The video went on

Galan received Sugar and Baby5 before punishing Nikolai and sending them all away. He called Vegapunk to see if he could come up with something to extract the Devil Fruit from her body, Vegapunk said that he'll see what he can do but don't hold your breath it might not be possible.

Galan didn't care, all he needed was to hear Vegapunk's words. Vegapunk said that he would come to Marineford in a bit but he needed Galan's lineage Factor for something. Galan agreed and hung up, snapping seastone handcuffs on Sugar's wrist, crushing them with his hands to make sure they were on tight.

Sugar cried from the pain and Galan didn't care.

Olvia brought the girls upstairs before coming back down and asking what he was going to do with them. Galan told her that Baby5 was a liability with her neediness and Sugar was whatever, just a burden on his life. He told Olvia to fix Baby5's mental state and treat Sugar as a normal girl, it didn't matter to him, but Baby5 needed to be fixed otherwise she can only be locked up.

If someone said that they needed her, she would do whatever they asked of her. Even turning traitor is not a problem at all! As long as someone says that they need her.

Olvia was angry and asked him to try and be like a father before shutting her mouth. Galan frowned slightly and fell silent as she said that she didn't mean it like that, but Galan waved her off, saying that he didn't care at all.

That night, the seastone block suffered and Olvia sighed, watching him.

The scene changed

Galan was standing on Foolshout island, looking at the Marines who were hunting down Fish-Men. He frowned to himself and left, looking at the civilians deeply.

The situation was very simple, Fisher Tiger rescued slaves and one of them was a Human girl Koala…

The screen showed Koala's tragic story before coming back to Galan, who arrived on the Sun Pirate's ship. He walked into a room and saw Fisher Tiger bleeding out, the Fish-Men were crying but Galan offered his blood to save Fisher Tiger.

The world Galan was in exploded!

[Neptune: YOU WHAT?!]

[5 Elders: Bastard! We're announcing a 10 Billion Beli bounty on Galan's head, effective immediately!]

[Koala: You! You would give your blood to save a Fish-Man?!]

Several others were shocked to the core, what the hell!?

This was truly unbelievable!

The other universes were confused.

He fainted just thinking about them.

[Neptune: We have Mer-Men as well. Not all Fish-Men look like these ones. There's Mer-Men, Mermaids, Fish-Women, Fish-Men… In the other regions where Fish-Men can be found, there are even Fish-Men who look exactly the same as humans, but with gills.]

[Tony Stark: Cool! Do you mind sharing a bit of blood for research? I'm sure you must have incredible genes! I, too, would like to breathe underwater!]

Neptune was shocked, who had ever asked him for his blood before?

[Fukaboshi: You dare ask for my father, the King's blood, human?!]

[Tony Stark: Oh! Well, it could be any Fish-Man blood, really. Doesn't have to be Neptune.]

Fukaboshi didn't expect this. It seems the people of other Universes are much different than here…

[Arthur Curry: You don't live in Atlantis? I'm an Atlantean, we look the same as humans, however lower class Atlanteans can't breathe air at all.]

[Neptune: Atlantis? I've never heard of such a place, however the outer regions have Fish-Men that may look like you. Also, all Fish-Men can breathe above water, we do not require Water to survive.]

[Tony Stark: !!! Amazing!]

[Vegapunk: Truly. That's why it's probably best for a Fish-Man to eat a Devil Fruit. Since they won't drown, they'll sink to the bottom and they can simply walk away.]

[Jack: I COULD'VE WALKED?! DAMN!]

[Neptune: Interesting, I've never thought of that.]

[King: Idiot, Jack.]

The scene went on

The Fish-Men were just as shocked as the audience, looking at Galan completely dumbfounded! Galan said that he had the same blood type as Fisher Type an extremely rare one that very few people in the world had.

They wouldn't find it on the Marine ship because it was simply too rare, they would never need it.

So quite literally, Galan was their only option. Aladdin was ecstatic and hurried to give Fisher Tiger the blood but Fisher Tiger himself refused!

Everyone froze and stared at the screen.

Fisher Tiger went on to say that he couldn't accept it. He couldn't accept human blood in his veins, the demon in his heart wouldn't let him. He revealed that he used to be a Slave! He only escaped by luck and when he returned he found himself unable to forget it.

He returned to Mariejois and caused a mass break out, climbing Mariejois with his bare hands, saving hundreds of slaves before running away. Hancock and her sisters as well as Koala were among the many who escaped.

Fisher Tiger continued that he knew it was wrong to hate humans, he believed that Otohime was right in her movement to have humans accept Fish-Men. He wanted Fish-Men to be at peace with the surface world too! But from his torture and trauma at the hands of the Celestial Dragons, he couldn't accept Human blood.

He would rather die! He knew that there were many kind-hearted humans, but he still couldn't do it. He wanted the crew to know that Otohime was right, what he was doing right now was wrong. The younger generation of Fish-Men would continue to fight for peace and that's all he could hope for.

Galan pulled his sleeve down and told Fisher Tiger to rest in peace. Fisher Tiger asked him to let his crew go and Galan told him that if they didn't turn to evil, he wouldn't even need to see them again.

After that he left and Fisher Tiger died.

Galan had a talk with Jinbe and asked him who sold Fisher Tiger out and who was the Marine that trapped Fisher Tiger on the island. Jinbe was uncooperative until Galan pressed his aura on him, knocking out all other Fish-Men on board, threatening him.

Jinbe finally gave up names and Galan told him that he should start killing more evil pirates and raise his bounty so that he could become a warlord. Then the slavery would slow down at least.

As he left, he passed by a pirate ship that Galan recognized as evil. He threw one punch and everything was erased as Jinbe watched in horror. Galan turned and looked at him before leaving.

Galan went to the island where Koala was given to Fisher Tiger and punched a hole right in the middle of it, causing the island to collapse and sink into the ocean. Then he returned to Marineford.

He came to find that Sakazuki was still alive and Doflamingo escaped somehow, but there were many casualties on both sides. Galan didn't care, but wasn't happy. He wanted them to destroy each other not run away like cowards.

3 cadres of Doflamingo died and a ton of troops on Sakazuki's side were killed, Sakazuki even lost an arm.

Galan found the Marine responsible for Fisher Tiger's death and grouped up all of those who participated, sending them to Sakazuki, who was place in between two Emperors.

Galan didn't even blink and made a call telling Shakky to release the information on Sakazuki's whereabouts to every pirate in the area. He turned around and told Strawberry and his men that what Doflamingo did was intolerable! Therefore, as a result of their good work recently, he was sending them to Sakazuki to help him.

Strawberry left as soon as he came along with all his men and Galan marked them all down as listed for death, filing them in a different category.

He looked at Kuzan and Borsalino's files before sending them to Zephyr for intense training, threatening them with more work if they didn't want to train. They 'happily' agreed and went to train.

Galan didn't even hesitate to push these dirty marines into the fire because he figured, people die every day, why not make it bad people instead. Why do good people have to suffer while bad people sit and enjoy themselves.

That wasn't fair. So he fixed it himself.

Anyone who went to Sakazuki's side was a death warrior.

A long unexpected execution sentence.

The Special Unit members he trained were even more concrete. If a member committed evil, they were executed on the spot. If they betrayed it didn't matter, as long as they didn't harm innocents, or committed an evil act, they would be let go, but stripped of their position and forced into retirement with a lump sum to live out the rest of their lives.

The bad apples were killed.

Galan had a no tolerance policy for evil. If you couldn't feed your family and had to kill people to do so, then you shouldn't have a family in the first place.

The so-called necessary Evil was bullshit in his mind.

If you needed to harm innocent people for your family, then it's going to be real hard for them when you're dead. Galan didn't care what reason they had. They were saving the world? Yeah right. He killed them all the same!

He left the office and went home to find Olvia reading on the couch with Sugar and Baby5. Galan told her to read in the bedroom and she refused so Galan threw her to another couch with Sugar, before looking down at Baby5 who quickly scrambled off the couch in fear.

Olvia comforted the girls gently, saying that he wasn't going to hurt them, he was actually nice… Galan ignored her and laid on the couch, facing the backrest as he went to sleep.

[Sakazuki: Forget it, Strawberry. Attack this instant!]
