Chapter 134: Recruited
It was the next day, we rested in the cavern by setting up a tent. I then met up with Galen that morning.
"So no one here knows about another snow dragon that abandoned an egg to the north of Acira" Galen shook his head "But I can at least tell you the locations of a few more snow dragon settlements though apart from us here, they live at the Loken continent, you will find them there, I'll note it down for ya"
"Great! That would do, so do you know the locations of a phoenix settlement then?"
"Unfortunately no, but you see my father for that one, he might at least knows someone who does, his name is Galem"
"Is he at one of the settlements in Loken?"
"Yeah, but he switches between them often, so it might be difficult to find him, but I'll narrow it down for you. I would personally advise you to ask the leader of each settlement, one of them is bound to know, but unlike us here, to even get in the settlement, you'll have to go through a test, and most of them are much stronger than us, the leaders are usually at the black core"

-Yeah, but that means that we will have a lot of things to put in our schedule, I want to get the position of vampire prince, which takes place in less than 2 years too, and Colden and whoever he works for might come back at any time too-
-You also have to solve the mystery of why the lightning bolt that struck you feels similar to Elektra- Siege added -And I definitely don't see you meeting the goddess any time soon-
-Can't Dabria just arrange you a meeting with her then?- Damon joined in
-Oh, you're awake, good morning-
-Yeah, my back still kinda hurts though, they really don't hold back- Damon replied
-Well I can try to ask for favors, but even if I can get you a meeting with Elektra, whether the answer proves that she killed you or not isn't going to help you- Dabria explained -I mean you honestly can't do anything, you couldn't even beat Colden, so beating Elektra who is stronger than him is definitely out of the picture-
-That's a fair point, so our primary goal for now is, vampire prince, Damon's parents and Diana's parents. I would add in my goal of having a harem but I doubt any of you would bother to help-
-Well you got that right- Dabria mind nodded
-Maybe you can try asking the author nicely, he can actually make it happen- Ace suggested

We stayed there for a few more days to give Damon time to mingle with his own kind, Professor Emma was also ecstatic to be among the dragons, as she was in a call with other professors while interviewing a dragon one by one.
Jake trained his sword skills with the dragons everyday to improve his skills, he managed to impress them with his flawless techniques, he even taught aura to some of them.
"You should teach the elves this aura thing of yours" Galen suggested "Unlike you guys, some day, they might be invaded by outsiders, especially since you got their location from a kingdom, it would only be a matter of time till they get any outsiders and slave hunters"
"I plan to" Jake replied "It's the least I can do after all"
When we left, they gave us a lot of the scales they shed.
"Give these to the elves" Galen pointed at a pile of scales near the exit "A quarter of these will do, as for the rest, you can use them to craft those armor of yours"
-Bet Luke, Eliza and the other smiths will have so much fun with this-
I then placed them in my spatial storage and before we bid our farewell, I gave them a communication amulet to call directly to me in case they needed a favor.
We then arrive and came out of a warp gate in front of the gates of the hidden ice elves' village.

"Thank you for the communication amulet" Tian bowed as he received it from me
"Please don't bow"
"Sorry, it's just within the presence of Miss Diana, I have to be respectful" he apologized
"Well you can call me directly with that, and we gave you one third of the dragon scales for your compass thingy, please take care"
We then spent several days in that village, I learned how to use their mist and other illusion spells from the shamans.
"Are you sure that I can't teach you guys something in return? I can teach on how to make spell crystals that I learned from Neelofar"
"We wouldn't want to be indebted to a bond of a phoenix" Arya replied
"It's fine, I'm sure Diana won't mind, she's like a much older sister of mine"

"Take care" Professor Emma said as we were in front of the gate to Artia "I know that you won't come in to Artia anymore, but if you're in danger, just call me or my brother, we'll come to help"
"I'll be sure to do that"
"And don't leave me out when you find the settlement of phoenixes or I'll personally find you and beat you up" she warned
"Gotcha" She then head for the gates
"Is there a reason for why you want me to stay behind?" Jake asked
"Oh yeah, come with me for now, I got an offer for you" I then open up a warp gate
On the other side was the secluded forest that I chose as my spot to turn into a corrupted.

"I see, that's their goal" Jake scratched his chin
"You're taking this well, I expected you know, a sword coming straight for my neck"
"It's not a requirement to become a corrupted right?" he asked
"No, it does give you a longer life span and make you stronger, but it's not a requirement. But by joining us, you'll be making a lot of enemies"
"I know" he nodded "But if Dabria and Nova isn't against your decision to join them in the first place, then I'll also join"
"Well more like they can't go against whatever I decide in the first place"
-You're right- Dabria agreed -Whether you decide to conquer this world or not, your purpose is to just entertain us gods, I can't go against it, I can voice my opinions though-
"But I only know Nova, I don't know that sister of his"
"That's a lie" he chuckled "When we confronted the leviathan, he said that you weren't really under your protection, even if you were talented, he wouldn't just come to your rescue for no reason, in conclusion, you are a mortal who received the blessings of Dabria herself and Nova"
"You pay too much attention"
