HER THERAPIST

After putting kamlyn to rest, Elina motioned for Axel who was present all through, for them to leave.

He bobbed his head in response and they both exited the room, leaving kamlyn to sleep soundly.

When they were out. "What did you say to her?" Elina asked after they were a few proximities away from the room.

"I didn't say anything wrong, I just told her that I came to check up on her and make sure she don't do anything stupid." Axel responded.

Elina sighed before throwing another question at him. "Is that all?" She asked with a raised brow.

"No, I told her not to take uncle and aunt's demise like she's alone but we are all together." He explained with a sad expression.

"Look, what you did was not wrong but you did it at the wrong time." Elina explained her point.

"Mmmm I understand I will apologize." Axel muttered.

"Not now, when she gets better." Elina responded with another sigh.

"Oh, I get." Axel said as he fully got her point now.

"Have you guys gotten in contact with her therapist?" Elina voiced out as she almost forgot that.

"No, bro has the details he will contact him."

"Okay, where is he, he should send it to me and his dad because he will be very busy, so adding kamlyn's care to his schedule won't be right." Elina brought forth her idea.

"I will inform him once he is back mom." Axel replied.

"He went out? to where? Don't tell me he is still at the office." Elina asked worried for her eldest son.

"I don't think he went to the office mom, he will be back soon." Axel muttered.

"Okay if that's the case, I will go make sure dinner is getting ready." Elina concluded as she walked out.

Axel left the vicinity shortly after Elina left.

On their way to the residence, Ethan and Morris discussed a little about business. They were on their way to the Lu mansion. Morris decided to come over for dinner since it had been long he saw the Lu parents.

The car steadily drove into the residence as the sound of the engine slowly died down.

Ethan stepped down with Morris beside him, and they both made their way into the manor.

Elina who was assisting the maids to set the table quickly turned towards the entrance when she heard some footsteps.

"Oh my, Morris son so good to see you again." Elina voiced out with clear surprise etched on her face.

"Aunty, I missed you so much where is uncle?" Morris replied as he strode over and hugged Elina.

"You missed me yet you could not visit huh? your uncle isn't back yet he went out but he will arrive before dinner starts." Elina said to him.

"Aunty you know I was busy, my parents want to kill me with work." Morris whined playfully.

"You silly boy, you haven't changed." Elina responded after smacking his head a little.

The drama went on resulting in their ignorance of the other guest seated in the living room.

Ethan who was not involved in that drama of theirs noticed her earlier but decided to keep shut with the thought that it wasn't his deal to bother with. He calmly made his way to his room. But unfortunately was interrupted.

"Hi Ethan." Olivia mumbled as she rushed over to his direction. Making him halt his steps.

He turned toward her with no words and just stared at her thinking she would finish what so ever she wants to say.

But she just stood silently scrutinizing him with that dreamy eyes of hers, oh how she wished this man would be hers.

"What do you want?" His deep voice brought her out of her reverie.

"Noth...thing, I just wanted to greet you." She stammered out of fright.

"Mmmm." That was all Ethan replied before he resumed his steps, but was interrupted again.

"I came on behalf of my Dad, he said to send his condolence as he couldn't make it here. And I am sorry too, you lost your uncle and aunt I also came to give my consolation." She muttered instantly changing her expression to that of a pitiful and sad one.

"You don't have to, it's not needed." He replied coldly and walked away.

Olivia stood flabbergasted by his attitude. When she saw Elina she quickly mumbled. "I am sorry, If you want I will leave." She quickly played her hurt girl card.

Elina who was still chatting with Morris, heard what Olivia said. She made her way toward them with Morris behind her.

"What's going on?" Elina asked.

"Nothing aunt, I just came to deliver my dad's greetings and condolence.

"Oh, okay dear won't you stay for dinner?" Elina asked.

"Oh, no aunt I will be going now." Olivia quickly rejected as she glanced at Ethan.

"No dear you will stay and that's final." Elina insisted as she dragged Olivia towards the dinner Hall thinking Ethan was the reason she refused.
