Just A Normal Day? (edited slightly)

A white-haired older man and a golden blonde young man were standing in a partly open field facing each other with an expression on their faces as if a fight would break down any moment now.

"Are you ready?" the white-haired man asked with slight mocking in his tone.

"Ready whenever you are." the golden blonde young man replied.

"Well, then...3...1...Go!!"

Both of them teleported, and just a moment later, both of them were power clashing with their fists and a big shockwave unleashed when their fist connected, and you could see that the young man seem to be losing the clash as his fist is getting pushed back.

"0-99, Alex, it seems like another win for me this time." he said with a mocking tone.

"Rayleigh, today might be my lucky day as I have finally mastered a new trick, so let's see who wins now." saying that Alexander closed his eyes for a moment before a strong vibrational force coated the clashing arm.

'Okay, let's start.' thinking that he focused his on his coated arm, and the coating started to vibrate intensely creating small shockwaves.

After every shock wave, a new one would come, and it was significantly stronger than the other until a moment later the shockwaves become sonic booms pressing Alexander forward.

But that wasn't all Alexander activated his Armament Haki that increased his strength by a massive leap, but not just his strength his defense increased by significantly.

The Armament Haki protected his body from the shockwaves and sonic booms that could destroy his body even with all the training he had done.

'What's this power? I thought it was some summoning power, but it seems like I was wrong, but this is getting my old bones shaking with excitement.' thinking that he didn't hold back and used his Armament Haki himself.

But even with his Armament Haki, he couldn't make Alexander's fist budge at all, so he used his Conqueror Haki to enhance his Armament Haki to the utmost limits.

It wasn't until he started using his Conqueror Haki that Alexander began to have a hard time fighting against Rayleigh's fist.

'I'm not ready to lose just yet.' telling himself that Alexander pushed the Vibration Haki to increased the speed of the Vibrations by that the shockwaves became even stronger and created even more powerful sonic booms that started hitting him.

Alexander didn't care even if they damaged him as even with his Armament Haki that hadn't fully been mastered couldn't reduce that much damage much less his Vibrations but it still reduced the burden it gave his body by a slight margin.

Still, it wasn't enough as Rayleigh's Conqueror Haki is still too much for him right now, so after his fists got pushed away and a strong force throwing him into a few trees before landing on his feet again.

Rayleigh quickly chased after him to check if he was okay, but when he arrived next to Alexander.

"It seems like this time it's another win for me, but that new move you have is quite strong." Rayleigh said while letting out a small sigh seeing as Alexander didn't have any severe injuries.

"Yea, it's strong, but it still isn't enough." he said with a sigh.

"You shouldn't beat yourself up with it you should be proud instead as with that power alone would have severely hurt a Marine Captian if not killing him.

"Your right."

"Well, either way, let's go back before it gets too late."

'Rayleigh's not wrong as I should be happy achieving this much with this little time I've had, but there's still this feeling as if it's not enough and maybe it might never be.

'One thing is for sure that is I never used the internal force of the vibrations as they might have even severely damaged a Vice Admiral, but I won't know wait out trying.'

The two started walking back to Shakky's Rip-off Bar, and on their way, they began talking about the battle and what he could have done better.

After arriving at Shakky's, Alexander quickly took a shower before quietly hopping in bed in exhaustion.

"How did your fight go? Any luck?" a voice came from the other side of the bed.

"Oh, Nojiko, you're awake sorry I didn't mean to wake you up." saying that he turned around and gave Nojiko a quick kiss on her lips.

"No, I've been awake until now, so how did it go?"

"Eh, It was another loss again, but this time I got him to be serious at least, but let's not talk about me how your day has been." saying that he reached out and grabbed Nojiko's slender waist taking her in his embrace.

"It's the usual, I have just spent my time with Shakky learning a few tricks and talk about some girl stuff like she taught me about this...you might not want to hear about that as it might be boring."

"No, continue, I'm all ears." saying that he gave her another kiss on the lips, but this time a longer one.

"Mhm" she nodded happily before starting to recount the stuff she learned from Shakky.

They talked almost the whole night before both of them had fallen asleep at the same time.

Now they have been staying with Rayleigh and Shakky for the past four months just training and just spending their time together preparing for everything the world might throw at them.
