sin."

Darian smirked devilishly as he exclaimed, "Now vampire could you like a spray of mayonnaise."

The vampire, attempting a peaceful approach, responded, "You monster! This is your own body. Show some self-respect."

Darian dismissed the concern, "I'll just take a bath, and it'll be over. I'll be clean." He continued, "Are you ready? I said, are you ready?" Darian shouted, his enthusiasm growing.

"Noooo! I'm giving back your body! Please don't do that!" The vampire pleaded as a mysterious shadow vanished.

Returning to the ring space with his Lucifer body, Darian insisted, "Now, can you leave my body?" Despite regaining his form, his half-body still bore a vampire resemblance.

"I can't leave your body. I don't have much energy. Just absorb some from my body, and I'll depart," the vampire explained.

"Just do it. There's nothing he can do anyway," Skele commented.

Darian began absorbing energy, as the transformation slowly vainshed. Opening his eyes, he mused, "I don't think it's absorbing anymore."

Skele advised, "You need to train your body to absorb more." Suddenly, black smoke materialized, taking the form of a human with a head and hands but no legs. The smoke coalesced into a vampire wearing a red coat. "Haa, I'm back," Lord Ebonfang Dracul announced.

Confused, Darian asked, "What's going on?"

"Thanks to the black heart energy, I can sustain myself like this without a body," the vampire explained.

"Let me introduce myself; I am Lord Ebonfang Dracul," he declared with an authoritative aura. However, Darian yawned in disinterest, while Skele harbored an inexplicable urge to beat him up.
