Chapter 6: Pisces Gym

A few days after Luna's incident with a Wiley Vulpix, she had earned decent pay doing odd jobs around the city. Luna had just finished a job getting rid of some rampant Rattata in a restaurant's basement and was on her way back to the Pokemon Center. The sun beamed down on her as it peaked at noon; she walked briskly down the crowded streets with Casper flying close behind her.

"That wasn't too bad, was it?" Luna asked Casper as she walked.

  "Vree!" Casper sang cheerfully.

"Good, I'm glad! I hate to put so much work on you and Slither lately, but we need some sort of income to fight in Trainer Battles and get Advanced Training at the local gym."

Casper nodded and chirped, agreeing with her.

Luna smiled and Pet his head, "Thanks for understanding."

A loud commotion began uproaring from the crowd in front of Luna and Casper when all of a sudden, in the middle of the road, a group of four people dressed in dark gray attire ran out from the crowd and jumped into a getaway vehicle. The tires screeched as it rode off down the street.

"What was that about?" Luna asked aloud.

A few distant voices began shouting, "Stop them! They took my Pokemon." "Mine too!" "Don't Let them get away!"

Three people ran up to the street, out of breath. "Which way did they go!?" asked the tall man.

"I'm sorry, they took off in a black van down the road." A passerby told the man.

"Dammit!" he yelled out. The boy who was running with him pulled on his shirt, "What do we do now, Dad?"

"We'll find them. Let's go to the Police Station right away." The man led the boy and the woman with him past Luna, and up the street before fading into the crowd.

  "That's horrible..." Luna sighed.

"Yeah, that new Team has been wreaking havoc for a couple of months now." another passerby stopped and told Luna.

  "What's their deal?"

"Nobody knows for sure, my coworker spotted someone in their outfit drunk off their ass a few days ago. They said that they were talking about 'trying to join Humans and Pokemon', but aren't they already part of our Society enough? I don't really get it. But they keep stealing people's Pokemon, so make sure to keep yours close to you if you can."

Luna gulped, "Thanks for the info, we'll be sure to keep safe." She quickly hugged Casper tightly between her arms as she made her way back to the Pokemon Center.

After Luna freshened up in her room, she headed back to Pisces Gym to get some training.

Steam filled the air as Luna and Fish had another Pokemon Battle.

"Casper use Aerial Ace!" Luna shouted out,

  "Dodge it, Chinchou!" Yelled Fish.

Casper sped with intense speed across the surface of the water, cutting the steam in the air like a knife as it landed a hit on the Enemy Pokemon who wasn't able to get out of the way in time.

The Chinchou's antennae began sparking before releasing an Electro Ball out at Casper in retaliation.

  "Look out!" Luna warned.

Casper spotted the attack from the corner of his eye as he heard the warning and turned his body so that the attack just narrowly missed him as he flew in the air.

Visibly angry, the Chinchou let out Electro ball over and over, desperately trying to hit Casper.

"Calm down Chinchou!" Fish ordered as he scratched his head, "Sorry miss, he's in a bit of a mood today!"

"It's no problem for me! Trust me, Slither acts like this all the time!" Luna chuckled back. "Use Fairy Wind!"

As the Togetic flew over Chinchou a burst of Pink wind hit the Pokemon, sending it flying up.

  "Aerial Ace!" shouted Luna.

Casper made a loop in the air to connect with the Chinchou on the way to the ground and sent it crashing into the wet ground.

Chinchou hit the floor with a crash. A few seconds after the rain from the hit stopped, the referee spoke up. "Chinchou is unable to battle! Luna and Casper are the winners!"

Fish returned his Pokemon to its Pokeball and walked over to Luna, who was giving a celebratory hug to Casper as she jumped up and down.

Fish pat her on the back, "Great job out there! I see the Job board has helped you out a bit!"

"Thanks, Fish!" She smiled, "It really did! Getting real-world physical experience helped me and my Pokemon get on the same wavelength if you get what I mean?"

"I sure do! Reminds me of my days as a trainer way back when!" he gave a hearty laugh, seeming to be pretty proud of the newbie trainer in front of him.

"You were a Trainer too, Fish!? What made you settle down here?" Luna asked, "Sorry, you don't have to answer if that's too personal!"

"Oh, no! That's quite fine! The short of it is that I had started a family! And I refused to be one of those fathers who leave their family behind to go on thrill-seeking adventures. I love my children and my wife way too much to leave them behind. So I traded the life of a trainer for the life of a father. I still get to fight alongside my Pokemon this way too, so it doesn't really bother me too much! As long as we can live a happy life together, that's all that matters!"

Luna listened intently as he gave his answer, "You're an awesome guy, Fish!"

Fish's face went red, "Well, thank you, young lady. I think you're awesome too. Now, let's go over some battle tactics. Now that you've beaten me, you're ready for the real deal!"

"Yes!" Luna followed Fish to the backrooms of the Gym.

In the backrooms were other workers and trainers sitting in separate rooms.

"This is where we help trainers build new tactics to fight in Pokemon battles. We try to teach them pretty advanced tactics because Pisces isn't known to be a gym leader who holds her punches!"

Fish brought Luna to a separate room, "And her custom arena doesn't help the matter either!"

"That's right, you mentioned that the other day. It's like a swimming pool, right?"

"It's pretty close to one, yes, and her Pokemon use it to their full advantage."

"Crap... Casper can't swim too well and Slither is a fire type so any attacks under the water would knock him out instantly."

"Sadly, this is true but, as I said earlier, you can still make it!" Fish raised his fist in the air encouragingly.

Luna giggled, "Yeah, we'll just have to do our best!"

"That's the spirit! I'm not allowed to disclose all information but I can let you know that her Pokemon have a few aces up their sleeve that affect the arena. So be wary of changes in terrain."

"Okay! And besides her Pokemon being water type can you tell me if they have a secondary typing? Or would that be too much?"

"Hmm. No, I think that it's alright. Both of her Pokemon are singularly Water Type."

  Luna rubbed her chin, "Interesting..."

Fish and Luna spent the next hour going over tactics and different ways she might be able to use her Pokemon in battle.

By the time Luna got done talking to Fish, it was late in the day as the sun began setting on the horizon.

"I wonder how Ted is doing? It's been a couple of days since we hung out last!" Luna stretched as Casper flew and rested on her shoulders as he leaned on her head.

"You deserve a nice rest! You did great today Casper."

Luna went back to the Pokemon Center and went straight to her room to let Casper sleep peacefully outside of his Pokeball.

"Sleep tight!" she kissed his feathery head before heading out of her room and heading down the hall towards Ted's room.

Luna knocked softly on Ted's door, she waited patiently for a little bit before she was about to knock again when the door opened slowly. Ted revealed himself, looking sweaty and disheveled.

"H-Hey Luna, how's it going?" Ted's voice sounded very nasally and congested.

"Oh, gosh! Are you okay?" Luna looked worried for her friend.

"Y-Yeah, I just caught something this morning and it hasn't gone away."

"I'm so sorry! Do you need help with anything?" asked Luna.

"No, I'm fine! I think I'm just going to rest for tonight."

"O-Of course! Please, get as much rest as you need!"

"Right. I will, thanks for checking in on me, Luna. You're a good friend."

Luna smiled, "Anytime, Ted. Have a good night!"

"Goodnight," Ted spoke lightly before he closed the door.

Luna sighed, having to change her plans in her head, and went back to her room. She heated up a cup of noodles for dinner and watched some TV for a bit.

"Oh! I should ask Ted if he wants some soup! I doubt he's eaten anything all day!" Luna pulled out her Poke-phone and video called Ted.

'Ring. Ring. Ring.' The phone sounded in her hand for a bit before the call was answered. The screen was a bit dark and she was barely able to make out before she was able to make out two figures from the light of the lamp in the background of the video call.

"Ted, it's Luna! You there?" She asked, curiously watching as the two figures moved on the screen. Luna turned off her light to try and see the screen better and as soon as she turned off her room's light. She could see the screen better. Luna gasped as she realized what was going on. On the video call, Luna saw Ted alive and well buck naked humping down on his Loudred in the missionary position.

In Ted's room, his phone was sticking out of his pants pocket that was thrown onto a nearby chair, the camera of his phone was tilted and partially covered but it was enough to give Luna a full view of his interactions with his Loudred.

"Fuck, Loudred, you're so tight!" Ted moaned as he pressed his veiny cock deeper inside of his Pokemon's lubed-up bottom. Loudred's penis twitched as his master fucked him. Loudred's member was a bit darker than its natural skin color and seemed to be naturally ribbed in four sections up the base of its cock; at the tip of Loudred's Human-Esque penis, its head seemed to be naturally split, the head of the penis resembling the top of a heart in shape.

"Loudred!" the Pokemon moaned as it felt Ted's cock reach deep inside of him.

Theodore breathed heavily, "Shh, Loudred, try not to be so loud! You almost got us caught last time!"

Luna quickly hit the mute button so that Ted couldn't hear her voice. She watched as Ted pulled out of the Pokemon's puckering purple hole, his precum had visibly lubed up his Pokemon's butt and his own shaft.

Luna looked to her side and saw Casper already passed out on the bed next to her as she snuck under the covers and lowered her underwear, "I can't believe I'm doing this!" she whispered to herself as she licked her fingers and began rubbing herself underneath the sheets as she watched her friend get down and dirty.

Ted stroked his Pokemon's short but girthy cock as he inserted his into the Loudreds accepting warmth. Loudred let its mouth hang open as it kept its moans as quiet as possible for the loud Pokemon, he grabbed Ted's arm as he felt his trainer delve deep inside of him.

"L-Loud..." he whimpered kinkily as he felt his hole being spread by the entirety of his trainer's length.

"You're so tight, Loudred." Ted whispered to his Pokemon as he thrust in and out of him.

He could feel his cock grind against Loudred's male G-spot as he fucked his Pokemon a bit faster. Ted gripped Loudred's dick a bit tighter and stroked him wildly as he tried to keep his composure while he fucked the Mon'.

"Loudred!" the Pokemon let out a loud moan which caused Ted to freeze.

Luna could even hear the Pokemon from her room across the hall, she blushed and giggled before continuing to watch the free show.

"SHH!" Ted shivered, "We can't let anyone know!"

The Loudred quickly shut his lips and looked at his trainer apologetically.

"I-it's okay. I know it's hard for you to keep quiet." Ted pulled out and slowly jerked him off, before sitting next to him. "I-If you promise to be quiet, we can do the thing you like..."

Loudred sat up and nodded up and down, suddenly very excited.

Ted pat his head, "Okay, okay! J-just be gentle. I'm still not completely used to this" he bent over on the bed next to his Pokemon. His buttocks were open to the air in front of the Loudred who stood up eagerly behind his Trainer.

Ted flinched as he felt the heat of the Pokemon's ribbed and girthy sex rub between his crease.

"D-don't put it in dry like last time! That hurt!" Ted warned.

"Loudred!" the Pokemon spoke in a whisper as much as a Loudred could whisper. He bent down and stuck out his large tongue, spreading his trainer's cheeks, and lapped at his entrance.

Ted's heart beat faster as he felt this massive tongue slide against his back door.

Loudred soon finished feeling like he had done his job and stood back up and prodded his thing against Ted.

"O-Okay..." Ted gripped the sheets in front of him. Loudred grunted as he pushed his body forward, he was met with a bit of resistance but pushed further and felt his tip delve into the human in front of him.

Luna whimpered as she slid her finger into her wet slit. She caressed her folds, pleasuring herself imagining how Ted must with his Pokemon's girth inside of him.

Ted gripped the sheets tightly and exhaled, "Holy shit."

Loudred slowly moved his penis inside of him, the ribs on his cock giving a pleasurable texture as he inserted himself fully inside his trainer's tight bottom.

"Loudred!" The Pokemon exhaled before humping slowly. An audible slap was heard as he thrust his waist against his trainer.

Ted's length swung and twitched with each thrust. He grabbed a nearby pillow and shoved his face into it as he let out a muffled groan. Loudred seemed to be enjoying himself as he moved back and forth at an increasing pace. The Pokemon's sack slammed against his trainer's taint with a loud slap. Ted put up his arm against his Pokemon's waist pushing his palm against the Loudred, signaling him to slow down.

Loudred listened compliantly as he slowed down, allowing for a more passionate experience as he grinded his base against Ted's inside walls.

A muffled, "Thank you." was heard as the trainer held his face against the pillow. He moved his palm from Loudred's waist and moved it back down and under the pillow. He clenched his hole, constricting Loudred inside of him.

"Loudred!" The Pokemon moaned softly his ribbed member grinding especially hard now, scraping his trainer's insides as he hit his prostate.

The Pokemon's thrusts were slow but held power behind them, still leaving every thrust with a loud slap as his waist met his trainer's bottom.

Luna could hear Ted's moan getting deeper and lustful, she giggled as she heard his moans, "Look who's being loud now!"

Loudred bellowed with a closed mouth in response as he quickened his pace once more, he grabbed him by the waist and began humping him with sudden vigor.

Instead of putting his hand back up to stop the Pokemon, Ted pushed his face deeper into the pillow moaning loudly as he felt his Pokemon's cock slam against him.

"Loudred!" The Pokemon let out a moan as he thrust as deep as he could again and again as he held onto his trainer tightly, he could feel resistance as he pulled away from his trainer with each thrust as if his member was being sucked back inside of his ass.

"L-Loudred!" the Pokemon tapped Ted's side, trying to warn him of his upcoming climax. Ted nodded into the pillow, and Loudred began thrusting as hard as his body would let him. He slammed his cock inside of his trainer's warmth. Ted moaned as his rocking cock spurted hot cum onto the bed beneath him. He splurted out load after load as the Pokemon swung his monster into him with a hard thrust. Loudred stayed inside of his trainer as he climaxed, his cock pulsing as he let out a held-back moan. Ted could feel the hot spunk flooding inside of him as his Pokemon relieved himself. Loudred pulled back from his trainer just before his tip left his hole before slamming his cock into him once more, letting out another powerful load inside of his trainer.

Ted felt weak as his Pokemon pulled out, his pulsing cock still leaking cum onto the bed as he stepped back. His backdoor gaped, pulsing on its own as it slowly closed and leaked out cum that was put inside. He lay there completely still with his ass frozen in the air, cum of his own dripped down onto the bedsheets as he tried to gain the strength to get up.

Luna bit her lip as she wasn't quite finished herself and quickly shut off the video call, deciding that she'd seen enough and didn't want to get caught watching the two. She made sure her phone was away in the bedside drawer before finishing herself off for the night and passing out.

The next morning Luna awoke feeling a bit refreshed and embarrassed when she found that woke up with her underwear wrapped around her ankles. Thankfully Casper was still sleeping peacefully as she got out of bed and dressed herself.

She walked over and petted Casper softly awake, "Today's the day buddy. We're gonna take Pisces down!"

Casper opened his eyes slowly and stretched, letting out a cute bird-like murmur while he spread his wings. Luna smiled and released Slither from his Pokeball; the wide-eyed Pokemon stretched on the messy bed and made a silent yawn before looking blankly in Luna's direction.

"Alright, boys! We gotta be at our best today! I want to go over some tactics with you guys before we head out, okay!?"

Casper nodded eagerly, and Luna gave a thumbs up to the Togetic. She then looked to Slither who stuck his tongue out derpily.

"I'll take that as a yes..." she giggled, "OK then, let's get to it!"

Luna spent the next hour going over some strategies and eating breakfast with her Pokemon. On the way out of the hallway, Luna bumped into Ted much to her surprise. Immediately, Luna's face burned red, and memories from last night raced through her mind no matter how she might try to keep them buried away.

"G-good morning, Ted! I-I'm glad to see that you are feeling better!" Luna stumbled a bit before catching herself.

Ted scratched the back of his head, "Yeah, I'm feeling a lot better this morning!"

"I'm glad to hear that! I-I was worried about you yesterday."

  "Thanks, but I'm alright now."

The two made their way out of the Pokemon Center, Luna couldn't help but notice his slight limpish waddle as Ted walked and she bit her lip to refrain herself from mentioning anything.

"So, you're heading out to battle Pisces today, huh?" Ted stopped and turned toward Luna.

"Y-yeah! I figured that I already spent a bit of time here in the City and I wanted to move on towards Boulder Creek Village soon."

"Oh, cool! I'll be heading on over there as soon as I get some more training in. Loudred has been working overtime lately, so we're all amped up!"

"I bet you are!" Luna laughed quietly to herself, she couldn't help but let out an underlying quote.

"Right, so if you do win today, then hopefully we will meet again someday soon!" Ted reached out his hand.

"We will! I know you'll beat her too!" Luna shook his hand with confirmation that they'd meet up again.

Luna and Ted waved goodbye for now as they went their separate ways. Luna strutted towards Pisces Gym with a fire in her eyes, she was desperate to get a win today now more than ever.

Fish greeted Luna at the door as she entered the shell-shaped building, "Hello young lady! I see you're here quite early. Eager for your battle today?"

"You bet I am! I'm roaring to get in there and show her what we can do!" Luna pumped her fist.

"That's the spirit! Let's get you signed up for today's battle against Pisces. Luckily you're the first trainer in today. Just give me a few minutes to let Pisces know that you are here and we will get you started!"

"Sure thing!" Luna replied happily as she watched Fish run off towards the opposite side of the building. It seemed like forever as Luna stood waiting for Fish's return, she could feel her heartbeat in her chest. She couldn't tell if she was too excited or nervous for the battle but, she knew that she had to march forward and try her best!

"Alright, Luna. Pisces will see you now." Fish spoke up, startling the girl a bit.

"R-right!" Luna followed Fish past the advanced training grounds and into a set of double doors that blocked off the rest of the gym.

In this large room was a Pokemon Arena a bit larger than any zone that Luna had fought in before. She gulped in anticipation as she looked at the Arena closely. The entire arena was an eight-foot-deep swimming pool beside one circular platform that floated in the center of the arena.

"This might be a little bit tricky, but we've been prepping for this!" Luna told herself.

"That's good to hear! I like a trainer that does their homework!" A feminine voice shouted back from the opposite side of the Arena.

Luna looked across the room to see Pisces, standing proudly. She wore a red one-piece swimsuit, resembling that of a lifeguard. Her dark brown hair was dripping wet and stuck to her light brown skin.

"Just got done with my pre-battle swim, so I'm ready to go when you are!" Pisces stretched her muscles in front of her.

Luna got into position on the opposite side of the battlefield, "Alright then, I'm ready! Don't go easy on me!"

"I never go easy on anybody sweetheart!" Pisces laughed as she pulled out a Pokeball from... Somewhere?

Fish stepped on the side of the Pokemon Arena, "I will be acting as this Battle's referee. Seeing as both sides are ready to battle, we shall get this thing going! The battle starts in, Three! Two! One!"

As soon as Fish finished his countdown, both Luna and Pisces threw their Pokemon out onto the field. Slither was summoned atop the floating platform in the middle of the pool. Pisces Pokemon was summoned underneath the water, hidden from both Luna's and Slithers's sight.

Luna scanned the area around the platform looking for the enemy Pokemon but all she could make out was a blur from under the water as it swam at the bottom of the pool.

"Just be careful, Slither!" She warned her Pokemon as she waited for some sort of movement. The Salandit held his ground, turning slowly as he anticipated an attack.

A few moments passed and Pisces shouted, "Rain Dance!"

Suddenly a small glow appeared from beneath the floating platform as clouds formed inside of the gym and it began to rain.

"Crap..." Luna whispered to herself before noticing the small glow circling the platform.

"Get ready!" she shouted as rain fell all around them, the droplets hitting the surface of the pool made it a bit rough to hear or see.

But even with the heavy rainfall, Slither stood tall keeping track of his surroundings.

"Now!" shouted Pisces as a blur leaped out of the water from behind Slither. A large Huntail arched through the air downwards at Slither. Slither quickly reacted to the speedy Pokemon and slammed it across its jaw with a powerful Scratch attack, knocking the Huntail back into the water.

"Hmph, your Salandit is quicker than I thought. Let's mix things up! Huntail, Whirlpool!" Pisces ordered.

Slowly but gaining speed, the platform that Slither stood on began spinning. Soon the platform spun rapidly.

"Slither, hold on tight!" Luna prayed that Slither could stay on, knowing they'd be at an even greater disadvantage if he ended up in the water.

Slither used his front and back claws to dig into the platform and held on tightly as it spun rapidly, fast enough to make any normal Pokemon or Human blow chunks by now.

The Huntail breached the surface of the water and stared at the spinning Salandit.

  "Scary Face!" Pisces yelled.

From Slither's point of view, flashes of the Huntail's face grew in view. Its eyes were a piercing red and its large gaping maw opened, showing off its jagged teeth.

  "Shoot, Slither!" Luna called out.

Slither opened his mouth and shot out bullets of Ember from his spinning body, the attack spreading across the room. Luna even had to duck out of the way from the spray of Ember going in every direction.

One bullet eventually landed directly on the Huntail's forehead as it tried to use Scary Face. The Huntail then retreated into the water.

"What the heck was that!? Salandits don't have an ability to get out of Scary Face do they??" Pisces looked confused.

Luna stood back up, "Sorry, my Salandit is sort of a special case. If you try to scare him or get him dizzy, it just doesn't work! He's... Derpy." She found a backhanded way to compliment her still-spinning lizard.

"No matter." Pisces sighed, "Huntail, flip it!"

Luna gasped as she saw the blur of a Pokemon dart upwards toward the platform and hit it from underneath. The platform rocked violently from side to side, almost teetering halfway over. Slither's grip was still tight against the platform as he held on.

"One more!" Pisces scoffed at the Stubborn Pokemon in front of her.

The Huntail hit the platform once more.

"Remember what I told you!" Luna barely got out her words before she watched the platform flip over and Slither fall into the water.

Under the water, Slither looked from side to side trying to get an eye on his enemy when suddenly he was grabbed from behind by Huntail's massive jaw and bitten down on. Huntail dragged Slither against the wall of the pool while taking Scratch Attacks from the Pokemon in its jaw. Huntail shook Slither in its mouth violently, trying to knock the Lizard unconscious. Slither turned its head towards the inside of Huntail's mouth and opened its own mouth, releasing Ember inside of the Pokemon. Huntail went into a frenzy after feeling the attack and slammed Slither into wall after wall after feeling the inside of his throat being burned by his attack.

Above the water, Luna looked in hope as she saw bubbles rise up after each bright flash of Ember from underneath the water. "Come on, buddy. You can do it!" she shouted.

Abruptly the Huntail flew out from the water slamming itself and Slither onto the flipped platform. The Huntail slid slowly back into the water, seeming badly hurt. However, Slither lay unconscious on the platform.

"Slither is unable to battle!" Shouted Fish.

"It was a good try, you did great." Luna sighed as she returned her Pokemon to his Pokeball.

"He put up a good fight!" Pisces smiled genuinely.

"Thanks!" Luna smiled back before holding Casper's ball tightly in her hand, "Your turn Casper. Show them what you got!"

Casper flew out onto the field and gathered what was going on as he spotted the small glow of Huntail's tail from beneath the surface of the water, even with the rain.

"Be careful Casper, he's faster because of the rain!" Luna warned.

"Good eye there, Luna. You really did do your homework!"

  "You bet I did!"

Suddenly Huntail broke the surface of the water, its mouth was agape, coming upwards at Casper with a Feint Attack.

  "Aerial Ace!" Luna shouted desperately.

Casper heeded his trainer's command and flew up in a loop before flying downwards directly at the Huntail. Casper took the brunt of the attack with the Huntail as they collided in the air, the force of the Togetics attack sent the Huntail crashing down and slamming against the floating platform. Huntail flopped onto the surface of the water, unmoving after the attack.

"Huntail is unable to battle." Fish shouted.

Pisces bit her lip, "That's alright..." She returned Huntail to its Pokeball. "Okay, you're up! Go Wartortle!"

Pisces Wartortle was summoned out on the floating platform, "Wartortle!" The Pokemon cried out provokingly.

"Alright Casper, Fairy Wind!" Casper pulled back its wings and blasted a pink gust downwards at the enemy Pokemon.

"Dodge it and use Water Pulse!" The turtle Pokemon retreated into the water to get out of the way of the incoming attack and retaliated with Water Pulse. The attack hit Casper head-on.

  "Use it again!" shouted Pisces.

"Quick! Hide in the rainclouds!" Luna shouted back. Casper quickly flew up into the clouds that lingered on the battlefield as it poured rain.

Wartortle shot attack after attack, in hopes of hitting the Togetic at random but hit nothing. The Wartortle looked at Pisces, "No, not yet." she replied. "Just be patient."

"Alright, Casper. Aerial Ace!" Luna called out to the hidden Pokemon.

The Togetic burst from the clouds, flying towards Wartortle.

  "Rapid Spin!"

The Wartortle retreated into its shell and began gliding on the surface of the water, clashing with the attack from Casper. Again and again, the attacks from both Pokemon clashed against each other with powerful impacts as they chased one another across the arena.

"Fly up Casper and use Charm!" Casper did as he was told and suddenly the Wartortles eyes became the shape of hearts before it shook its head.

"Looks like it worked! Use another Fairy Wind!" Casper sent another gust down at Wartortle but it wasn't quick enough to dodge this time and was caught in the blast of pink wind, sending it into the water.

A few moments passed as the Pokemon hid under the water, Casper floated above in the air cautiously.

"Keep an eye out for him!" Luna warned. She looked across to the other side of the arena and saw that Pisces was standing there with a smug look on her face.

Luna gasped, "We gotta get to him quick Casper! The rain is healing her Wartortle!"

Pisces laughed, "Very good, Luna! I'm proud of you for figuring that one out so quickly!"

"I knew you had Rain Dance out for more than just Huntails ability, but I didn't think it was because your Wartortle had the Rain Dish ability!"

"Not many people know about his hidden ability, kudos, kid!" Pisces slowly clapped.

"K-kid!? You look like my age!"

"Being Thirty-five never looked so good, right!?" Pisces winked, as she playfully wiggled her curvy body.

"Thirty-Five!? There's no way that- Wait you're stalling!!"

"Caught me!" Pisces stuck out her tongue.

"Casper use Aerial Ace to dive into the water and find him!" Luna pointed down towards the bottom of the floating platform.

Casper nodded, summoning the speed he needed as he breached underneath the surface of the water with great speed. A moment later, Wartortle swam out of the water with Casper close behind.

  "Now!" shouted Pisces.

Suddenly a ball of blue light began forming in Wartortle's mouth as he faced downwards at Casper who was still flying from up out of the water.

"Like we talked about Casper." Luna whispered.

Casper caught the look of the incoming attack and twisted his body as an Ice Beam was shot down at him, freezing the water he was barely able to escape from. Wartortle chased Casper with the Ice Beam as he glided as swiftly as he could towards the turtle shooting down at him. Casper barrel rolled around the attack, but his wing was clipped by the beam of ice, and half of his right wing was frozen solid. But Casper pulled through and increased speed, hitting Wartortle head-on with his Aerial Ace. The attack sent both Pokemon flying on opposite sides of the arena. Casper landed on the floating platform while Wartortle landed in the water.

"Casper are you okay!?" Luna called out as she watched her Pokemon limp to his feet, clearly injured from the Ice Beam attack, his wing partially covered in ice.

Wartortle then breached the water, he seemed pretty hurt but still able to battle as the rain slowly healed him.

  "Rapid Spin!" Pisces spoke sternly.

Luna froze in desperation as she watched Wartortle dash in its shell toward her defenseless Pokemon. Wartortle slammed into the side of Casper as it slid past him. Casper stood back up after the hit, trying his best to flap his wings to fly off of the ground. The Wartortle came back around spinning faster, knocking Casper back onto the ground as it raced across the surface of the water. Casper shook himself as he slowly stood back up, he gave out a hearty cry showing the fight still left in him. But he was quickly knocked down once more by another Rapid Spin.

Luna choked up as she watched her Pokemon stand back up over and over as he was barraged by Rapid Spin attacks. "C-Casper..."

Wartortle started spinning rapidly in place, getting ready to hit Casper with a heavy blow as it charged up its Rapid Spin. Casper breathed heavily and limped to its feet, still willing to fight even after being severely beaten.

Luna clenched her fist as she watched the Wartortle about to shoot towards Casper, "Stop! I forfeit! Please Stop!" Luna cried as she leaped into the water.

Fish waved down his arm, "Luna has forfeited the battle, Pisces is the winner." He seemed a bit choked up as he watched the young woman swim to her Pokemon, who was barely keeping himself up.

Luna climbed on top of the platform, slipping before getting her footing and crawling to her Pokemon, and picking him up in her arms. "You don't have to push yourself so hard! You don't have to keep fighting."

She cried as she held her Pokemon tightly, she felt the severe cold from his still frozen wing against her skin as she hurried to warm him up.

Pisces looked at Luna warmly, "Wartortle, help them out would you?"

Her Pokemon nodded as it swam up to the floating platform and pushed the platform to the edge of the arena by Pisces. Luna carried Casper in her arms and walked off of the platform onto the side of the Arena. The Wartortle looked very apologetic and worried as he got up out of the water.

Luna sniffled, "Don't feel guilty little guy! You did great out there, I just wanted to stop Casper from being hurt unnecessarily. There wasn't much we could have done to win the battle after the Ice Beam hit."

Pisces sighed as she placed her hand on Luna's shoulder, "You're not wrong, there wasn't much that you could do. But the one thing you did do was braver than ninety-nine percent of trainers that walk through that door. You knew when to quit. You knew when to step in and stop any unnecessary damage. I can tell by the way you dove in that pool that you're a great trainer, Luna."

Luna smiled as she sniffled, "Thank you, Pisces."

"Of course, sweetie. Come on, let's go to my quarters and get Casper and Slither all healed up." Pisces smiled softly as she led Luna and Casper to the very back of the Gym.

As they entered the hallway towards Pisces Office, the "shell" theme of the Gym seemed to dissipate and it became a much more clean and professional aesthetic.

Luna led them to wooden double doors and opened them for Luna, "Please come inside and make yourself comfortable."

Inside was an elegant brown leather couch that faced a large television on the right side of the wall. In the back of the room stood a heavy and extravagant wooden desk where Pisces had some paperwork laying about.

"Make yourself at home, I'll fetch the Potions and Quick Revive." Pisces told Luna as she headed towards a door in the back of the room.

Luna sat on the couch, still soaking wet before even realizing, "Sorry I don't mean to ruin your couch..."

"Oh don't worry about that, I lay on it after every time I go swimming! It's water-proof."

Luna relaxed as she heard this and leaned back.

Pisces soon returned with warm towels and a Potion that she began spraying onto Casper and Wartortle. Before long Casper was able to spread his wings and fluttered around a bit before returning to Luna's arms.

Pisces sat down next to Luna, now that she was face to face with the Gym Leader, Pisces seemed much less intimidating now than what her presence gave off on the Pokemon Arena.

"Thank you so much for helping me." Luna smiled.

"You're welcome, Luna. It's not often that I meet a trainer that's got such heart and spunk."

Luna blushed, "Th-thank you! You were incredible out there too! Your Pokemon are so smart, I had a hard time keeping up with them."

"Same goes to you, your Pokemon put on quite the display!" Pisces pet Casper and ruffled his feathers around his neck. He began purring almost like a cat.

"Your office is gorgeous as well, do the trainers who beat you have to come back here to get their Badges?"

"Hmm? Oh no! I don't let just anyone back here! Not even the Trainers who do end up beating me in battle!" Pisces smiled, "Only the Trainers that I respect are allowed in my quarters."

Luna blushed, "Thank you so much! Th-That means everything to me! I respect the shit out of you too!"

Pisces laughed, "Is that so? That's good to know!"

"Y-yeah, I heard some Gym Leaders can be real dirtbags, n-no offense! I'm just glad that you aren't one of them."

"No offense taken! Trust me, some of the  Gym Leaders in our region are indeed dirtbags, so don't feel bad when you beat them!"

Luna giggled, "S-So, since I earned your respect does that mean I get a Gym Badge?" Luna joked.

"Haha, I wish that were the case! But sadly, regulation rules that a Gym Badge must only be provided when a Trainer successfully beats a Gym Leader in battle."

Luna then noticed a Pokemon coming from the back room into the room. "Oh, is that your Pokemon too!?"

"Hm? Oh yes! He's my partner in crime, he's not very good in a fight but he's one of my best friends! Come on in!" Pisces called out to the brown Pokemon.

Luna raised a brow as she watched the Pokemon step forward.

"Mudbray!" the Pokemon spoke as it approached, and began nudging Pisces.

Luna's eyes widened as she quickly recognized the familiar-looking Mudbray.

"H-Hala!?" Luna splurted out without thinking before quickly covering her mouth.

Pisces was in the middle of scratching Mudbray's head before she froze completely solid. The Mudbray backed up and tilted his head a bit confused.

"M-Miss Pisces, are you Hala!?" Luna's face burned red as Pisces' face grew red as well.

Pisces slowly turned towards Luna with crazy-looking eyes that pierced Luna's soul, "I. Have. No. Clue. Who. You. Are. Talking. About!" Pisces stood up and walked towards her desk, slamming the drawer open and rummaging through it.

"I'm sorry! I promise I won't tell a soul!" Luna stood up, a bit worried.

"You know what!? Regulations, shmegulations!" Pisces approached Luna Rapidly and it really clicked in her head.

Luna stared at her dark brown curly hair and her light brown skin, along with her curvy figure. Pisces was definitely the same Hala from the Hidden Club.

Pisces grabbed Luna's hand and placed an object in it. Luna looked down to see a shiny Gym Badge in the shape of a seashell.

"I think you've deserved this badge, don't you!?" Pisces asked rhetorically as she began to push Luna towards the door. Pisces' face was a mixture of pure shock, embarrassment, and complete rejection as Luna tried to talk to her.

"I- I had some questions about that night actually!" Luna tried to speak up as she was being led out of Pisces' office.

"Nope, sorry. We are not talking about ANYTHING right now." Pisces shoved Luna softly out of her office and held both doors in her hand, ready to shut them at a moment's notice.

"You're secret is s-safe with me!" Luna tried to be friendly as a last resort.

A quick and short, "Good, thank you. Have a nice day." That was all Pisces said before slamming the door shut.

Luna went to knock on the door to ask if she was alright, but the blood-churning muffled squeal of anger and embarrassment shook Luna to the core and quickly ran out of the Gym with Casper in her arms.

Luna's face was rose-tinted after she left and couldn't help but smile at the badge in her hands.

"We did it, Casper!" she kissed her Pokemon on his forehead. "I mean, we didn't earn it in the usual sense... But we still got one!" she cheered as she hopped up and down on the boardwalk.

A few trainers walking by saw her cheering and got the gist that she won a gym badge and congratulated her.

After thanking the passerbys Luna ran back toward the Pokemon Center to get Slither and Casper fully healed. At the Pokemon Center Luna gave her Pokemon to the Nurse and asked, "I know trainers are supposed to travel on routes for the most part but I wanted to get back home to AcornWall as soon as I can! Do you know if they have any travel services in the area?"

"We sure do! For a price of course, though!" The nurse pulled out a pamphlet of a Carriage Transit System that travels across the region. "These carriages are specifically for Pokemon Trainers looking for a fast travel method. So long as it's a town or city that your GPS has logged down that you've been there. The Shuttle Carriage will take you there!"

"That sounds great! Is there one leaving soon?"

"There is one leaving this afternoon, shall I mark you down as a rider?"

  "Yes please!" Luna perked up.

After retrieving her Pokemon all healed up, she waited by the Pokemon Center till it was time to leave, slightly hoping that she'd get to see her friend before she headed out of Gull Coast City. Her alarm eventually blared, and Luna headed towards the Carriage pick-up. She was a bit sad that she didn't get to say goodbye once more to Ted, but she kept confident that they would meet yet again someday soon. Luna hopped into the back of the Trainer Shuttle Carraige heading for her hometown. She watched the sunset on the city she quickly grew to love as the carriage, pulled by a Rapidash, rode off into the grassy field road heading towards the forest to the west.
