Fishman district

As soon as Fisher Tiger and Jinbe's arrived they commanded the sun pirates to gather all the residents of the district and tell them to go to the open area that is situated in the middle of the district.

It took an hour to gather everyone, as the open area became full Fisher Tiger walked at the newly built stage and glanced at the fishmen below him, "My brothers! Me and Jinbe just visited the Ryugu Palace and an important topic was raised in our meeting with King Neptune and Queen Otohime."

The fishmen below continued staring at Fisher Tiger not disturbing their leader.

"The topic raised was about the future of our Fishman district and what should we do to improve our district."

"As all of you know by now Jinbe befriended a human named Kenshin and it just so happened he was also present at the meeting when the question on how to improve the district was mentioned he gave us an interesting idea and the 4 of us representing the Fishman district and Ryugu Palace all agreed at his proposal."

When the fishmen learned that a human was the one who came up with the idea they already decided to disagree even though they still haven't heard what the proposal was.

Seeing the fishmen all had a disgusted look on their faces Jinbe who was standing below couldn't help but sigh and could only hope that Fisher Tiger can persuade them.

Fisher Tiger already expected this reaction but turned a blind towards it and continued, "The proposal was to reform the Fishman district to attract the other fishmen that are living in the Ryugu Kingdom."

Arlong who was below listening was unexpectedly interested at the proposal and asked, "Big brother, how can we attract the fishmen from the Ryugu Kingdom? we all know Fishman district is really attractive."

Fisher Tiger smiled at Arlong and said, "We will build an amusement park here in our Fishman district. Arlong, didn't you dream of visiting the amusement park when you were young? now that the opportunity is here how about lending us a helping hand and let us build an amusement park I am sure that it will attract the fishmen from the Ryugu Kingdom be it young or old."

"Amusement park huh," Arlong murmured as he remembered when he and his friends swam to the surface and could only stare at the amusement from the distance.

He clenched his fist tightly and shouted with a huge smile on his face, "Count me in, Big brother! Me and my friends will build the biggest amusement park ever and we will name it Sea Park!"

When Hatchan and the rest saw Arlong agreeing they also pumped their fist up high as they were excited to build the sea park and fulfill their dream.

Fisher Tiger laughed seeing how excited Arlong and his friends became, it also affected the nearby fishmen as they also grew excited thinking of the benefits the sea park will give them.

Seeing his fellow fishmen who had a longing look on their faces, he then continued, "With the amusement park or sea park around we the residents of the Fishman district can open up shops and sell food, toys, clothes, and other things that you could think. this will greatly help us improve our economy and in the future Fishman district can also be like the Ryugu Kingdown with lots of fishmen roaming the streets with happy expressions on their faces."

A fishmen who couldn't contain his excitement anymore glanced at his friends and said, "Everyone, I will open up a food stall! you know that I can cook pretty well so opening a stall is really good and I will surely attract a lot of customers with my legendary cooking."

His friends looked at him and sneered, "Legendary cooking? who? you? don't even bother trying. I will open up a candy store attracting all the kids and their parents around maybe I can also finally find a wife and have my own children in the future."

"With that look of yours, I doubt that there will be someone who will be interested in you." The one who wanted to open a food stall said.

Similar situations were happening all around, Fishmen who only knew how to plunder were now thinking about what kind of shop can they open.

"Looks like it was a success, huh," Jinbe said as he stood beside Fisher Tiger staring at the fishmen who were busy planning.

Fisher Tiger nodded and replied with a slight smile on his face, "Why didn't I think of this earlier, I really am a failure as a leader. I couldn't even come up on how to improve my people's livelihood."

Jinbe chuckled and said, "You don't have to belittle yourself, Brother Tai. you have already done enough for the fishmen of the Fishman District."

While everyone was in a festive mood Alladin who was the doctor of the sun pirates approached Jinbe and asked, "Jinbe, reforming the district while also building a sea park needs a lot of money. where can we get such a huge amount of money for construction?"

Jinbe turned his attention towards Alladin and replied, "You don't have to worry about the costs because King Neptune told us that he will help with the financial problem."

Alladin nodded and sighed in relief, he can finally set up a clinic with ease knowing that everything was paid for by King Neptune.

Fisher Tiger looked at the leaving Alladin and asked, "Why didn't you tell him that Kenshin will also help us with the financial problem?"

Jinbe shook his head and laughed, "I know Kenshin is not that wealthy, and the only way he can help us pay for all of this is to plunder every single pirate that will be visiting Fishman Island from now on."

"Hahaha, I think that he will definitely do that." Fisher Tiger laughed and nodded his head in agreement.
