Emergency
The woman immediately looked outside specifically where her assistant was, to look at the ‘rude’ person who suddenly proposed to her over the intercom.
‘Who?!-‘ But before she can blurt out cuss words, she was stunned when she saw who the ‘rude’ person was.
‘Dianne, my protégé. Did you miss me?’ Shaun asked with a sweet chuckle.
Dianne did not even say a word back and just hurriedly went outside to hug Shaun.
He was surprised. He never thought that Dianne would act that intensely.
‘Hey. What’s wrong?’
Dianne did not answer and continued sobbing while weakly punching Shaun’s chest. He sort of understood instantly why she had that reaction. She must’ve gone through a lot all these years.
Shaun did not continue to make fun of Dianne so he just let her hug him tightly while caressing her soft fragrant hair in response.
The assistant was caught in an awkward place. It was at the moment of the hug of the two people in front of her that he recognized Shaun.
