Chapter 23: Sengokou and Garp II

"I won't do anything about him for now... Let's see what he does next before I decide what to do with him." Sengokou

After that a knock coming from outside the room can be heard.

"Come in" Sengokou said and looked at the male marine who came.

The male marine was surprised to see the Naval Hero Garp, but composed himself and gave a folder to the Fleet Admiral Sengokou.

"Sir here is all the information we gather about the young man Lucifer Nightsky"

"Thank you, you may leave now" Sengokou looked at the folder that the male marine gave him intensely and said to the marine boy.

"Yes Sir!" The marine salutes him and to Garp before leaving the room.

"Garp... You need to see these reports" Sengokou frown and hand the report to his friend, Garp.

"Why do I need to see it personally, you can tell me" Garp said while removing his booger from his nose, using his pinky finger.

"Just take a look and you need to see it personally" Sengokou said seriously at him.

"Hmm..." Garp looked once again at his friend whose face had a serious expression and took the folder from him and read it silently. After reading it, his eyebrows rose and a frown could be seen on his face.

"So, we don't get any information about him like who his parents are, if he has siblings or where he came from except about the information saying he appeared at my hometown out of nowhere and rented a place in it. " Garp said

"Yes and one more thing you didn't see the last part. It looks like he leaves at your village not long ago and appeared at Conomi Island where the Cocoyashi Village resides.... We didn't gather some info why he is going to that Island, but it looks like he has some motive or he just wants to take the bounty of Arlong and it's just a coincidence that the 16th branch marine are going to make a move at Arlong's" Sengokou look at his friend while telling to him what in his minds anf added.

"What do you think, Garp?"

"Based on the report. He had not done anything illegal except for what he did at Cocoyashi Village, but what he did on that Island is not Illegal for me. We should even thank him because he reduced some pests in the Navy, Bwahahahaha" Garp said to his friend and laughed loudly in the end.

"I agree. We will hide this incident and..." Sengokou suddenly looks at his friend.

"And?" Garp ask

"Go home and try to recruit that young man. I know he will come back to your Village and try to recruit him. Based on what Smoker reported, he used Armament haki and I guess he knows how to use the observation haki as well. If we recruit him, a new Admiral candidate will appear in the Marines." Sengokou stood up and looked at his friend with a serious face and ordered him as a Fleet Admiral to take a mission about recruiting the young man.

"Bwahahahaha, I like this mission. I can visit my grandson and maybe take him as well." Garp laughed and added.

"See you later, Sengokou!!!" Garp punch the wall at the back of Sengokou to create a door and left the room.

"GARP!!!!" Sengokou was stunned in a moment and angrily said loudly the name of his friend.

"Sighed... Truly barbarian, there is a door on his left side, but destroy my wall to create a new one" Sengokou took Den Den Mushi and called someone to fix it.

"Bogart, prepare our ship. We will sail to my hometown, Bwahahahaha" A majestic middle age man voice said to the man who wore a hat.

"Garp-san, you are going to leave at headquarters again without authorization" The man with that said to the Naval Hero, Monkey D. Garp.

"Don't worry, Bogart. Sengokou knows I'm leaving and he gives me a mission to my hometown " Garp said

"Really?" Bogart ask

"Yes and prepare the ship immediately. I miss my grandsons and I know he misses his grandpa fist of love as well, Bwahahahaha." Garp said and added.

"Hey where is my senbei!" Garp then looking for his favorite snacks.

"Here's Vice Admiral Garp" A young marine hand a box full of rice crackers to him.

"Bwahahahaha, Thanks Lad." Garp thanked the young marine and lay at the deck of the ship and ate his favorite senbei.

*CRACK* *CRACK* *CRACK* A sound of cracking can be heard when Garp eats his favorite snacks.

Bogart looked at his senpai and just shook his head and prepared the ship to sail.

In Conomi Island at the Cocoyashi Village, three people are talking happily. Two young ladies and one man. They are Lucifer, Nami, and lastly Nojiko.

It's been a week now since the incident hap6pen. Yes, a week.

Lucifer stayed at Nami and Nojiko house for the entire week. While he was staying he didn't forget to train. He uses his devil fruit to teleport at the Island where he first wakes up and trains there for about 5 hours a day and comes back to the Cocoyashi Village after. Then he helps the people in Village in daily life. Like, repairing the old worn house, creating a new water source, a well, etc.

He also helps Nami and Nojiko to their orange farm to harvest some ripe oranges and sell them to the market.

And now they just finished harvesting oranges and talking a little bit.

"Hehe, I didn't expect that Lucifer is quite clumsy" Nami teased Lucifer, because while they were harvesting some oranges, he tripped and his whole face was full of dirt.

"Oyy stop!" Lucifer complain.

"Hehehe" Nami and Nojiko laugh at the same time.

"Right! Before I forget, Nami, Nojiko...." Lucifer then remembers something important.

"What is it?" Nojiko asked him.

"I'm gonna leave tomorrow and back at Foosha Village in Goa Kingdom" Lucifer said to the two and they became silent.

Lucifer plans to say goodbye to Makino before he starts his Pirate path, because he doesn't know when he will be able to visit her again. Although he can just teleport, he didn't want to put makino in danger by meeting her often.

He knows that there is some spy that the world government put in the hometown of Monkey D. Garp. The world government will do anything to not lose their standing in the 'World'.
