Vampire Noble Attack

After completing our first mission in Shinjuku, the squad was sent to the ruined city of Omotesando, where we mostly hunted the vampires and Horsemen of John in the surrounding area.

We managed to find an abandoned Jeep on the side of the road, Kimizuki began to use his skills to hot-wire the car while Yu watched curiously.

While the rest of the team was eating rations, I was having an intense battle with Shi-Zan-ketsu-ga over control of my body.

"You're weak! Pathetic! How can you call yourself a killer if your blade is so dull? I will consume your very soul!! Blood for the Blood God!! Shi was constantly taunting me as I continued to block and dodge his attacks.

"I know that he's supposed to be a demon and all, but no human could dodge his attacks without being consumed." I used a trap to overpower him with my fire abilities.

"Good!! Very good!! You have improved since our last battle, you managed to survive 8 minutes this time!! Now leave, and remember that I'm always watching and waiting for you to slip up, So give me a good show in the real world." I could still hear his annoying laugh as I woke up from the trance, and walked back to the others.

"Oh Cain you're back, we were getting worried when we couldn't find you." Yorchi waved at me as I sat down at the table.

"Hmm, I was busy talking with my demon. Kimizukl, is the car ready? I looked at Kimizuki who was walking towards us.

"Yea, that shit is up and running, we'll make it back to Shinjuku In no time flat." Kimizuki started to blush as Shinoa teased him about his mechanical skills. We heard the sound of the engine revving as Yu crashed the car into a pile of rocks. 

"See Ladies and Gentlemen, this is what happens when you let an idiot drive a vehicle. I give it five seconds before he crashes again and blows up the Car, at least it will be much quieter" Yu backed up the car as he almost ran over Kimizuki in the process. 

"I'll kill you!! Kimizuki screamed as Yu got out of the Car. "Nah. Besides, I've mastered driving already. Hop on guys, I'll take us to Shinjuku with my skills." Kimizuki and Yu started to argue as Shinoa laughed. 

"But, is it really fine to drive without a license? Yoichi looked around warily as if he expected a police officer to suddenly appear. "Who is going to stop us? The world has already fallen since the Vampires took over, and the only people who know how to drive are me and Kimizuki."

"Ahem! All aboard the Shinoa Dream-liner! Both Mitsuba and myself looked at Shinoa puzzled as she sat in the driver seat.

Shinoa tried to stear the wheel, but couldn't see over the windshield due to her short height. I let out an exasperated sigh as Kimizuki and Yu burst out laughing.

"Shinoa, you runt! You can't drive at your height! Yu tried to hold back his laughs while Kimizuki chimed in. "Yeah Shinoa, do you need us to get you a booster seat for you? Shinoa's face darken as she gripped the steering wheel.

"Aha ha, how funny. I won't drive then, but how about I execute everyone who laughed just now? Shinoa coldly manifested her scythe as she attacked Kimizuki and Yu.

A few minutes later, I was stuck driving the car as Yu and Kimizuki were both battered and had scraps all around their face.

As we continued to drive towards Shinjuku, we heard the sounds of Explosions coming from the city, a lone vampire stood in front of the road.

"Hit him!! Don't slow down Cain, that guy's uniform means that he is a noble vampire! Yu yelled as I pushed down at the gas and the entire squad jumped out of the Car.

"That's impossible, that's the 13th progenitor Crowley Eusford, what the hell is he doing here? Usually he's stuck to Ferid's side back in Sanguinem." Crowley looked amused as he grabbed the jeep with one hand and threw it at us.

Yorchi quickly fired several arrows at the jeep and crowley, the jeep exploded into pieces as Crowley activated his sword's power.

"I didn't expect to see you here Cain. Queen Krul ordered the vampire nobles to find her runaway pet and bring it back to her." My face darken as I gripped the handle of my sword.

"Is that so, I'm quite curious on how you plan to accomplish that order. Especially since I'm going to mount your severed head on my wall." My bloodlust was oozing out of my sword as Crowley smiled and looked unbothered.

"The little pet has gotten stronger, I hope that you can make this fight a little entertaining before I take you back and sample the livesto---" Crowley quickly block my strike as he was pushed back from the force.

"Crowley, I will take your head." Purple curse marks started to form on my face as my mind was swept away by the influence of the voice, Crowley only licked his lips in response.

The ground was forming craters as our swords clashed, I was actually keeping up with crowley and his speed as the squad created a formation around us.

Swish! Several Blood projectiles were sent at Crowley, these projectiles were nothing but distractions from my surprise attack.

I placed my hand on my sword as I conjured my fire ability, the bloody blade began to glow a bright pink glow, as pink fire enveloped the sword.

I blitzed towards crowley and preformed a circular vertical slash at his arm, before following up with horizontal slash at his neck.

The pink fire seemed to greatly injure Crowley, I managed to cut into crowley's neck and used every once of my strength to try and decapitate the resisting vampire.

Crowley punched his fist into my stomach, I immediately coughed up blood from the impact of the blow, as I grabbed his arm and set it in place.

Yu and Kimizuki stabbed crowley in the back as I continued to force my blade deeper into crowley's neck, before two figures fell from the sky and pushed the three of us back.

I could taste the gavel as my body rolled to the ground before smashing into a building. I could feel myself blacking out as the blood poured from my body.

"Hey! Hey! Don't you dare die before I get my fun human, it hasn't even been a month since you contracted me and I refuse to go back to sleep after finding a potential candidate for my power. However, if you give me control of your body then I could easily destroy that vampire for you." The smile on Shi's face grew wider as voices Whispered to let him take control.

"Fuck off, this is my body and my playground, the one who will take that bastard's head will be from my hands, so I don't need you." I slowly got up from the floor as the wound on my stomach started to heal slowly.

"Lord Crowley! What on Earth has happened to you? You're clothes are ruined and there's wounds all over your body! You can't meet the Seventh progenitor in such a state!! One of Crowley's vampire servants named Horn as she helped crowley up and grabbed his severed arm from the ground.

"Who could have put you such a state Lord Crowley? It can't be those pitiful human bloodbags in front of us, right? Spoke Chess, the second vampire servant.

"Damn! I could handle dealing with Crowley, but now that those sluts have entered the picture, it would be practically impossible to defeat the three of them in my weaken state." I gripped the handle of my sword as walked towards the outside.

"Enough girls, you told me that Ferid wanted to see me and I can't keep him waiting. I need my wounds to heal before my next mission." Crowley reattached his arm before leaping away to the rooftops before disappearing with his servants.

I feeling of relief washed over me as I sat down in the asphalt, my brow were furrowed as I thought back to the fight and how weak I was currently as my vision blurred and I passed out.

While Shinoa and her squad were rushing towards the collapsed Cain, a man covered in military gear watched the entire thing through the scope of a sinper rifle.

The man grabbed the radio beside him and turned it on. "Ma'am the target is currently unconscious, this is the perfect opportunity to capture the target without risk." A robotic voice responded back to the man.

"Have patience, your orders were to wait until the target reaches the front lines, then we can capture him during the chaos on the battlefield. We wait on my signal, we must make sure everything is ready to sent that demon back to hell where it belongs and put our tortured souls to rest." The radio turned off as the man continued to watch the team of kids carry the target away.
