Two days ago, Moriarty Mansion
It was late at night after the family dinner and most of the residents in the huge mansion had gone to sleep. Robin dressed in a purple nightgown sat in their master bedroom while drinking some wine and cheesecake. Meanwhile, a distinguished gentleman wearing a black turtleneck, shorts, and a pair of reading glasses was fully immersed in the sword manual and notes left by her late grandfather-in-law.
Victor Moriarty, her first love, her partner in crime, and her most trusted confidante with whom she planned to travel the world and witness the dawn of a new world. They had found another poneglyph and were one step closer to accomplishing her dream. She had no hatred towards those who caused her so much suffering as a child to be honest. She wants to live freely in a world where everyone's voice matters, knowledge is respected not feared. Who was this JoyBoy and how grand was the ancient kingdom? Are the prophecies about the return of the true liberator, not just a fairy tale? She knows where they can find the answer, the one thing that drives countless people to the seas. One Piece and the last island in the Grand Line, Laughtale.
But reaching that island is not easy otherwise everyone will become the pirate king. After 800 years of exploration, only the Pirate King Gold D. Roger and his crew were successful in reaching the last island where they learned the true history of this world. She is carrying the will of Oharans to finish what her dear mother Nico Olvia and the others started. She was at another crossroads in her life but this time she didn't hesitate to be a little selfish to make her decision.
"Victor, I don't want to join the revolutionaries." She said suddenly drawing Victor's attention. He had already informed her about Sabo's identity and the possibility of the Revolutionaries trying to recruit her.
Victor was a little surprised by her outburst as he looked at her 'I'm not in a joking mood' expression. He said with confusion, "What are you talking about silly girl? Who asked you to join the Revolutionaries?"
"I thought you must be worried so..."
"Robin, do you think I'll let anyone take you away from me?" Victor said with an assuring smile as he closed his sword manual. After reading the notes he realized one thing, his 'grandfather' was not Hawkeye Mihawk or Simotsuki Ryuma. The Moriarty Family's 'Imperial Dragon Bloody Sword Arts' was just an average sword art that relied on speed and agility. The moves were very basic and easy to memorize. Adolf's above-average haki and cunningness made him a powerhouse in the West Blue which lacked strong opponents. The testament to that was his act of never heading out to the treacherous Grand Line and relying on underhanded methods to gain power and money. So Victor's hopes of learning the true way of the sword must be done by his own efforts. With proper testing and research on this sword manual as a base, he was confident in inventing his own sword style that would work perfectly in sync with his monstrous Lunarian Physique.
"So what do you plan to do?" Robin asked curiously when she saw Victor's confidence.
"Proxy war!!" Victor said with a villainous smirk. Since you dare to barge into my territory, you should be ready to pay the price. "VA Gion just called me earlier to return a favor, seems like we will be receiving multiple guests in a few days."
"What do you mean? And what about that kid Sabo?" Robin asked with a pout when she saw Victor's smugness. This bastard had been talking with that marine girl Gion again!!!
"It seems the Marines are sending CP agents and an admiral to our island. She didn't know the reason but I think it's quite obvious. These revolutionaries need to learn a thing or two about secrecy from our elite unit." Victor said as he stood up from his table and walked towards Robin. "As for Sabo, I have a few plans for him to plant a seed of our influence among the Revolutionaries. Why should Dragon have all the fun?"
"You are evil." Robin slapped with chest to take out her frustration. She had been worried all this time and this bastard just wanted to have fun.
"I know," Victor held her hands and pulled her softly into his hug. "Let's go out to sea after I give you the gift you deserve. We will set sail three days later and travel the world."
"Just the two of us?" Robin teased shyly but there was expectation in her eyes as she lightly clenched the sides of Victor's shirt.

Three days later:
"CP5 agents, go look for Nico Robin while I and Admiral Kuzan go meet the mayor of the town," Spaindine ordered his 50 men after the ship arrived at BlackRock. It was a race against time, they must find Nico Robin as fast as possible before the BlackRock mafia discovers their involvement in unaffiliated lands that have been recognized by the World Government. Any clandestine operations require prior permission but since he didn't want the Marines to claim this achievement he decided to act on his own.
"Yes, boss!!" The men dressed in coats and arms performed geppo and flew away into the air.
"How will you find her?" Kuzan asked with curiosity.
"She will try to flee when she sees the Marine ship, we just have to look at the docks," Spandine said with confidence.
"Do you know that we cannot start an illegal military operation in unaffiliated territory? I won't help you in anything other than capturing Nico Robin"
"Who cares!! I am a member of Cipher Pol, what can these hilly billies in these remote corners of this world do to me." Spandine said as he started to laugh maniacally, "Today I'll capture the devil child and the Gorosei will surely call me inside their office to reward me with a promotion."
"They sure will!" Kuzan said with disgust as he left the ship. Garp had already fled to have fun on his own leaving him to take care of this clown and also handle the diplomacy. He also wants to see the progress of the child he had spared for his experiment. He wants to confirm if he was right about defying the orders of the World Government for the first time or not. It was a test of his justice and also of himself because it was the only decision he had made on his free will. He knew that if any other admiral came this time then Robin wouldn't have less chance of surviving since he was blind to the fact of a whole underground organization backing her right now.
Meanwhile in the Elite HQ:
Daz Bonez and Alfred looked at the live drone footage of the whole town including videos of the CP5 agents, Kuzan, and Garp meeting with Dragon in Spider's Cafe played on the screen. They had been tracking every move of the Marines since they entered their waters.
Daz Bonez took out his walkie-talkie which was encrypted for P2P short-range communication as marines were not used to their technology and dialed a number.
"Master Victor, the CP5 have started to act. What are your orders?" He said when the latter picked up the call.
"Ohhh! Where's Dragon?" Victor asked from the other side.
"He has just left the cafe and heading towards the port. Our men are ready to act anytime"
"Fabulous! Let's give them a taste of the West. Deal with them before Dragon can reach the port."
"Understood!" Daz ended the call and nodded at Alfred who started to relay orders. Meanwhile, he took off his military jacket and wore his devilish oni mask with a cold smile as his arms transformed into sharp blades coated in an invisible layer of Haki. He was ready to show these government dogs why his name was 'The Killer' and why he was serving as the shadow of his enigmatic godfather, Master Moriarty.
