Ace Copeland's POV
As I glanced in my rearview mirror, I noticed Meredith's car executing a sudden, sharp U-turn, tires screeching on the asphalt. Without hesitation, she accelerated, swiftly transforming the quiet street into a blur of motion. Intrigued and sensing urgency, my instincts propelled me to follow suit, keeping a close distance despite her lead.
"Sir, it seems she is heading to the hospital," the driver observed, his eyes fixed on Meredith's determined circuit.
"Yes, you are right," I acknowledged, my concern growing. Reacting swiftly, I reached for my phone, dialing Meredith's doctor. As the call connected, I relayed the situation to her in haste, "Meredith is en route to the hospital. Something seems urgent. Can you meet her there?"
