Chapter Seven.Five
Feeling the sway of the boat and the mist of the sea I look back behind me and stare at the island that's littered with craters, all former life on the island having left weeks ago.
"Finally done," I say with a smile looking back forward staring at Elle who's gazing off into the horizon.
"You make it sound like you didn't have fun training," Elle says while turning to me a smile on her face.
"Oh no I had absolutely no fun but that training was necessary and now I'm ready to have double the fun I missed out on during that training," I say with a chuckle laying back in the small raft shooting out a torrent of flames behind us as we soar towards the nearest clump of human minds. It was essential that I had that training and I must say it was one of the best things I've done for myself since I've been reborn. I feel like a whole new man! All of my powers have substantially increased and I am ready to test them all out.
"Really? Y-you, hurt me Onichi here I thought we had a blast together." Elle says with feigned hurt clutching her chest and falling back her head resting in my lap as she looks up at me with tears in her eyes.
"You trained me like a dog for two months not letting me eat, drink, or sleep saying that those trivial tasks are for mortals. I haven't had a single break for two months Elle so excuse me if I didn't enjoy your training." I say with a quirked eyebrow watching Elle's sad face quickly morph into a pouting face, her arms crossing under her breasts.
"Well the results were phenomenal you can't argue with that and besides it's not like I took complete joy in your torture I did it out of love you understand that." Elle gently cups my cheek while looking up at me with the most loving gaze I've ever received. "Now we're on the path of being able to destroy the whole universe together O. Doesn't that excite you?" She questions as I stop the flames causing our boat to slowly stop.
"Elle we'll be together forever where I go you will follow and where you wish to go I will follow. It doesn't matter what we are doing because when I'm with you my whole life is an exciting adventure." Watching the stars sparkle in Elle's eyes I can't help but feel satisfied with my word choice. What I said was true, it would be foolish to lie to someone who can simply look into my mind to see if I'm telling the truth or not after all.
In my last life I wanted someone who understood me and Azraelle understands me more than anyone else we're perfect for one another. We've been stuck with one another since my birth and since then we've made an unreadable bond a bond that's bound by our life and death.
"Oh O!" Elle shouts while wrapping her arms around my neck pulling me down to her, pressing her lips against mine as we begin to heatedly make out my tongue entering her cherry-flavored mouth as I explore every part of her. Pulling back I stare down into Elle's red eyes smiling at her before looking back out at the sea.
"We have things to do Elle, we can continue this later." Putting my hand back behind me I release another wave of flames causing our small raft to begin to soar across the water again. "Which reminds me I think it's time for you to go back inside of me." Wiping my hand under my nose I look down to see the blood on the back of my hand. Lightly sighing I lean back resting my head on the wooden raft as a wave of nauseousness begins to wash over me. "Two months is the limit I guess I was actually surprised that we made it as far as we did without me getting sick but you have to get inside me again unless you want me to be in agony as I was before," I say as Elle moves up my body, her head resting on my chest as she takes my hand, licking the blood off of my palm, a sad look on her face.
"And here I was thinking I'd have more time out in the open. It's too bad but if you get sick and a deity comes along I'd want you to be ready. I'll be back in a week until then I'll be asleep. Call if you need anything!" Disappearing in a whisp of flames Elle enters my mouth going into the depths of my mind leaving me alone on my small raft.
I'm surprised that Elle lasted as long as she did; three years ago she couldn't even last a day outside before I got sick so two months is definitely progress. Standing the nauseousness disappears allowing me to manipulate the wooden raft to become a golden-colored surfboard with barely any effort.
With the surfboard bobbing up and down my feet get wet from the ocean water. Bending my knees slightly I use my chakra control to stick to the board sticking my hand out towards the board lifting it with my mind as I begin to fly out just above the water.
