The dinner went on quietly as everyone focus on their meals and Elina busy placing food on kamlyn's plate.

Of course Olivia wasn't part of this, her mind was in a turmoil, restlessly pondering about matters that wasn't hers to deal with in the first place.

Her mind just kept wondering off to what kamlyn yang was doing in the Lu mansion for crying out loud. Can't she just have a smooth plan?.

Her absentmindedness was traceable in her moves and expression. She looked so lost.

"Olivia dear, aren't you eating or are you not satisfied with the meal?" Elina asked after noticing her for a while now.

"Oh.... no Aunt I just…spaced out sorry." Olivia explained with a fake laugh while darting her gaze between Ethan, Kamlyn and Elina.

"That's okay child you should eat before thinking about anything okay?" Elina gave her piece of advice.

"Sure Aunt, I understand." Olivia replied with a nod and smile.

Everyone went back to their meal silently, Elina kept on placing food on kamlyn's plate.

"Kamy dear, I remember this was your favorite dish right, you used to make me prepare them for you when you were coming over. You still love it right? here have some." Elina said as she placed some sweet and sour pork on her plate.

She hoped for a positive response from kamlyn but nothing came from it.

Kamlyn stared quietly at the dish then after while she shifted her gaze back to her plate without a single expression on her face.

The whole dinner hall became so silent after Elina statement, they were all waiting to hear her response but were disappointed again. Everyone, well except Ethan who continued his meal like nothing at all was his business.

This incident made Olivia more curious than ever. What was really going on? she needed to find out, and that she must!.

Elina released a sad breath. She knew this would happen but she just wanted to have a try.

"Errmmm." Louis cleared his throat to get everyone's attention.

"Ethan I heard you are with the details the doctor gave out?" Louis stated with a question.

"Yes father." Ethan replied as he understood what his father was talking about.

"Good, you will send them over to me later. Your mother will handle it. It will be too much work for you to handle. We will discuss about this more later." Louis declared.

Ethan just nodded quietly with understanding.

Kamlyn knew well enough that they were talking about something related to her, Though she don't know exactly what it is about. But if she is not wrong it has everything to do with her.

Ethan stood up quietly. "I am done." He said before heading upstairs.

They were not surprised that he didn't eat much, he rarely even come down for dinner They all knew he only came today because of Morris.

"Wait you haven't eaten much yet, you should eat some more." Olivia who was not aware of this fact immediately stood to stop him gaining everyone's attention with a weird expression on their faces. Axel almost let out a laugh.

Ethan halted his steps before turning to look at her. And like nothing ever happened he continued his way upstairs.

Morris and Axel were inwardly dieing with laughter. What does she think was doing?

Even his own mother can't make him do things then who the hell is she? Hilarious.

"Dear don't mind him, that's just the way he is." Elina said with a convincing smile as she tried to cope the situation. She could clearly see the awkwardness written on her face.

"Oh don't worry Aunt, I don't mind." Olivia said trying to put on a nonchalant front.

They were interrupted when Kamlyn suddenly stood up silently.

"What's wrong dear, are you okay?" Elina asked with concern after noticing her movement.

Kamlyn just gave a nod and continued to walk away till she evacuated the hall completely.

She climbed the stairs with an absent mind. Her mind was nowhere connected to her right now, God knows what she was thinking about. She just kept walking slowly, her gaze focused in front but still looked so lifeless.

Suddenly she came in contact with a firm and broad wall like substance. No it doesn't feel like a wall at all. After the hit, she felt herself falling backward and it was too late to grab on to something neither could she voice out a shout, she closed her eyes tightly expecting a fall.

Just when she thought she was going to land on the ground, she felt a strong arm around her waist before she was smoothly pulled up against something strong and muscular.

She slowly open her eyes, her gaze first of all came in contact with a broad and muscular chest which she was tightly pressed against. She slowly traced her gaze upwards till her eyes met with his.
