"Don't be an idiot." Newgate, who was a silent for so long, finally decided to speak.

"If what the newspaper mentions about the security and the blocked of the island then whoever clicked this picture must be recently powerful to get away after witnessing the entire event. On top of that no one actually knows who is the mysterious person behind the world economic newspaper. Do you really think the chief editor who is an old man and have one foot in his grave, can face the world government alone ? They are must be someone very powerful backing them up." Newgate was more composed and thoughtful than any other pirates in his group. But when he talked about the secret leader behind the menacing newspaper, suddenly the silhouette of the figure who gave him the tremour tremour devil fruit came to his mind and a chill ran down his spine.

Xebec nodded in approval after hearing the assessment of his second in command.

"Newgate is right. Never underestimate your enemies. Do you think the people from world economic newspaper were dumb enough to publish this kind of news for the public without anyone backing them up. Knowing how the word government works, they might hunt down their every single reporter and try to eradicate the entire company just to get a rid of the threat. We are enjoying this news because it doesn't affect us. But think about the rest of the world. It must be burning right now." Xebec's voice was like that of a mad man.

"Now the most important question... Now that the world has started burning, what are we going to do ?

Jaguar D Saul looked solemnly at the newspaper. Clover's mood was not bright either. After reading the newspaper they realised how cruel the world government could be. Both of them were already wanted criminals. Their goal, is to find the true history of the void century that has been erased by the world government. Their group has been dubbed as terrorists by the world government. But due to the strength of Saul, they have not been able to capture any of them yet.

"It is really unbelievable !" The 14 years old Nico Olivia looked horrified after reading the newspaper.

"I wonder if this is what Sensei was talking about." Saul mumbled.

"Sensei ?" Olivia asked, bewildered about who might Saul's sensei is.

"Well, I am also very curious about who she is. You have never told me about your teacher in details." Clover also showed interest.

"Well, she was a very powerful person. When I was a child, I met her. Back then even the strongest warriors of our Elbaf respected her for her strength. She was the last person I knew who could read poneglyphs. She was the one who taught me how to fight and Haki. It has been a long time since I last heard about her. She must be pretty old by now if she is alive. But one thing is sure I am know where near her level when she was in her prime." Saul told his partners about his teacher remembering his days with Maki. She had become a second mother figure to him.

"Anyway, with this news spreading all over the world the situation with the world Government and the marines will change drastically. We will have to be more careful. The marines have become persistent with their attacks. Clover, my friend, I want you to learn Haki like Olivia. I know that you do not want to be a fighter. But look at her. She is a child and yet she is stronger than you. If you truly want to pursue our goal to find the true history then you will have to be strong enough to defend yourself." Saul said seriously.

"Tch ! What are you going to do now judge ?" Queen asked the last member of MADS who has yet to be captured.

The MADS got declared as terrorists by the world government a couple of years ago. They have been pursuing their little group of scientist ever since. Due to their technology so far they were untouchable. But a month ago another raid happened by the marines. But this time their technology failed since marines went all out and sent an admirals after them.

This time Vegapunk and Caesar were captured. And the rest of them fled. Stussy escaped to Hachinosu. But Judge and Queen were not lucky. Although they managed to escape they were heavily injured. So in an remote Island that took there sweet time to recover. And finally when they were ready to part ways, they saw the news of the man hunt of the celestial Dragons on the newspaper.

"This is the extent to which the world government can go. Considering this I think they went easy on us." Judge said solemnly.

"Vegapunk won't be thrilled knowing that he will be working for these people." Queen said laughing solemnly.

While the world is going through the termoil, the one major problem of the world government, who is responsible for creating this problem for them, is chilling on the top of an artificial sky Island. Maki, The secret Boss was laughing evilly with an young man named Morgans for their successful endeavour to cause the chaos in the entire world.

AN: Okay, so here is the thing. Many events before God valley incident has been speculated. While the timeline of the one piece is very solid in the library of Ohara, it is not easy to record all the events. So I am basically building up all the characters for the God valley incident.

This was the chapter for the four major threats for the world government in the current timeline. As you can guess the government looks at these four fractions with almost equal threat value. While MADS are already finished at this point, but considering the role of Vegapunk in the future, I will say that it is far from finished.

In 1483, 3 years before the God valley incident, The man hunt game has been arranged. And it was from the timeline of one piece, from library of ohara. And I made the world economic newspaper publish this news in the entire world.

Next we will explore about the reaction of the world to the cruelty of the world government. The scar of the past, and those who have witnessed Imu and still left alive will rise again.
