Origin of Chaos: Legend of The Red Tiger

In the world of Zenon, where Psychic and esper powers reigned supreme, Alexander, the royal prince, was born without the ability to harness the psychic energy known as “Zet”. Branded a “dud” by the society, Alexander faced discrimination and hate, even within his own kingdom. However, tragedy struck after a brutal coup claimed the lives of his parents, casting Alexander into slavery, stripping of his royal name and status. During his time suffering as a slave, Alex’s rage grew even more and he swore to get revenge on the world that had rejected him. His chance for vengeance came after fifteen years, when he and a large number of slaves were forced to go through an inhumane gene-altering experiment. A huge majority of the slaves lost their lives, their bodies unable to take the excruciating pain from the experiment. There were only five survivors, which included Alexander and four others, emerging as new beings with supernatural abilities. With their newfound powers, Alexander and the other four unleashed chaos and destruction upon Zenon, wreaking havoc on those who once oppressed them. However, their actions and even their mere existences drew grave consequences, ones that may be far bigger than them. **** This novel contains serious bloodshed and gore, please don’t read if you can’t stomach any of this. Port’hov’s Trump Card

The scientists started stepping back, in fear of the creature standing in front of them.

He didn't feel human… not at all, and to make things worse, he was out of their control!

Whoosh!

Suddenly Alex's figure vanished from the sights, and a powerful gust of wind swept past them.

Their eyes widened in shock, as they stared around in panic, all with the same thought racing through their minds: where did he go?

Fwoosh!

Spurt!

Another gust of wind abruptly blew behind them, followed by a loud spurt of blood, causing their bodies to tremble in fear.

Though terrified, they subconsciously turned to the back, and their blood turned cold at the sight they met.

Standing in front of them was Alex, and in his hands was the head of a familiar person… one of their colleagues.

"Hi'tty…" One of them mumbled, staggering to the ground in fear.

Just what the hell happened? He was standing in front of them barely a second ago, how did he get behind them? How did he kill one of their colleagues so easily?

Some many questions raced through their minds, however, they couldn't find any reasonable answer.

"Funny, his head came off a lot easier than I expected." Alex muttered, raising the head up for them to see.

Drip!

Fresh blood was still dripping down the sliced neck, making a small pool beneath Alex's feet.

Plop!

Spurt!

The man's headless body dropped to the ground with a low thud, with blood gushing out of the cleaved neck.

The sound alone send chills down the spine of the scientists, as if to remind them of the reality in front of them.

"Wow…" Alex mumbled, flinging the head to the side.

Plop!

The head landed on the ground with a soft thud, rolling for a few seconds before coming to a halt.

"I've never felt this good… in my life." Alex said, staring at his hands once more.

Jutting out of his fingers were long, sharp claws, each one about five inches in length.

There were also streaks of blood red fur and black black running down from his elbows to his fingers.

He wasn't exactly sure what happened, but his body had transformed greatly, surprising even him.

However, he wasn't complaining. He could feel so much power, more than he had ever had in his life, flowing through his veins.

He was extremely fast… strong… unstoppable! There was no way he would complain about something like that!

"Claws… i have claws." Alex said, his eyes shining red once more.

"D-don't get d-distracted… there's no way he can handle all of us!" Ne'dt shouted, his voice trembling as he spoke.

Nonetheless, no one answered him, and the other eight stepped back in fear, leaving only him to face Alex.

"H-how could you kill him…? He was my friend!" He shouted, aiming his gun at Alex.

Thoomm!!

A powerful blue beam immediately shot out from the centre of the U-shaped gun, blasting towards Alex at terrifying speed.

"Hehe." Despite the beam flying towards him, Alex let out a mocking chuckle, flashing a pair of sharp fangs at Ne'dt.

Poof!!

Just as the beam was about to reach him, he swiftly swung his hands at it, squatting it to the side like a fly.

Bam!

The beam slammed into the ground instead, creating a huge crater.

Whoosh!!

"Too slow, too weak." He muttered, before dashing towards the scientist, leaving only a strong gust of wind.

Ne'dt couldn't even react, as Alex reappeared beside him in an instant, swinging his claws at his torso.

Spurt!

With a swift swing, Alex tore through the man's torso using his claws, cleaving him from his abdomen.

Holding up his sliced upper body by his shoulder, Alex's lips slowly curled into a sinister smirk.

Slosh!

The man's intestines plopped to the ground, forming a pool of blood and enthrals, along with his dismembered lower body, which kept gushing with blood.

"Hah." Alex let out a low exhale, before flinging the bloodied torso to the side.

It felt quite unusual, seeing powerful psychics like these fall under his claws so easily.

He was sure these people were at least above the second rank, yet… they were so weak.

He wasn't complaining though, instead he was overjoyed!

This was what he had always dreamed about, to make those stupid psychics bow before his strength.

It had been his wish… ever since 'that' day.

Even now, seeing the fearful expressions on their faces, their despair, it brought him joy!

He could feel their fear… their despair. It was the sweetest thing in the world!

However, they weren't the main thing on his mind.

"Port'hov…" Alex muttered, slowly turning to the transparent glass at the other end of the room.

His eyes locked with the man, who was still sitting comfortably on his chair, and his lips curled into a wide smirk, displaying the sharp fangs in his mouth.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the glass, Port'hov felt a cold chill run down his spine as he stared into the bright red eyes of Alex.

"S-shit…" He muttered, clenching his hands into a fist.

"We have to eliminate him." He said, turning to the green haired woman standing beside him. "Release gas X."

The woman's eyes widened in shock when she heard his words and she subconsciously looked back at other side of the room.

"B-but some of the scientists… are s-still in there with… him. T-they'll die." She muttered, her fingers trembling slightly.

"They don't matter. Just do it, unless you want to die instead?" Port'hov coldly replied, not even glancing at her.

"N-no… Okay sir." The woman's voice trembled as she pulled out a small remote from her pockets.

She halted for a few seconds, before pressing down on the huge red button on top of the remote.

Pwooff!!

The vents in the room on the other side of the glass suddenly opened up, unleashing a thick yellow gas, which rapidly spread around the entire room.

"Huh?" Alex mumbled, staring at the yellow gas moving around him in confusion.

"Kukh!"

"Arrgh!!"

The scientist sitting on the ground abruptly screamed the moment the gas touched them, coughing out blood.

Spurt!

"No… sir P-port… hov… why…?" One of them mumbled in agony, as blood exploded out of his eyes, and even his skin pores.

A similar thing happened with the others around him, and they all screamed out their lungs in agony.

However, the pain didn't stop, and more blood only kept spewing from their mouths.

After a few seconds, their bodies finally went still, lying in a pool of their own blood.

"Sacrificing your own men, can't even say I'm surprised." Alex mumbled, leaving the scientist to drown in their own pool of blood.

He didn't pity them in the slightest, not after placing he and the others under such horrifying experiment.

They only got what they deserved.

Nonetheless, apart from annoyingly obstructing his vision, the yellow gas had no effect on him.

"You can't get rid of me Port'hov." Alex

muttered, swiftly swinging his hands.

Swoosh!

A gentle wave immediately bursted forward, clearing out the annoying yellow gas in his path.

Whoosh!

"I'll make sure you die… terribly." With those words, Alex dashed forward, reappearing in front of the large glass in an instant.

Port'hov felt his heart skip a beat in fear when Alex suddenly appeared in front of him.

'Even Gas X didn't kill him?!' He thought, clenching his fists tightly.

Gas X; it was something he created himself, and what he always referred to as the "ultimate poison".

By combining different poisonous elements, and with the help of his psychics powers, he was finally able to create a gas targeted at killing anyone within seconds.

It didn't matter the race, or how strong the person was; in front of gas X all that was useless.

With it, he had taken down armies, psychics more powerful than him. It was what made it the ultimate killing machine!

Or at least, it was supposed to be, because standing in front of him, was Alex, completely unaffected by its effects.

'Not only is he super strong and fast, he also has perfect resistance to poison and Zet. The perfect solider I've always dreamed about… it really is him.'

It was just a pity, that he would have to kill him.

Nonetheless, he could always perform another experiment. With what he would gain from experimenting on Alex's corpse, he was sure his next subject would be a success.

The 'perfect solider' was finally at his fingertips!

"Hehe." He let out a light chuckle, excited at the prospect of finally achieving his life-long dream.

Despite the monster standing across him, he wasn't really afraid.

The glass separating them was composed of mythril, the strongest material in the world.

Whether it was brute force, sonic blasts, psychics abilities, nothing could put a dent on the glass!

As for the genius who learnt to utilize mythril to such a high degree, it was none other than him! Another achievement he was more than proud of.

Not even a nuke, or an asteroid falling from space could make a dent on it. It was indestructible!

'Besides, I still have another trump card. Don't get cocky Alex, I've taken precautions for every scenario!' Port'hov thought, his lips slowly curling into a sinister smirk.
