EPISODE 104: Clash!***

With everything being controlled as hard as possible to detain the havoc from further expanding, I and Ho-Oh proceed to the mother ship of the Rebirth Society. With a single blast from its beak, the bird wreaks a portion of the mother ship. It then drops me off and goes back to help the legendary beasts.

Even if she knows about my appearance, Lilith did not dare to speak to me and instead looked outside the window of her ship. I can hear her breathe and can see how melancholy she is after the death of her daughter.

"Lilith. End this now." I demand from behind, gently walking closer to her.

"You killed my Ebony." She mumbles as her hands begin to shake.

"I did not do anything nor did I intend to kill her in the first place. She murdered herself because of you."

"All I wanted was a world for my children to live in tranquility. A world where they could play in the garden once more. If it wasn't for those people out there who murdered my husband.

Do you think I wanted to do this?! To invest in my husband's projects? No. But I must for the sake of my children." She stares at me with gleaming eyes of pain, slowly kneeling down to the ground.

She then adds, "I did not want to have the reputation of becoming Johto's infamous villain. Although, if this is a mother's sacrifice to her children then I will be a villain. My family lived in peace. My husband never did anything wrong against the world! Why did the world have to repay him in such a brutal way?!" Her voice intensifies.

"There are no villains. In this life of ours, there are only people with different agendas. We were all born in the same way but shaped by many things. Many, many things. Primarily by our past. I for one know how it feels to seek out for revenge for I too, do the same.

We are similar. Both of us yearn for justice. We all wanted a typical life and we struggled to achieve them. I am not a heroine and I did not come here to inspire you like how superheroes do. I came here for the sake of my organization and to end your reign so Team Rocket could take over and all of this madness can end.

I agree with you actually. We are similar for we both have a thirst for vengeance but we belong to different organizations with different goals and perceptions. Shut down the weapon right now."

"Now that my daughter is dead I am afraid to lose Emily. She is a good and innocent woman whom I've forced to work for me. I do not wish to fight anymore. Perhaps the world I yearn for will always remain in my imagination. The Rebirth Society is officially over with its schemes but that does not mean we are to disband.

I, Lilith surrender as of now. Take the escape pod for you to return while I shut down this weaponry of ours. I, myself love to read history books and I know that there is a way to undo all of this. The Silver Wing. Purify Lugia and it shall restore the fabric of order.

Luna Evergreen, this is where we part ways. Still, watch out. For wherever the clouds roam I will be there with my fleet, dreaming of the world I wish for. Perhaps it is time to act like a mother rather than a leader. At least in the skies, I will forever know that my Emily will be safe. This is where we bid our goodbyes." And from a tangled frown, Lilith smiles and jolts to her control panel. With the flick of a switch, she ends the havoc, shutting down the cannon for good.

"Well, good luck then. I hope the world you dream of will turn into a reality someday. I did not kill Ebony, she killed herself because of stress."

"Her death is what made me realize my mistakes. Go now, I still have my final remarks. The ties between Team Rocket and the Rebirth Society is finally over. I do not wish to expand this conflict of ours. Oh, and this might be the start of an alliance."

"An alliance?"

"Hehe. You are still young Luna, there are things I've experienced that you haven't. I have seen things that are grave. They are graver than my own plans especially my friend in the Alola Region. She's a dimensional freak. Call me if your organization needs any assistance. The Rebirth Society will be glad to help but just make sure that the problem is serious."

"Sure. I gladly accept your offer. Just one question, what do you mean by serious problems? What kind of problems?"

"Hmm, that depends. I heard of a group of people willing to start an apocalypse by capturing a certain species of Pokemon found in another dimension. Anyhow, go now Luna, you still have Shadow Lugia to quell."

From rivalry comes the advent of a new friendship which I clearly did not expect. With that being said, I was happy that this did not end in a conflict. Lilith was not an enemy but a woman who seeks for justice like me. Now that we have set aside our problems, Team Rocket and the Rebirth Society shall never be the same again. With their help, who knows what kind of enemies we may surpass. We could probably even stop an alternate Team Rocket. Who knows?

And lastly, the finale of this havoc ends with Lilith's speech, "Greetings to the citizens of Johto. I am Lilith, the leader and founder of the Rebirth Society. I have made the decision to end this conflict for good. As compensation for our actions, we shall never bother your region once more. Grunts, return to your ships immediately. Wherever the clouds roam, that is where you will find us." The whole region heard her speech through the speakers outside her ships. Some grunts were disappointed while others were happy that this conflict was over and as for the cannon, it finally ended for good. Once prepared, the whole organization left as I return to Ecruteak.

Now, there is only one more thing to stop and that is to end Shadow Lugia for good.
