Steve got into the elevator, and Lyra looked a little confused. Steve who saw that felt like laughing. "What are you doing, come in," Steve said.
"Ah, fine sir." Lyra got into the elevator and the elevator moved, Lyra could feel her body floating and imagine how the elevator was moving, even though it looked like a door but there was a small room inside. It didn't take them long to finally get out of the elevator. Then they had to walk a few steps and stopped in front of a very expensive wooden door.
Steve opened the door and let Lyra in. The room looks very simple but elegant and resembles Steve's character, according to Lyra. There's even a state-of-the-art coffee maker, as well as a large television.
"From now on, this will be your workspace and your desk next to mine. You just have to come to work, I'll prepare everything you need for work," Steve said pointing to an empty desk.
"Thank you, sir, I will try my best and ask for your guidance too, sir. Because I have never worked in this department," said Lyra. She had to explain that to Steve first, so Steve would know.
"Okay, I don't mind at all. I almost forgot, introduce my name is Steve Carmain, and what's yours?" Steve asked, holding out his hand once more.
"Thank you, sir, my name is Lyra Vanessa, sir," Lyra replied with a smile as she shook Steve's hand.
Steve was surprised, it turns out that the woman he had been looking for was in front of him. From the first time Steve saw Lyra, he had been sure that the woman in front of him was the woman he had been looking for for so long. "Marry me," Steve said reflexively. Lyra looked at him in surprise, as if still conscious. Steve hastily apologized. "I mean, what a beautiful name. Nice to meet you Lyra," he said again a little awkwardly.
"Yes sir, that's all right. Nice to meet you and work for your company," Lyra replied a little stiffly.
"Sorry in advance, I was reflexive," Steve said apologetically again. Steve felt very embarrassed to say such a thing in front of new people. But he was very happy.
Lyra was a little confused by Steve's words earlier. From the look in his eyes, he looked serious and looked at him with a warm gaze from the first time they met. "Maybe he's thinking about something," Lyra thought.
"Would you like some lunch, take that as my apology and get to know you better," Steve asked. At first, Lyra wanted to refuse the request, but the invitation she refused came from an important person. In the end, Lyra was forced to accept the invitation. "Fine sir, but I can't linger," said Lyra.
Arriving at the company parking lot, Steve let Lyra into his car. Lyra got into the car carefully, because it was very expensive. During the trip, the two of them fell silent and suddenly arrived at a restaurant not far from the company. The restaurant was very crowded and the two of them sat on chairs at a table a little closer to the entrance. "What do you want Lyra?"
"I don't know, sir, I don't know what to eat myself," answered Lyra.
"All right then, maid," Steve called. A waiter approached and asked kindly. "Two cheeseburgers, two cappuccinos, please."
"Okay sir, nothing extra?" asked the waiter to leave, Steve said no and the waiter immediately went to prepare the order.
Soon the waiter came and served the food as Steve asked. "Thank you," Lyra said, lowering her head slightly.
"You're welcome," Steve replied. Lyra ate her food shyly. Unknowingly the cream from the Cappuccino stuck to the corners of Lyra's lips and Steve gently rubbed the cream with his thumb.
Their eyes met again and their mood turned slightly awkward. "I'll make you remember all our sweet memories, Lyra," thought Steve.

Lyra was still haunted by yesterday's events at the restaurant. She admitted that Steve was very handsome, only that Lyra was a little surprised by Steve's attitude since the first time she met him. Today Lyra started work and left early in the morning.
Lyra only wore a black shirt and black trousers and a plain white jacket. Excitedly, Lyra walked to the office to save some pocket money. Now that Lyra was at the gates of her company, luckily she was able to arrive on time and not too late.
When Lyra entered the company, she immediately became the spotlight of many people there. One of them approached Lyra, "Oh, you're Mr. Steve's secretary, don't be arrogant. You look cheap too, you don't deserve it," an employee sneered.
Lyra smiled faintly and hurried to the elevator. Even so, she couldn't ignore everything the employee said and again made him doubt his new job. "Really? I don't deserve to be a secretary in this company?" thought Lyra.
Steve happened to get into the elevator and Steve was a little surprised to see Lyra staring blankly at the elevator buttons. "Morning," said Steve. Lyra blinked a few times and greeted Steve back. "What are you worried about?" asked Steve. "No sir," said Lyra. "I know you lied to me. What are you thinking, Lyra? Have you had breakfast?" Steve asked again. Lyra was silent for a moment and couldn't possibly lie anymore.
"I don't feel worthy to be your private secretary, sir," Lyra answered honestly.
"You deserve to be my secretary, what makes you unworthy? Tell me?"
"I don't know, sir, I feel less confident and not sure if I can work as a secretary or not," answered Lyra.
"It's okay, everything needs Lyra's process. It can't be one working day, you've mastered everything. Later you come home from work, we'll go to the mall." The elevator doors opened and Steve stepped out. She felt she had given the wrong answer. "Don't bother, sir. Next time," answered Lyra who immediately confronted Steve.
Steve smiled and patted Lyra lightly on the head. "It's all right, Lyra. From now on all mine will be yours and don't refuse," Steve said.
In her chair, Lyra was still trying to process what Steve had said to her. Was it appropriate for Steve to say such things to himself who only worked as his secretary?
"What do you think Lyra?" asked Steve, who came over with iced coffee for him. "Thank you, sir, I was thinking about whether to go to the mall or not when I got home from work," Lyra replied, looking at the iced coffee Steve gave her.
"Oh that, so what's your choice?"
"I'll accompany you to the mall when I get home from work." Once again Steve said that Lyra had made the right choice. Today Steve was going to teach Lyra some of her secretarial duties. Start creating schedules, documents, and so on.
One by one Lyra could master them quickly. Then Steve left and returned to his seat. Lyra is very happy with her new activity, although it is a little complicated she is very grateful to be able to learn new things in her work environment quickly.
"Are you done with your work?" asked Steve.
"A little more, sir," said Lyra.
"Okay, after coming home from the Mall. Can I take you home? There's no way I can just tell you to go home right?" Steve asked again.
"Doesn't that bother, sir?" Lyra asked back. Steve got up from his chair and walked slowly into Lyra's eyes until they were so close. Suddenly one of the employees entered the room. Instantly Steve and Lyra were shocked. "Yes, can I help you?" Steve asked the employee.
"Sorry sir, I have finished the task you gave me. You can check whether this data is complete or not, excuse me, sir." The employee placed the document on Steve's desk and left the room.
"Sorry, I got a little carried away," Steve said, sitting back in his chair.
"Yes, sir. I'm sorry too," Lyra said nervously. Lyra could feel her heart pounding and realized that Steve wasn't the only one getting carried away. But she was also carried away let alone fascinated by Steve's good looks.
The company clock showed it was time to go home, the employees immediately packed their things. "Let's go to the Mall," Steve said.
"Yes sir, wait a minute," said Lyra hastily packing her bag. The two of them walked towards the parking area and went shopping at the mall together. In the company, some employees still haven't come home because of unfinished work. They were busy talking about Lyra, one of which said Steve and Lyra almost kissed.
"She's the only person who dared to tease Mr. Steve," said a female employee named Lexa.
"Yes, I agree with Lexa. Looks like the secretary started first. You should be the one who deserves to be Mr. Steve's secretary. Look at you who are very beautiful and educated more than that cheap secretary," said an employee with glasses.
"The one who deserves to be Steve's secretary is me, not Lyra," thought Lexa.
When they arrived at the mall. Steve led Lyra to the second floor. "Which do you prefer? White or black skirt?" Steve asked Lyra, while Lyra herself had just entered the Mall and didn't know which one to choose. What's more, the price of all the clothes Steve showed him were very expensive. After thinking for a few seconds, Lyra answered. "Black seems to interest me more, sir," Lyra answered quietly.
"Okay, how about the top? Do you like pink or red shirts?" Steve asked again.
"I thought it was pink because it's cuter," Lyra said without thinking.
"Now, try wearing it in the dressing room, this maid will take you to the locker room and I'll be waiting there," said Steve, who couldn't wait to see Lyra's appearance.
"Very well, Mr. Steve." Lyra also followed a maid to change clothes.
