Garp doesn't care about his recklessness, as long as he follows orders. At least one entrance is secured with him stationed there.

Sengoku agreed with Garp. The main goal was to keep Akainu away. As long as they don't call him back, he can't cause trouble for Luo Ning in Impel Down. Besides, they're still gathering information, and causing trouble can wait. Right now, it's more important to calm Akainu down.

The situation with Onigumo also made Sengoku determined not to provoke Luo Ning carelessly, even if Luo Ning settled down in Impel Down. If Garp and the others were all lost there, the Marines would be in trouble.

With Onigumo as a cautionary tale, no one dared to provoke Luo Ning. No one wanted their bones to turn into biscuits, just like Onigumo's.

If Sengoku hadn't stabilized Onigumo's condition and sought a solution from Vegapunk, Onigumo probably would have tried to commit suicide.

Just like that, the night passed quickly. On Luo Ning's side, Magellan could only help find someone to build the villa. There was no other option; Luo Ning was a time bomb that still couldn't be defused.

Magellan had to go along with it to calm things down in Impel Down.

The only reassurance Magellan had was Luo Ning's promise to help stabilize the prison situation. After all, Luo Ning had also been an inmate there, which allowed Magellan to breathe a sigh of relief.

No one in Impel Down dared to mess with Luo Ning now, not even Shiryu, who was still recovering in the infirmary.
