Bobby takes Shirahoshi on the ship and they rush out of the fish-man island toward the New World. They leave all the new crew members behind which helped Bobby to create chaos. All these things from creating chaos to leaving the fishmen's island happen within one hr before King Neptune can do anything.

So yeah Princess Shirahoshi runs from the fishermen's island on her own.

Shirahoshi's age at this time - 10- 12 years not sure.
