Quiet Girl

Making their way to the other end of the area Tearia walked as calmly as she could up to the participant area while feeling the same feeling of being watched similar to the other day. "Something feels a bit different though now. It's gotten worse." Before she couldn't quite tell if it was hostile or not with all the other people around making it hard to tell but now she was sure. "Someone seems to hate me a lot but why?" She tried to think of why someone would hate her recently but nothing came to mind.

"Maybe it's something I did in the past."

That was the only conclusion she could think of in her head. "I wasn't always the most nice person before." She had tricked and lied to more than one person after all while always keeping her distance as much as possible so if someone came to hate her because of it she wouldn't be surprised. "Guess I'll find out." Arriving at her seat she looked up at the stands set up for them as she looked around for her name plate before walking up. Along the way she also saw a lot of the people she had taken note of the other day. Feeling her nerves rise as all the other participants evaluated her with each step she took she eventually made it to her place in the top right corner before sitting down.

"Good job."

"..."

Hearing her Grandfather's praise she didn't know what to think as they began to patiently wait for the competition to begin as Tearia looked around trying to see if she could find the person who hated her while keeping an eye on her competition. "I'll snap her neck." Floating above the whole place Hazel looked down and spotted the purple haired girl again. If at first she just felt a petty hatred for her because of what happened to her mercenary then now it was a lot more personal. "She defeated three of my members already. I can't let her defeat more." With a lot of unfortunate luck yesterday she was forced to watch as the girl beat two more of her people after the first and to make it worse she seemed to do it with ease.

"You won't be so cocky for long." Thankfully the rest of her people made it. However before she could think any further about it she heard a booming voice enter her ears signaling the silence of the crowd and the beginning of today's fights. Relaxing her body her sight left Tearia as she looked towards the center platform where it came from as an older man appeared on top of it. "So this is the Bastard who they chose to represent their Clan?" Staring at his white haired and slightly handsome face he had with his suit she felt like laughing aloud almost. He may have looked proper and kind to most people here but a lot of them knew how sadistic he could be and some of the things he had done to people that could make someone sick. "Filth." Though maybe she didn't have the right to talk.

Regardless she still had to listen to his annoying voice as he announced his presence making a grand show to the public trying to show off his Clan. "Well his strength isn't a joke at least." His personality may have been the worst of the worst but his strength sat comfortably around the Eighth Stage making him one of the more stronger people in the city but that was to be expected from Selturn. "Though there's that one man...." remembering back to that day she drowned out all the garbage he was spouting. "I wonder what happened to him." While it wasn't important she didn't have anything better to do until the man stopped speaking so it was better than nothing.

"Now for the rules...."

Listening Tearia tried to make sure there weren't any differences from yesterday's as she rubbed the stamp on her hand waiting for it to display her position and who she would be fighting against again today. Thankfully nothing had changed to her knowledge so she stopped paying attention to it while she waited for it to begin. With some more time passing and the the chatter of the crowd starting back up again Tearia watched as her stamp came to life displaying two sets of numbers and her arena position as she got up and bid goodbye to her Grandparents before beginning to make her way there. "I can't quite tell if I'm unlucky or lucky..." Staring at the purple haired girl walking towards the position one of her members was sent as well she turned to the man down below and directed her voice towards him.

"Make her suffer as much as possible."

Hearing a voice suddenly he looked up to see his Clan Leader glaring at him while nodding as he walked to his arena and finally understood. "No wonder....It's this girl." He had seen his Clan Leader getting bent out of shape quite a bit because of her yesterday along with everyone else though no one said anything. "well if that's what she wants." He didn't particularly care either way he just simply wanted to win and if he was asked to add a couple more injuries here and there then it wasn't a big deal to him. Facing the boy she looked at his uniform and sighed internally. "It's another one of them." She just kept having to fight people that belonged to Feltin. "What are the odds, seriously." But at least they had been relatively easy to beat so far so that gave her a little bit of a confidence boost as she readied herself for battle.

Staring at each other from each side Tearia waited until everyone was ready and heard the sound of multiple shouts before she began to fight as one lone girl on the center platform quietly watched her without flinching while not being noticed by anyone.
