Shigaraki and Himiko stare at the man in shock. The hero killer's identity had never been uncovered, yet here he is just confidently stating who he is as if it's normal dialog. Shigaraki doesn't wait and quickly sends a shot of mist at the self-proclaimed Hero Killer but before it reached him, the mist disappeared almost immediately which surprises Shigaraki. The Hero Killer pulls out a notebook and began looking through the pages, seemingly looking for something and Shigaraki quickly tries to trap him in his decay but for whatever reason, his quirk wouldn't activate. Shigaraki looks at his hand and begins to get nervous before looking back at the villain who smiles at Shigaraki's expression and extends his arm out. "Looking for this?" he says and to Shigaraki's horror, the mist of decay comes out from the Hero Killer's hand. "Did you steal my quirk?!" Shigaraki asks in disbelief and the Hero Killer laughs. "I can't do that you fool. It's a bit different but still effective." Deku says before deactivating the quirk and flipping through the pages of the book. He finally stops at a page before smiling. "The Disintegration Hero: Tomura Shigaraki. Real name, Tenko Shimura. I have been studying you closely ever since my first kill." Deku says before closing the notebook and walking to BA who is breathing heavily. Arriving in front of her, he slaps her and she looks at him, confused and angry while shocked that she's still alive and they both lock eyes before he walks back to Shigaraki.
Toshinori takes this opportunity to desperately get away from the heroes and he falls next to BA before shakingly getting up enough to sit down. "Who is he?" BA asks. "Our last resort. It's finally the end, Tomura Shigaraki will die." Toshinori says before he begins to chuckle. Deku walks towards them and Shigaraki tries to quickly think up a plan of action when Deku pulls out a gun and points it at them while continuing his walk towards them. "Without your quirk, a simple gun becomes dangerous Shigaraki. I suggest you give up because you can't defeat me." Deku says and Shigaraki ignores him and continues to think when Himiko puts her hand on his shoulder. "Calm down, we can do this." Himiko tries reassuring Shigaraki but then Shigaraki realizes that she still looks like him, meaning her quirk is still working. "Cover me." he whispers before turning back to Deku. "Why are you helping out Toshinori?" Shigaraki asks. "I had no intention of helping him until he offered to give me the opportunity to kill the number 1 hero of my home country. How could I resist such an enticing offer?" Deku replies before growing a maniacal smile. "Do you think I don't know what you're doing?" he adds before firing at the ground near Shigaraki. "I know you are planning to escape, so I made a few preparations before coming in today." Deku says before pulling out a remote. "Did you think I came alone? I brought some friends as well, disguised as officers. They were the first responders and they have every bystander nearby, including two little girls that may be important to you. They go by the name Sachi and Ai Shimura correct?"
After the names of his daughters came out of his mouth, he and Himiko froze and shockingly the smile Deku had faded into a serious look. "I'm too tired to even smile at this point. My point is that we have your kids and every bystander in our hands, although they think they're safe with the police officers, they aren't gonna like when I click this remote." Deku finishes and this angers Shigaraki who bit his lip from his helpless position. Himiko enraged by his statement, managed to encase him in decay.

These words were heard by everyone as BA stares in shock and realizes she can't activate her quirk and Deku walks out of the encasing, unscathed. "He took Anarchy's quirk." Shigaraki says.
Deku walks and stares at them both with a blank expression. "I'm going to make a deal with you both. Don't run away and I'll let the people live but we will have a battle to the death or run away and everyone else dies but you both live to fight another day. What will it be, heroes?" Deku says before standing right in front of Shigaraki. Shigaraki grabs some dirt and throws it at Deku's face and he wipes it off before smiling. "I love how predictable you heroes are sometimes." Deku says turning to Toshinori. "Do it." he says.
Toshinori then calls out to Mab in his head. "I hear you. So are we ready?" Mab asks in Toshinori's head while his physical body is still unconscious. "Begin" Toshinori replies when suddenly a giant hole appeared in the sky of their world and in the dorms of UA in the world Meliodas and the others were in. It appears in front of Mineta, in his room while he was masturbating and it scares him to the point he screams, put his pants on, and runs for the door, catching the attention of everyone inside who rush to see what happened and Mineta, looking like he saw a ghost, pointed at his room. The other students look inside and aside from the lotion on the table and tissues everywhere, they saw the portal. Meliodas, Ban, Kuro, Ray, Lemillion, Seo, Haruki, Eri, Horiko, and Kuroshi all just arrived and looked into the room and saw the portal and inside it they could see the Shigaraki, a second one, Toshinori, BA, and a man with green hair all surrounded by rubble. "That's Tenko!" Seo says before pushing the other kids out of the way to allow them to see it more clearly. "What's going on?!" Ray says and the others look in shock and Lemillion looks on with anger. "This is a threat." Lemillion says and they all turn to him. "Shigaraki looks overworked, the second Shigaraki next to him should be Himiko and she too looks overworked, this could only mean that he's showing us this to threaten us or it could also be a declaration of war." Lemillion says and they all turn back to the portal, looking on.
"Dad and Miss Himiko are taking really long. I'm getting worried." Ai says. "Don't worry, Ai. It's dad, he's the most powerful there is. No one can beat him and with Miss Himiko with him, they're unstoppable." Sachi replies, trying to reassure her sister. Ai calms down a bit when an officer walks up to them. "I'm sorry to disappoint you girls but your father isn't going to win." the officer says. "What do you mean, he's the number 1 hero. He always wins!" Sachi replies, refusing to accept that their father could lose. "He's dying as we speak. I suggest you two go see him or else you'll never see each other again." the officer replies which scares Ai who believes him and rushes to the entrance of the now destroyed park and Sachi chases after her. The officer smiles a sinister smile before turning back to the remaining bystanders.

Deku uses New Order before dashing at Himiko and kicking her away. "She's all yours" he says to Toshinori who smiles before flying towards her. Deku turns back before releasing his mist. "Let's see how long you last against your own quirk." Deku says before firing a shot of mist at Shigaraki who dodges and rushes at him. "Even quirkless, your resolve is impenetrable, Shigaraki." Deku says before suddenly appearing in front of him and punches him to the ground, causing a small crater to form. "Killing you with your quirk would be too quick, I'll need more to satisfy my needs." Deku says before picking him up and slamming him into the ground again and again. "A bit of torture is in order." he says before forcing Shigaraki's arm out and slowly turning his forearm, causing it to dislocate from his elbow and he screams in pain.
Toshinori quickly finds Himiko and she tries to attack him but Toshinori quickly grabs her hand with Black Whip before punching her to the ground. Toshinori picks her up before throwing her back into a large pile of rubble and she coughs blood and her vision slowly blurs as Toshinori begins to walk forward with a large smile on his face.
Deku slowly dislocate joint after joint on Shigaraki's left arm. He screams in pain again and again as Deku finds slight amusement in his screams. Those watching in the MHA world can't do anything but watch on with anger, sadness, and disgust. Ray slams on the portal, trying desperately to think of a way to save Tenko before turning to Eri. "Send us back, Eri. We need to save him!" Ray pleads. "Even if I sent us back, we'll be too far from the fight to make it in time. The portal will only open, where we opened it the first time, meaning we will go back to the house and we don't know where they are fighting as well so we won't be of any help to them." Eri replies and Ray slams his fist into the wall. "I'm sorry, Tenko. Please don't die on us!"
Deku pulls out his gun before aiming it on Shigaraki's leg and firing, making him scream in immense pain but his screams were overturned by a louder cry. "Dad!" a voice calls out and both Shigaraki and Deku turns in the direction of the voice and to Shigaraki's horror, he sees his daughters running towards him. "Get away!" he yells but they kept on moving but were stopped when Deku fired a warning shot that landed near their feet. "I guess God is smiling on me today." Deku says before shooting a bullet into both of Shigaraki's legs and standing up. "What are you doing here? Shouldn't you be with the kind and trustworthy officers?" Deku asks. "Get away from them you psycho!" Shigaraki yells before using his right arm to crawl towards the girls. "Both of you, Run!" He yells more, trying desperately for his daughters to escape but they won't move.
"Don't hurt our dad!" Ai says before grabbing a rock and throwing it at Deku, who pauses for a second after realizing it cut the side of his cheek. He starts to smile and grabs the crawling hero and dragged him up on his feet. "What are you going to do if I keep doing it?" Deku says before a mist begins to surround his hand and expanded to surround Shigaraki's entire left arm. The decay was slower than normal, making his entire left arm decay slowly and he screams from the pain it caused. His daughters watch in horror as their father screams in agony and Ai begs Deku to stop but to no avail and Shigaraki falls to the ground after his entire left arm was destroyed and he grips the spot where his left arm was as the pain continues. Ai couldn't bear to see her father in this agony and in her emotional state, she ran towards Deku, reaching out her hand when suddenly a black liquid bursts from her hand onto Deku's face before suddenly exploding, blasting Ai back, knocking her head on the ground and leaving her unconscious. Shigaraki was blown back as well and Deku was thrown back and the side of his face was burned from the explosion. He screams in pain from his injuries and Shigaraki crawls forward and sees the liquid Ai released was disintegrating the ground around it. Sachi rushes to her unconscious sister and Deku turns to them both, enraged by Ai's actions. He runs towards them and Sachi quickly picks up her sister on her back before trying to run with Deku giving chase. Shigaraki gets on his knees, with his eyes bloodshot red, his blood nearly coating his entire body, with every ounce of strength he could muster, forced himself to crawl forward towards him. Toshinori's arm gets disintegrated as Himiko tries desperately to hold him back but he quickly regenerates it and slams her back into the ground. He steps on her arm and began crushing it. She screams in pain as the bones in her arm break and she tries to grab Toshinori's head but to her horror, her time ran out and she turns back to normal. Deku quickly catches them and throws Sachi on the ground, she drops Ai on the ground but quickly rushes over to her, holding her unconscious sister in her arms. Deku releases the mist which surrounded the girls in seconds. "NOO!!" his cries ring. The echo responded with sheer cold silence. Tears fall from his eyes as he calls out to his daughters but no one responds. The realization that his daughters are dead shatters his world as if it was like a fragile sheet of glass. "They're dead." the words that rang in his head a thousand times a second as he reminisces the literal years he had spent with them and the mere minutes it took to take them away. He's broken and no amount of repair can fix this fracture. Tears fall like a waterfall and spread like a virus to those watching. Haruki cries in the arms of her grieving husband. Ray slams his fist into the floor as his tears fall and he wonders how much a failure he had become as Seo tries to console him. Lemillion holds back his tears as his heart fills with a new hatred for a new enemy he had discovered. He knew that no matter what, he will find that man and he'll rip him apart with his own hands. Ban and Meliodas watched without their smiles, their jokes, their confidence. They watched with genuine sadness and anger that Kuro had not seen before.
Shigaraki forces himself up as his bloodshot eyes, relay a sinister message of bloodlust, and hatred. Shigaraki holds out his right hand when suddenly a black spike of condensed decay stabs Deku in the back of the shoulder and he quickly turns around to see an enraged Shigaraki. "Shit, I ran out of time!" Deku says to himself as he blasts a barrage of mist at Shigaraki but he counters with his own physical decay which penetrates the mist and nearly stabs Deku. It appears like Shigaraki's quirk had morphed itself into something new. He had created a physical spike that disintegrated anything it touched. The only reason Deku hadn't been disintegrated was because of BA's quirk. Shigaraki limps towards Deku and encases them both in decay, preventing Deku from escaping. "You asked for a battle to the death, I'll give you what you want and drag you to hell myself!" Shigaraki yells before encasing him in decay. Deku tries to escape and counter-attack but to his surprise, nothing happened and the decay started to take effect. "I don't understand, time isn't up yet! Why can't I use her power?!" Deku says before screaming in agony from the effects of decay which seemingly was slower than normal. Deku near death looks above the crater and sees a man in a mask, staring in his direction. "Eraserhead, I should've known you were still-" Deku says before finally disintegrating.
Himiko nearing death's door sees Toshinori about to finish her off and BA walks towards them also. "It's over." she thinks to herself. Toshinori raises his fist for his finishing blow when a man rushes in with a sword and moved so quickly he sliced off Toshinori's arm and stabbed him in one of his hearts in almost an instant. Toshinori falls back, vomiting blood and Blood and Anarchy quickly tries to activate her quirk when she immediately vomits blood as a line forms on her neck and her head falls to the ground. Her body follows shortly after and the man turns to the now injured Toshinori. "We meet again you freak." the man says before slashing the air to remove the blood on his blade. "Who are you?!" Toshinori asks baffled at this monster's incredible strength and speed. "You don't recognize me?" the man asks before getting closer and removing his mask. "How about now?" the man asks and Toshinori is left speechless. "It's been a while since you killed me, Toshinori." the man says. "Stain, how are you alive?!" Toshinori says. His words left Himiko shocked. "Chizome?" Himiko asks and he turns around to look at her. He was Chizome but he was different. His skin was grey, his iris were red, he had black wings on his back, his eye mask was still stained with his blood from his fight with Toshinori. "I'm home." he replies before turning back to Toshinori and slamming him into the ground. "I will finish you now if it's the last thing I do."
Shigaraki falls to the ground, breathing heavily and severely injured. He tries to crawl to where his daughters were last. He crawls to where the remnants of the mist were and began to cry, he hoped to at least find their bodies but that was also seeming incredibly unlikely but then a dim light could be seen under some rubble. Using his quirk, he destroys the rubble and right under it. A beautiful light struck his eyes as if a goddess had descended before him. That light he realized was an orb and inside the orb were his daughters, both unconscious. Tears fill his eyes once more as the orb disappears and he rushes to them and he realizes they were alive. His eyes bawled as he hugged his daughter's bodies. Toshinori quickly escapes and Stain helps up his wife, before carrying her back. The sun shines brightly on them as they successfully save everyone. Stain smiles and everyone cheers back in UA at their victory. As cheers and tears of joy are shared among them all, Lemillion releases a huge sigh of relief before leaving the room. It's finally over, the heroes won.

He can copy the quirk of someone he locks eyes with and it will temporarily nullify the persons quirk for 15 minutes. He can use their quirk for a total of 30 minutes and has a total capacity of 3 quirks however each quirk added reduces the quirk nullification time by 1 minute.
