Moonlight Meeting(II)

"Who goes there!"

Obstructed by the darkness of the night, Arthur could vaguely make out the figure of a somewhat rounded shadow

However, in order not to take any risks he still readied his wooden sword ready to strike if anything went wrong

"I said who goes there!"

"Stop moving or I'll attack!" he yelled

Unfortunately, the figure just ignored it as its figure crept closer and closer to Arthur making it slowly becoming more and more visible.

Soon time passed perhaps it was because Arthur didn't feel any hostility from the figure he didn't attack, rather he just waited wanting to see what exactly it was.

And sure enough, after a few minutes the figure had crawled its way out of the surrounding trees exposing itself to the surrounding moonlight making itself fully visible to Arthur

However, for what this thing was? Arthur couldn't be quite sure himself.

Reminiscent of a giant blob of mass, Arthur saw the unknown creature crawl to his side trembling from time to time as if to show it was in pain

Not only that, but in this giant blob, Arthur seemed to see three different faces appear on its sides, each drowned in sorrow and pain with their mouths sown shut making them unable to talk, only using their eyes to express their pain and agony at the moment

However, just this wasn't what made Arthur surprised, rather it was the fact that his chest started to throb as soon as this blob came into his presence

"what's going on? What's this thing, and why does the soul world react so much to it?" murmured under his breath, Arthur couldn't help but be confused by what was going on.

Seeing this, Arthur after confirming the blob was not at all harmful to him, closed his eyes and used his inner vision to take a look at his soul world

And sure enough, a huge change had occurred.

Floating in the empty sky of the soul world, three seeds had quietly risen from the ground excluding a similar aura to the seed of chaos back then

"???"

"Wait a minute, is this what I think it is?"

Looking at the seeds floating in the air, Arthur thought back to one of the abilities of the soul seed

"An artifact capable of creating multiple sub-seeds while also having the ability to completely control the hosts of those sub-seeds"

"Not only that but feedback the strength of the sub seed holders to the mother seed"

"However, why is it only responding now? In the past five years, I've tried as much as possible to create some maids and none of them worked"

"could it be that I'm missing something here?"

Talking to himself, Arthur couldn't think of the problem, during these past five years he had always wanted to split some seeds and give them to a few maids or guards to get their strength 

Unfortunately, no matter what he did there was no movement from the soul world making it so that he could only practice his swords and magic diligently

But now, after meeting some blob the soul world actually responded and actually split three seeds, not one?

Arthur couldn't figure out what was going on.

Luckily, it seemed he didn't have to think too much about it as just as Arthur was lost in thought, the soul world suddenly vibrated sending a piece of information to him.

First off, it seems that after merging with him the number of sub-seeds is directly proportional to his strength, so as a dual circle mage and aura user Arthur could currently produce four sub-seeds

Not only that, but the sub-seeds are only given to those the seed judges have potential or can make the host grow

"So that's why the seed didn't respond then! In the eyes of the soul world, those maids and guards are talentless side characters who have no importance in the plot!"

Thinking of it like the novels he had read, Arthur nodded his head in understanding before once again scratching his head in confusion

"But if that's the case, what's so special about this blob?

"And why three seeds? Could this be some sort of chimera combining three different people?"

Considering the three faces he had seen on its body, Arthur for some reason felt his guess if not true was at least very close to the truth

However, even if that was the case, Arthur didn't care much as it really wasn't his business, rather it was to try the seeds and see what effect they had

So, with this in mind, Arthur stooped using his inner vision and looked at the giant blob that was trembling before him

"Hey blob, although I don't know why you came to me but that's probably going to be the best choice of your life"

"Now accept my seed and become the first kin of the future demon king!"

Saying this, Arthur didn't even give the blob a chance to reply before pressing his palm on it and inserting the three seeds into it

*Boom! *

With a loud sound what followed next was a huge explosion and Arthur who already expecting a huge change was completely shocked

"Damn what happened! How could it suddenly explode?"

"Could it be that the sub seed can't be used on people of this world since it's a product of my old one?"

"No! That shouldn't be the case, especially since it should have already changed after merging with me and the energy of this world"

Sighing unwillingly, Arthur couldn't believe that it didn't work.

Could it be that he was going to be one of those protagonists without a proper cheat?

Lost in thought, Arthur couldn't help but feel disappointed

However, just as he was about to give up and head home, a strange change occurred.

The blob which had already exploded began to slowly merge together only this time in three separate lumps

Not only that, but Arthur could feel the surrounding Ether pour into these three lumps more and more till they were covered in a blinding light

"This!"

Shocked, Arthur couldn't believe what was going on, and because of that he could only watch quietly afraid to interrupt anything

Fortunately, time soon passed and after a few minutes, the transformation ended leaving only three extremely beautiful naked girls lying down on the ground.
