Training The crew

After the meeting, the training of the pirates had already started, Ragnar himself had taken the role of training all of the pirates, The pirates themselves had set up camps around the beach, the beach was an area not many came to so it was easy to set up camps in the place.

The twenty Two pirates themselves were divided into four divisions using weapons, Guns, Spears, Swords and axes.

Ragnar himself learnt and Mastered Ryuo within that first week, his flying slashes were also getting stronger and stronger and fit, most of these guys were fat or really skinny, they needed to be physically fit to not be a hindrance.

Kashi was also starting to show signs of haki, he had developed calluses around his knuckles now and he started Using A gun as well to cover up for his problem of ranged attacks.

Kazuma also started getting stronger, he had only trained a few times in his life but with the guidance and training method of Ragnar, he was starting to unlock his hidden potential.

A new talent had also imerged from the pirates, a young kid, no older than the age of Ragnar had learnt the usage of spear and guns within the first week, His name was Shin, he was quite easy to notice among others with his dark blue hair.

The First month of training was focused on mainly boosting the technique and skill of the pirates. Within the month, they managed to get to a healthy physical state. Thier strength had almost increased by twice Thier original amount and each of them could successfully use Their respective weapons.

In this month, Ragnar was profecint In flying slashes and could throw slashes almost twice the length of his sword, His strength had also increased. Kashi started using armament haki but couldn't turn it on willingly, he started to train his observation in the last week of the month, his skill in axe was also now better than before and his gunman ship was almost as good as Kazuma's. After this first month The next training regime started, Regularly, the pirates would run thousands of laps around the camp and lift heavy boulders like Ragnar did, they would punch and kick boulders and heavy bags of rocks to strengthen Thier body. With constant practice of this Regime, they could Awaken Thier haki before the Six months were over.

In the sixth week mark, Ragnar and Kazuma went around the island, searching for any people that wanted to become pirates or have freedom. They managed to find twenty people who wanted to become pirates or get freedom, some of them were the original members of Nail Jack pirates.

These people were told to follow the original training regime of the first month. They new recruits seemed to be much weaker than what the pirates were at the first week so they were told to do more training to catch-up to the other twenty two crew members fast.

In total, they now had Fourty five pirates in the crew and the first division captain was chosen, it was Shin with ten pirates he would need to lead.
