Chapter 11 - Will of Fire

As both Hashirama and Sen recovered from this revelation.

"So boy from now on you will live with me."(Ashina Uzumaki)

"Yes, Lord Ashina."(Sen)

"Call me Grandpa, I don't care for those formalities."(Ashina Uzumaki)

"Yes Grandpa"(Sen)

"Now tell me what this whole plan is about?"(Ashina Uzumaki)

"You have no questions about his ability?"(Hashirama)

"While we and Senju may be related I will tell you a secret that only a few other than the clan head of Uzumaki in the family know, don't speak it out even to Mito."(Ashina Uzumaki)

"Lady Mito knows of the plan."(Sen)

"You can tell her then and boy that's Aunt Mito to you."(Ashina Uzumaki)

"Or Godmother."(Hashirama)

"Yes."(Sen)

"Boy Hashirama, we Uzumaki don't question if our descendant has some special talent.

Do you know why, because there have been 27 different recorded natural-born talents ranging from sensory to combat talent and even healing ones in our clan.

We even had wood-style users, though not as potent as yours. so if you said he knows the future I will just take it as his talent. The Uzumaki clan always supports our own and since he is here for the good of the clan I will support him both as his grandfather and the First elder of the clan."(Ashina Uzumaki)

"Isn't that too much?"(Hashirama)

"Yeah why were Uchiha and Senju called strongest then?"(Sen)

"Because we were not interested in all the fighting that is why we left the mainland and settled on this Island and even then no single clan dared to attack us. Now tell me the plan."(Ashina Uzumaki)

"Before that, I would like to know the current situation of the ninja world."(Sen)

"I will get someone to fetch the information till then you will tell me about yourself."(Ashina Uzumaki)

And so Sen proceeded to tell him everything about how he woke up in wet bone forest to finding out about his mother and meeting Hashirama, how he was named by him and his knowledge of the future and their plans as he fell asleep after crying after telling his story.

Ashina Uzumaki POV

'This child has suffered, I don't know what would have happened if Hashirama had not met him but their meeting gave him a purpose and saved him from drowning in all the emotions he kept bottled up. I would have liked to meet him sooner but I don't think there would have been a better outcome. At least the boy has found his way in life and I will help him with the rest.'

After looking at Sen's sleeping face Ashina smiled at Hashirama and said

"Thank you Hashirama for taking care of my grandson."

"HaHaHa of course no problem."(Hashirama)

'This boy does not know how to use the charisma he possesses otherwise he could have ruled the lands but I guess that is also a part of him.' thought Ashina as he sighed looking at laughing Hashirama.

"So what do you plan to do now?"

"Well I plan to go back to Konoha and as much as I dislike leaving the responsibility on him I can do nothing more."(Hashirama)

"Don't worry he is not alone now."

"That is true he will be Uzumaki Sen from now."(Hashirama)

"No, his name will stay as Senju Sen and since you gave him the cloak he should carry the name."

"Why?"(Hashirama)

"After Mito sealed the nine-tails coupled with the future he predicted I can be sure that having the Uzumaki surname will be dangerous for him and I don't need him carrying any more burden."

"That is fine as well, it is about time I leave."(Hashirama)

"I will wake him up. He may have something to say to you."

Senju Sen POV

I groggily opened my eyes as someone shook me to see the face of an old man and my memory started coming back.

'I see it was not a dream, I guess that is a happy thing.'

"Child. Hashirama is leaving; do you have anything to say to him?"

I instantly sat up

"Yes."

"What is it?"(Hashirama)

"I need the teleportation technique of Tobirama Senju."

"I see, I will give it to Lady Katsuyu you can get it from her."(Hashirama)

"How long do you have left?" I finally asked

"I estimate less than a year."(Hashirama)

"Will you come here again?"

"No, it is the last time we will meet Sen."(Hashirama)

"I see then goodbye, Godfather."

"HAHAHA goodbye my boy and remember you are the Godson of shinobi God, you don't need to fear anyone in the world in future as long as you surpass me, I already beat everyone else." said Hashirama as he walked out without looking back.

Tobirama POV

It was nearly 3 hours later that the gate of the compound opened and my brother came out with a huge smile on his face and tears in his eyes.

He took a deep breath and looked at me as he stopped the tears but his smile didn't vanish and spoke

"Let's go Tobirama."(Hashirama)

I asked after I teleported us back to Hokage Rock in Konoha

"What happened?"

"Nothing, just that it seems like it is good to leave the future to the children as well."(Hashirama)

"What does that mean elder brother?"

"I will burn my life to light up the path for children so that they don't lose themselves in conflict and they will light up the future, I am after all the first Hokage(Fire shadow), let's go I still have some fire left in me."(Hashirama)

In the 27th Year after the establishment of Konoha as the sping set in Hashirama Senju passed away the next day after the Senju clan assembly leaving behind his final instructions.
