CHAPTER 3

As they went on in the carriage Mariana noticed after some time all she could see were tall trees so she asked "Ummm are we close to you're Home..."

Her heart skipped a beat as he looked at her with his cold grey eyes but he didn't respond... he just ignored her. so she did same ignored him.

Mariana's mind couldn't stop drifting to what will happen tonight.

'What I'm I going to do with him?... I guess the normal marital ritual, but can I do it?

what if I can't do it and he doesn't like it what will he do... I don't even know how to do that stuff they do... I heard it hurts... will it hurt for me..."

Outside of Mariana's wonderful mind Dantalion thought 'This won't take much time, she's weak I guess she would be ready for the sacrifice on that day but she looks too innocent to die... well I don't care it's her luck if it wasn't here it'll be someone else'.

They finally arrived at evening time.

Mariana was so lost in thought she didn't notice. Dantalion didn't tell her, he just left the carriage in silence.

"My Lady, my Lady... My Lady!"

"What?" Mariana looked dumbfounded

"we arrived thirty minutes ago"

Mariana looked suprised an replied "oh, ok"

Mariana looked forward to realize Dantalion had already left she came down of the carriage.

Once her eyes set on time mansion she had to admit it looked overly luxurious, it was unbelievably even her mansion is not as big as this. it looked like a whole village she could literally get lost whithin a second.

She got into the mansion the theme was so classic with red carpets, black and white walls. It was Mesmerizing. she got so lost admiring the houses she didn't notice as Dantalion was watching her in secret. she was showed to her room odd enough she's not sharing a room with her husband, she thought maybe he'll come in the night.

Mariana got prepared put on some scented oils and got into a silk short dress.

She was feeling very nervous she didn't know If it'll work her Mother showed her all this with very little candles little candles lit. She got on the bed and waited she for hours for him to come, so she eventually dozed off.
