Mason stood with his grandparents in Jason's hospital room as they watched him sleep. He already woke up earlier but went back to sleep not quite long after. He was in so much pain and could barely recognize them.
"Who could have done this to my baby?" His grandmother cried.
"We don't know yet, the police are already investigating to find out who did it," Mason said. He had his arm wrapped around his grandmother's shoulders consoling her.
"They had better be fast and find whoever it is that did this to my boy and make him pay."
"The person will surely be found," His grandfather said.
"There is something that you both should know," Mason said in a soft voice.
"What is it?" His grandmother asked.
"We should go outside and talk about this," Mason didn't want Jason to wake up and overhear what he was about to tell his grandparents. They both followed him outside Jason's room.
