With One Slash

As they both landed the bunny behind them landed and stared at them almost as if it was analyzing them but they couldn't pay much attention to that. Xilo had no idea when it would jump again and they needed a plan. With only 5 total platforms in the room equally apart in a zig zag like pattern they only had so many options to do in this scenario. Thankfully the only respite they had was the bunny no longer throwing things at them but that still didn't mean they weren't on a time limit.

"How much longer can I last?"

Looking at the ice spread into his upper arm almost to his sleeve Xilo was beginning to be unable to ignore it anymore as he lost control of his arm little by little. "If only it didn't change." If it was only one more jump things would have been much easier but now he didn't know what to do, he was at a loss at this point. Keeping an eye on the bunny Xelifa looked over and saw Xilo's arm as well and knew that things were beginning to take too long at this point. "Xilo.." She almost asked him what to do again but in the moment the bunny started to jump again giving them no time.

"Xilo, Move."

Awakening from his stupor somewhat Xelfia grabbed his hand filled with ice and dragged him along. They didn't have the time to be slowed down as she jumped with him through the air to the next platform. Annoyance and frustration filled her body as that stupid bunny chased them around while Xilo wasn't himself completely. "What to do, what to do." Looking at the bunny for a second she studied it to see if she could find anything of use while trying to probe its strength a little bit. She could only rely on herself at the moment but a part of her was happy about that. She could finally be a little more helpful maybe and feel like she accomplished something at this rate.

"Doesn't seem to be stronger."

From her guess it was probably around the same strength as her even a little weaker but with the current terrain that didn't give her too much hope. Every time it attacked they were forced to get off the platform to avoid it but they couldn't just do that forever. "But how do I hit it then?" If she waited until it was in front of them and she ended up failing they would both be sent flying off the edge in seconds with no hope of getting back. So she had to be extremely careful or it would be the end of them. "Careful is not really my specialty though..." Unlike Xilo she was a lot better with brute forcing it as that was how her life had always been even though now she wanted to change that but not many opportunities had presented itself lately but maybe this could be one.

At the very least it could prove well as some practice and if she couldn't get it in time she could always just jump away with Xilo and get to safety to try again. "I did say I needed practice." Laughing at that thought a slightly confident smile returned to her face as she stared down at the bunny with some anger building in her eyes while specks of gold in her eyes began to shine a little bit. Watching the Bunny jump again she paid attention to anything she could while preparing to dodge again and jumped to the next platform.

"Well that wasn't of much help so far."

Unable to see anything from that she was forced to repeat the process with Xilo still not himself over and over again until finally she noticed something. "Every time it gets close to me it stalls a little in the air trying to attack it seems." Maybe the Bunny had some control over the air that allowed it to make small adjustments that allowed it to attack properly but to her that was the only opportunity she could find but even then it was a small window that wouldn't be easily taken advantage of. "So it begins." her best bet was to make use of her Nature Energy to try and attack it in that interval but to do that she would have to be quick enough and precise to hit it. If not she would have to jump again to dodge or risk falling down below.

"Simple enough right?"

Though she knew that wasn't true in the slightest for her but now was her chance. Keeping an eye on the Bunny again she silently circulated some Nature Energy inside her and began to create a vine that was tough enough to deal damage well also small enough to be used quickly and stay hidden but she was to slow this time as the bunny once again made it in front of her before she was finished. "Alright then, let's work on speeding that up for now." Jumping she tried again and only focused on the speed of the creation this time which thankfully she wasn't the worst at but that still didn't stop her from failing again and up being forced to evade. Like that it happened five more times before she was eventually able to do it fast enough to actually be able to attack with it. The hardest part for her during that whole ordeal was getting the size compacted enough to work for what she had in mind and being able to maintain it long enough to attack.

"All that's left is to attack now."

Checking on Xilo she made sure he was okay as she prepared herself. All that was left now was nailing the attack timing down perfectly but she was confident in doing that after watching it so many times now. All she had to do was wait for it to attack her again and hope for the best. 'Speaking of." Watching the Bunny jump towards her she patiently waited as she felt the pressure of failure loom around her but she shook it off as it slowly got closer to her. "You'll be fine, don't worry." Inhaling Xelfia waited for it to finally appear in front of her and make a move at the last second.

"Just Die!"

In that moment she slashed out with a small dagger made of vines..

woops late sorry about that
