Rewards and Enrolling in Konoha Academy

"Nii Chan!" Naruto shouted happily as he pulled himself up from the ground.

Everyone was shocked seeing the bound Kumo Nin. He was making muffled screams and was completely immobile.

As Kibo put a foot on the Kumo Nin's back, he smiled and said, "Hiashi, would you please join me to the Hokage's mansion? Naruto, inform Mom and Dad of what's happened here, and make sure to tell them I'll be a little late returning home."

Naruto nodded his head and waved goodbye to Hinata as he ran back towards the Hoshi Clan's Estate,

Hiashi who was impressed with Kibo's quick thinking then gave orders to his clan to return to their homes.

Once the crowd had cleared and the children were put to bed, Hiashi then walked up next to Kibo. ready to leave.

"Do you want a lift?" Kibo said spreading his Star Wings.

In response to the boy sprouting wings, Hiashi activated his Byakugan to see the dense and complex overlapping structure of his chakra molding.

"What an interesting Jutsu. And this, Star Chakra? It really is quite dense." Hiashi thought before shaking his head and saying, "I will meet you there."

Leaving a blurring afterimage in his place, Hiashi had already left the area. Such speeds truly impressed Kibo,

"I've always known Hiashi is also at Kage level, but seeing it in real life is something else. I can't wait to reach that threshold myself." Kibo thought as he flew towards the Hokage's mansion.

Kibo reached the mansion minutes after Hiashi arrived. It seems that he had also already informed the Hokage of what occurred.

"What's wrong with his face?" Sarutobi asked, seeing the Kumo Nin's battered appearance.

"This child-napper seems to have an attraction to blunt objects," Kibo replied.

"Really?" Sarutobi asked with a blank expression.

Kibo then shrugged his shoulders before saying, "Hey, he kidnapped a little girl. Would you give him the royal prisoner treatment?"

Kibo wasn't nice to the prisoner at all. On the way over he made sure to accidentally smack the Kumo Chunin against some buildings. He was still conscious but in a lot of pain.

"Haah." Sarutobi sighed before calling on his men.

Even though the Hokage understood the situation he still needed specifics. Sarutobi then turned back to Kibo and asked, "Would you please explain this to me from the beginning?"

Kibo nodded his head before he approached the Hokage's desk, dragging the captive behind him.

"It was just good luck that Naruto forgot to hand over his present to Hinata. When we were coming back to deliver the gift, I saw that Kumo Ninja from the party hastily running away from the Hyuga Estate. Using my Tengan I saw that Hinata was inside the sack he was carrying."

Kibo then pulled up the Kumo who was still trapped by Kibo's Star Chakra, "Thanks to his overconfidence, me and Naruto's teamwork, and good timing, we managed to take back the captive and subdue the enemy Shinobi."

The Hokage walked up to Kibo and ruffled his hair, "Good job kid! I'd like to see what the Raikage has to say about this one. To think, he actually dared to break our treaty! I won't escalate this matter to war, but he's gonna have to cough something up!" The Hokage's killing intent filled the room and focused on the Kumo Nin.

"Hokage Sama, I have an idea!" Kibo said, after looking at the Kumo Chunin. He then walked up to the Sarutobi and asked him to kneel down because he didn't want the captive to hear.

The Hokage leaned over as Kibo whispered something in his ear, as he did so the Hokage began to smile. By the time Kibo finished explaining his idea, Sarutobi laughed loudly and said. "Good! good! We'll do just that!"

The Hokage looked to the Kumo once again and laughed even louder. "Well young Kibo, this kind of merit can't go unrewarded. Tell me is there anything you want?"

Kibo thought long and hard before saying, "I want the Shadow Clone and Multi-Shadow Clone Jutsus."

The Hokage eyes widened as he stated, "You know that's a forbidden technique for a reason?"

"Yeah but that Jutsu won't affect me or an Uzumaki like Naruto. I know not to teach it to those who can't handle it," Kibo replied making the Hokage smile.

Sarutobi patted Kibo's head while saying, "Okay then, Kibo. It's a deal. I can only hope that my soon to be Grandkid is just as much as a Genius as you."

Hiashi stared at the Hokage, "Hokage Sama does this mean?"

The Hokage laughed joyfully before declaring, "Well it seems one of my sons has finally managed to give a grandchild. They just found out last night. It's a shame such good news has coincided with Kumogakure's act of betrayal."

Sarutobi then pulled out a storage scroll and released two technique manuals from them. After handing the Shadow Clone Jutsus to Kibo, he had his Anbu seal the Kumo Ninja's Chakra and pressure points to keep him from moving.

"Congratulations Hokage Sama!" Kibo said before giving a quick standing bow.

Sarutobi chuckled and replied, "Thank you for your kind words. But don't you think you should be heading home now? I hear your mother worries quite a bit."

Kibo rubbed the back of his head and laughed a bit while preparing to leave.

Before Kibo left he looked to Hiashi and said, "Hey, Mr. Hyuga?"

"Yes? What is it, young Hoshi?" Hisashi replied.

"You Know Hiashi...the Uchiha Clan are trying to change their Clans' traditions for the better. I hear they're trying to get rid of the oppressive ways that shackle and bind their Clan's futures. Make sure you don't fall too far behind," Kibo advised while pointing to his own forehead.

After Kibo said goodbye, Hiashi listened to the words seriously because he knew Kibo was speaking of his Clan's Bird Cage Seal. Surprised by the boy's knowledge, the Hyuga Clan leader turned to Sarutobi and asked, "Who is this kid?"

Sarutobi shook his head when he responded "I don't really know. But I can tell he means well for the village. Did you know his Do-Jutsu is time-related! Maybe he can see into the future, and is offering you advice to avoid calamity."

Hiashi eyes widened before stuttering, "Time Element, that's. . ."

Sarutobi shook his head and showed Hiashi a report, "Not impossible. A young girl named Shion was born in the land of demons not too long ago. She awakened a Do-Jutsu called the [1]Bokugan, and so far, she has predicted the deaths of 12 people."

After hearing the Hokage's statements, Hiashi took Kibo's words even more seriously.

He had been hesitant about approaching the elders before, but now, with Kibo's warning, he seemed to have gained a bit of courage.

Hiashi would not let the heritage and old ways of the Clan bring it to ruin. It was up to him to start a change.

After leaving the Hokage's mansion Hiashi sighed as he thought, "I'm gonna be busy. Looks like I won't spend time with my precious Hinata Chan!"

Hiashi pulled out a photo of a baby Hinata and rubbed his cheek up against it. [2]

While Hiashi's secret side came out, Kibo dashed back home overly excited to learn these new Jutsus.

Although his Chakra level wasn't high enough to effectively spam this Jutsu as an Uzumaki would, with the fact that he had almost completely mastered his Chakra Control Training, which gave him a 75% Cost Reduction on any Jutsu he used, Kibo could still use the technique almost as well. Not to mention Kibo had Seiryu, who could constantly refuel his Chakra reserves.

Now that Kibo had the Shadow Clone technique he could severely cut down his training time, not to mention that he could focus on his main body cultivation while his clone attended school. Kibo felt it was a little strange how much he was really looking forward to his training.

When he got home, Kibo's mom hugged him in worry before saying, "I'm so glad you're okay! Naruto told us what happened. You're not injured are you?"

Niwa kept checking him over for wounds, making Kibo feel bad about panicking his mother in this manner. However, he couldn't discern what was worse, knowing he'd worried her now, or that he would continue to do so in the future.

Kibo then put his arms around Niwa and hugged her before saying, "I okay mom! The guy didn't get a single hit it in."

Niwa hugged back and said, "Why do you keep doing this to us?"

"I had to. Otherwise..." Kibo felt his mother's grip tighten.

"I know! Darn it! Why do you have to be such a good-natured brat?!" Niwa cried for a bit. Although she was scolding him, she couldn't help but feel a bit proud after hearing about her son's achievements.

Kibo told them what happened and that he was awarded two brand new Jutsus for saving the heiress of the Hyuga Clan. A B-Rank and an A-Rank Jutsu, to be precise.

When they heard this Kibo's family cheered for him. Of course, Naruto joined in as well, he had co-ownership since he played a vital role.

While they celebrated, Naruto looked at his big brother and gripped his fist tightly before thinking, "Someday I'll be even stronger!"

Later that night, Naruto and Kibo stayed up late to learn their new Jutsu. Thanks to Naruto's crazy level of Chakra and Kibo's insane Chakra Control, the technique was easily learned by the two 5-year-old children.

Kibo then explained the true use of the Jutsu to Naruto and made him grin.

"Does this mean I could send a bunch of clones to read every book in Konoha one the same day?"

Kibo nodded his head in affirmation but then held up his finger before telling Naruto, "You could, but you would overload your brain. You don't just take in their memories, but their mental strain, ghost pains from the killed off clones, and stamina exhaustion too."

Naruto gulped as he understood the seriousness of Forbidden Jutsus.

"Don't worry about it. As long as you don't rush anything, you'll survive...I mean you'll be fine," Kibo said trying to comfort his little brother.

Naruto and Kibo had a full night's rest before they woke up early to eat the new dish the maids prepared.

Naruto wore his strange walrus-thing sleeping cap, his buttons were messed up, and he was stretching his belly while yawning.

Kibo's bed hair was truly epic. Since he had long hair, Kibo looked like a sea urchin with winked clothes underneath.

"Morning..." Naruto said as he sat at the dining room table.

"Good morning," Kibo responded, still half asleep.

It took eating breakfast for them to realize their parents were dressed up preparing to leave the house.

"We're going to enroll you and Naruto at Konoha academy. We'll be back in a few hours. Naruto, Kibo, clean yourselves up next time before coming to breakfast, or else you two are grounded," Niwa stated putting on a scarf and winter coat.

After getting over the threat of being grounded, Naruto, and Kibo both showed excited faces at the prospect of joining their peers.

"Now we can start learning Nin-Jutsu!" Naruto shouted as he threw his hands up and jumped in the air.

"We're one step closer to reaching our life goals." Kibo nodded his head and replied.

"Don't get too excited, classes don't start until another three months. Not to mention, it would be pretty hard to enjoy school if you're grounded," Aka said as he joined Niwa in her teasing.

The two looked at each other with a goofy grin on their face before they ran into the Hoshi Family library. They spent a few hours to master the technique, and before they knew it, Kibo and Naruto had acquired the ability to use Shadow Clones.

Kibo made 15 clones, 5 to work on his Ninshu studies, 5 to work on his Dragon Fist Martial Arts, and 5 to work on his 2nd Gate, the Gate of Opening.

Unlike the Gates Rock Lee was familiar with, the Profound Gates that Kibo was going through the process of opening, was permanent. And depending on which gate was released, different benefits would be granted.

Naruto used 25 clones in total. 10 to work on his Ninshu, 5 to study at the local library, and the other 10 to help him train up his main body's Pink Muscle Transformation Jutsu.

Joining his clones, Kibo walked outside barefoot in the snow and planted his feet into the ground. After assuming his Dragon Stance he focused purely on his Ancient Dragon Fist Martial Art.

Even though it was cold out, the earth nature energy warmed his physique, and even a bit of steam could be seen rising from the surface of his muscles.

Seiryu showed a rare moment of humility and watched over Kibo's training in amazement before commenting, "This Kage Bushin Jutsu is simply amazing! I have to hand it to the inhabitants of this world for coming up with such an ingenious technique."

Karin stopped over for a visit. When saw the clones of the two boys working so fervently, the young red-head felt like she was stuck in some nefarious Gen-Jutsu, "What's going on why are there so many Kibos?"

Karin then suddenly pinched her cheek, "Ouch! Nope! I'm not dreaming!"

After being noticed by one of his clones, and Kibo noticing the bloody-nosed Karin, he filled her in on what happened last night.

"Can I learn it too?" Karin asked shyly, still suffering from Kibo-Overload.

The grey-haired Shinobi handed over the manual and told her the dangers of it.

After Karin read through them, like Naruto and Kibo she easily picked up the skill almost instantly. She used her clones to mimic Naruto's actions before the Kibo-Clone told her that his real body had a gravity suit for her.

All Karin heard was Kibo had a gift for her.

After receiving it she said, "I love it. Should I put it on here?" She said teasing him by lifting her collar.

Kibo blushed before he shouted, "Go change inside!! it's freezing out here. You'd catch a cold you stupid kid!"

Karin laughed as she ran inside, "You really wanna see though don't you?" she said sticking out her tongue and closing the door.

Kibo shook his head, "Why is she so knowledgeable about adult things? It must come from her father's side."

Kibo thinking about what her old man must have been like. He had no idea of what was responsible for Karin's overtly-mature attitude, but when he eventually did find out, it all made perfect sense.

With the pleasantries out of the way, the trio continued to train with the aid of their Kage Bunshins for three months.

Sometimes they would send their clones out to read up on various things at Konohagakure's biggest library.

Kibo was interested in the history and maps of known villages and lands, Naruto was forced to follow Karin's curriculum and study a variety of things, and Karin often lazed around reading romantic novels.

For the most part, everything was peaceful in Konoha. Other than Naruto pulling an occasional prank, the only other eventful thing to occur was that the Chinoike civil strife had been put to rest.

When Fugaku returned from his mission, around 135 of their clansmen moved into Konoha.

When Hiashi, Might Guy, and Fugaku had first arrived at the Chinoike territories, it triggered the Chinoike Clan's hate for the village hidden in the leaves. They wanted revenge against the Uchiha for banishing their clan here all those years ago and attempted to assassinate the Leaf Nin.

After being forced to fight back, the Chinoike Clan began waging war against the peaceful faction that wished for reconciliation with Konohagakure's Uchiha.

Thanks to the three Konoha Shinobis' hard work, they managed to subdue the aggressive army in a sealing Jutsu and saved the remaining Chinoike members.

The Kumo Nin had it the worst. Because of their failure to kidnap a five-year-old child, they were forced to exile and revoke the citizenship of one of their Chunins. Kumogakure's Kage claimed that they were unaware of his plans and that that Rouge Nin acted alone.

Of course, the Hokage knew better. They had already extracted the information from his head. Thanks to the Yamanaka Clan's Mind Scour Jutsu, they used this information as leverage and blackmailed the Raikage.

During this event, shouts could be heard screaming from the Village Hidden in the Clouds.

"What does this Hokage take me for? A fool?" The Raikage had steam coming out of his ears as he saw the message in front of him.

The Hokage had threatened him to hand over either his body transformation technique, or the Kage level summoning Scroll of Kumogakure, or else he would release the information to every village in contact with Konoha. They had a lot more material to blackmail with than just the Hyuga incident.

In the end, the Raikage was unwilling to escalate this event to war as well. He sighed before he handed a copy of the village's most potent summoning scroll to a subordinate.

"Deliver this to Konoha, and execute the men who suggested taking up this endeavor. Also exile their family from the village." The Raikage grunted.

"Yes! Raikage Sama!" The Shinobi responded before taking off.

Meanwhile, at one of Orochimaru's fortresses, Danzo and the Snake Sannin were standing next to an incubation chamber conversing.

"I have to thank you for bringing me his eye. It's moved forward my research on the Hoshi clan cadavers. It appears that through some mysterious technique, they've altered their body's Chakra Center. I'm working on reverse-engineering the technique, but it's so different than any other Jutsu I've seen before. It will probably take me years to decipher the data from their corpses. I need a live test subject."

Danzo shook his head and yelled, "I don't care about your issues Orochimaru! Just finish my Uchiha clones and give me my eyes."

Orochimaru rolled his eyes before he went back to his research.

"Oh, and another thing, don't contact me again until you plan on invading Konoha," Danzo demanded walking away.

Orochimaru laughed as he looked into the clear windowed chamber, "Well my creation. When will you be done? Will you be a failure like the rest?"

A fetus could be seen growing inside the pod's liquid. Potent and almost chaotic energy was coming from within it.

When Orochimaru left his lab, the Fetus opened its eyes, showing a strange and never before seen Do-Jutsu.

It looked like a cross between a Sharingan, and Kibo's Tengan.

[1]Bokugan=Divining Eyes, they didn't have a name for Shion's Do-Jutsu, so I fished around for this one with google translate to find a good Kanji to put before gan. Boku means to Divine as in Prophesize.

[2]I had this theory that Hiashi's personality is more like Hinata's than he lets on, and it was the Death of his Brother and wife that changed him to the cold personality that we see in early Naruto. I think he tried to emulate his twin's personality, not to mention every time he saw Hinata he was reminded of his brother's death. It isn't till Boruto and Himawari are born that we see this side of him resurface. I can even imagine him passing out from embarrassment when he tried to confess to his wife.
