chapter 18 unexpected consequences

[ Kaleth P.O.V ]

As I extended my hand towards her she grabbed it and I said.

"Don't freak out and hold on tight." I said and teleported to the planet before she could protest.

"You could open your eyes bulma your safe." I said looking at her holding onto me tightly with her eyes shut closed.

"Huh we're actually in a different planet. This is amazing." Said bulma amazed after finally opening her eyes.

"Yeah we are, usually I'd like to travel using my ship but I left it with my sister." I said while walking towards friezas ship.

"This however is the ship freiza was using before I killed him and took it for my self." I said showing it off.

"Huh so this belonged to the guy that blew up your home planet." She said while looking around.

"Yup. Anyway feel free to look around the ship and the planet. One warning though, you might see bodies scattered around." I said warning her of what she will find while exploring.

"Alright I'll look around the ship for now then look around the planet." Bulma said interested in the technology.

"Alright I'll be back in a minute have fun." I said and flew off.

After leaving bulma at the ship I flew off to continue the wish I wanted to make before getting into that whole situation. Arriving a good distance away I called out to shenron again.

"Rise shenron." I said

{you have summoned me again}

"Yes I have." I said rolling my eyes

{state your wishes}

"For the first wish, I want my full potential to be unlocked. For the second wish, I want the ability to fully unlock someone's potential. For the last wish, I want another ring with unlimited storage." I said excited to see how much my power will increase with my potential unlocked.

{your wishes have been granted}

"Awesome tha-aggg ahhhhhh!!!!" Before I could finish talking an immense amount of pain flooded my entire body, making my mind go blank.

(A/N think of the effect gokus body went through in dbz when using kaio ken x4, his body couldn't handle that much power/strain only many times worse)

Unbeknownst to me the entire planet was shaking while changes to the weather began to occur. In the middle of all this happening a wave of godly ki started being emitted from my body for a few seconds before disappearing and another wave of intense pain washed over me.

In another place in the universe.

[ Whis P.O.V ]

"Oh my, was that godly ki that I just felt from the mortal realm" I said while reaching for my staff.

"Let's check this out." I said while searching for the mortal that achieved godly ki.

"Hmm it appears he's a saiyan how interesting. It seems his body couldn't handle such an amount of power suddenly being poured into him and is undergoing a tremendous back lash. If this doesn't stop he'll soon die." I said while watching this unfold.

What a shame, it would be the birth of a new god if he survives. He also seems to have access to ultra instinct. Fascinating.

"Should you survive saiyan I'll be keeping an eye on you." I said interested in his potential.

[ Bulma P.O.V ]

"This ship is so amazing, the level of technology is beyond that of what we have back on earth." I said excited to work with and study this tech.

"Healing chambers, these could help with so many things on earth." I said immediately coming up with ideas on how to use these in the future.

*boom!!*

"Ahhh, what the hell was that." I said at the sudden explosion.

Heading out of the ship I see the weather rapidly changing and the planet shaking. Looking at the direction of where this is all happing I begin heading there.

"Isn't that where kaleth went off to earlier. Is he ok." I said worried.

Quickly making my way there I arrive to see kaleth on his knees inside a crater screaming in pain while lightning kept radiating from his body.

"Ahhh!!"

"What's wrong with you what happened." I yelled at him worried at what's happening to him.

"Come on think think what should I do." I said to my self wondering how I could possibly help him.

"Wait!! The healing chamber that should work." I said remembering the chamber that might be able to help.

Thinking this I immediately start making my way down the crater so I can drag him to the ship. As I got closer he went unconscious yet the lightning continued to surround his body.

Getting to his body I tried being careful not knowing if the lightning would hurt me but it didn't.

Knowing this I grabbed his body and tried to start dragging him towards the ship.

"God why is he so damn heavy." I said struggling to move him closer to the ship.

After not being able to move him, I went back to the ship to look for something that might be able to. As I was looking I saw a hovering chair so I got it and some rope.

Heading back to kaleth I tied the rope around his legs and used the hover chair to take him back to the ship.

Once at the ship I took him to where the healing chambers are at. Arriving there I lifted him using the chair and put him in the chamber after having done that I untied him then turned it on.

'I hopes this works. What happened to you kaleth.' I thought to myself while looking at him floating in the liquid.

Standing there for an hour I began to get hungry. Deciding to get some food I left the room and began to look for the kitchen to eat. Finding it and getting something to eat I felt better.

"I need to get some sleep I'll check on kaleth tomorrow." I said to myself feeling sleepy after the long day I had today.

'I still need to think what to do about whether I should be in a relationship with him or not.' I thought while heading to a room.

As I was walking to the room I kept thinking of what I should do. If I judge him without getting to know him more personally, then wouldn't I be like those who would just judge me without being interested in who I really am.

Arriving at the room I laid down and continued to think. Getting to know him doesn't mean I accepted being with him. I'll see just how things go as we get to spend time with each other, I just hope he's ok. I'll check his condition tomorrow.

(Following day)

Waking up I stretched and got out of bed. After doing my morning routine I went to the healing room to check the condition of kaleth.

'Now let's see what exactly is going on with you kaleth.' I thought while running a thorough scan of his body.

The scan took a while before the results finally came in. What I saw left me shocked. If it weren't for him being in the healing chamber then he'd already be dead. His body is constantly being broken down and being rebuilt better, stronger.

'It seems saiyans have an incredible ability to grow stronger and more robust every time they receive a great amount of damage and heal.' I thought going through kaleths results.

'It seems it'll take a while before his condition become stable. I hope it doesn't take long.' I thought looking at kaleth. I guess I'll have to wait.

[ Kaleth P.O.V ]

'Uggh why can't I move.' I thought feeling like my entire body was paralyzed.

"Your finally awake thank god." Said bulma happy.

'Huh, finally awake? What happened.' I thought thinking back to the last thing I remember.

"I know you can't talk, so I'll just tell you where your at and what's happened." Said bulma getting closer.

"You've been unconscious in the healing chamber for the past 3 months." Bulma said and she began to inform me of my condition.

'Three months huh I didn't expect this to happen when I wished to get my potential unlocked.' I thought.

"I don't know what you did for you to go through what you went through, though I did manage to get you in there and run some scans on your body." Bulma said before taking a deep breath and continuing to explain.

"After getting the results, it showed that your body was being constantly damaged and broken down only to get healed and get stonger and more robust.

Another thing I found in the scans were, aside from your body becoming physically stronger, your cells are changing, almost mutating." She said telling me her findings.

'Huh so my own saiyan adaptability and zenkais saved me by making it so that my body could handle such a vast amount of power.' I thought while looking at bulma.

'My cells are also changing. I need to ask her to run a more thorough scan on my cells later.' I thought

I need to thank her for pretty much keeping me alive. I'd be dead if it weren't for her.

'I should be able to telepathically communicate with her, let me tell her to let me out.' I thought while concentrating.

{hey bulma can you hear me} i said

"what how can I hear your voice" said bulma confused

{calm down I'm talking to you through telepathy} I said explaining

{I need you to let me out of here} I said

{but your not fully healed your body just now reached a stable condition} said bulma not agreeing with what I asked.

{trust me I have something that can fully heal me} I said knowing a senzu bean would leave me good as new

{fine but you have to take me with you} said bulma with a look that meant she wasn't taking no for an answer.

{fine fine you can come with me now let me out} i said agreeing

Once the liquid was drained and I was out I asked bulma to hold my hand, as soon as she did I sent us inside the time chamber and with the help of bulma I went to where I kept the senzu beans and ate one.

As I ate it I instantly felt back to full health and power. Feeling this I couldn't help but let out a laugh.

"Hahah this is amazing." I said ecstatic.

"Why are you laughing like a maniac and how are you fully healed." Bulma said completely confused seeing me healed.

"This is a senzu bean, it can restore a person to their peak physical health. Aside from that they can heal pretty much anything." I said explaining what it is and handing a few over to her.

"Here you can have a few of them and study them." I said

"Really are you serious, this along with the healing chambers are enough to revolutionize the medical field back on earth." She said in disbelief that id be willingly giving it away.

"I don't care about that, have fun with studying them." I said with a smile.
