Encounter

Four days passed quickly while they were sailing. Toshiro continued his daily routine of training on the ship, focusing solely on his physical strength. He didn't want to risk cutting the ship with his devil fruit abilities. Meanwhile, the other crew members minded their own business, diligently serving all of Toshiro's orders.

As for Alvida, she stayed in her cabin, healing her wounds and staying out of sight.

In sight, an island covered with power plant-shaped towers that shot cannons came into view.

"Toshiro-sama, we are now very close to Shells Town," one of Alvida's crew informed.

"But we cannot get close and dock the ship because we are pirates, and there's a Marine base there, so please, Toshiro-sama, can we jus—"

"I understand, stop yapping," Toshiro interrupted, looking at him indifferently.

"Give me a small boat and put everything I will need there," Toshiro commanded.

"Yes, sir," the crew member responded, rushing to fulfill the request.

Afterward, Toshiro headed to the treasure room and examined its contents.

In the humble treasure room of Alvida's pirate ship, a weathered chest held her meager fortune of 6.5 million berries alongside a few cherished pieces of jewelry. Surrounding it were crates containing modest treasures—a handful of coins, simple jewelry, and basic weaponry.

"How poor," Toshiro remarked to himself.

"Don't mind if I do," he shamelessly took the 6.5 million berries and placed them in a bag before leaving.

"Hey you there, call everyone to meet me up," Toshiro said to a random person he met on his way up.

After ensuring that everything was in order on his boat, Toshiro looked at everyone who was waiting for him, including Alvida with bandages.

"I didn't think you guys were this good. You helped me, a homeless man with nothing, who was stranded on an unknown island. You gave me food, clothes, a nice room to rest in, and made sure to transport me to my destination. Words really can't describe you guys," Toshiro said jokingly, with a smirk on his face as always.

Everyone had irritated expressions 💢 on their faces, but they continued smiling and responded, "No, no, not at all. It was an honor for us, Toshiro-sama."

"Haha, sure it was an honor," Toshiro said mockingly.

"Take care then, Toshiro-sama," everyone greeted him as he was leaving.

After they couldn't see the back of the small boat anymore, everyone sighed in relief and started cursing him.

"f**k him, That bastard, he's not human. Why does he act like he owns everything?" one crew member muttered angrily.

"He killed my brother, that f*cker. I hope he dies," another seethed with hatred.

"Alvida-sama, that sh*t took our money," a crew member informed her, inciting further rage.

"WHAT????? TOSHIROOOOOOO, I WILL NEVER FORGET YOU," Alvida screamed in frustration and anger, her voice echoing across the ship.

...….

...…

….

As Toshiro reached Shells Town and docked his boat, he took his berries with him and went to the nearest clothes shop.

"That's much better now," he remarked as he looked at himself in the mirror, admiring his new appearance.

"But man, the only thing that changed after eating the devil fruit is my eyes. Did I really eat a Mythical Zoan?" Toshiro wondered to himself, confused about his seemingly mundane fruit.

"Zoan fruits have their own will, right? What if, in the far future, when I have the ability to awaken my fruit, Sukuna will take over my body if I fail in the process? That's not gonna happen, right? Well, whatever," he shrugged, dismissing the thought for now.

.........….

As Toshiro walked through the town, discovering it and having fun eating street food, he seemed unaware that someone was following him.

"Who is dumb enough to carry a bag of berries and show it to everyone, like he's asking to be robbed?" a small figure with orange hair mocked from a distance.

"Well, after all, he is a pirate. It's expected," the figure said with hatred in his tone, continuing to trail Toshiro.

After 45 minutes of enjoying his time, Toshiro stood in front of the Marine base, lost in deep thought.

The only reason Toshiro came here was to steal the Grand Line map from the Marine and steal their ship too.

As he contemplated how he was going to achieve that, he noticed a small movement behind him with his enhanced senses.

"Hey, you there. I will count to three. If you don't show yourself, I will kill you," Toshiro said with an emotionless face and a cold tone, his voice carrying an unmistakable threat.

??????????

Nami was shocked as she thought to herself, "How did he find out? I'm pretty sure I didn't make any mistakes."

"3," Toshiro counted, his tone unwavering.

"What should I do?" Nami panicked as she weighed her options.

"2," Toshiro continued, his patience running thin.

"Maybe he's lying?" Nami questioned, hoping for a way out.

"1," Toshiro's voice rang out ominously, his threat nearing its execution.

"I'm here. What do you want?" Nami showed herself, confident that he wouldn't do anything to her, considering the nearby Marine base.

?????????????

Toshiro's eyes widened in surprise at the appearance of Nami. He looked at her, his eyes sweeping from top to bottom, lingering momentarily on her chest.

"Well, well, what do we have here?" Toshiro said with a smirk. "Am I that handsome that you had to stalk me all the way here, young lady?" he asked jokingly.

"It's not like that, you scum-looking guy," Nami defended herself with an annoyed expression. "Keep your eyes up here; you're disgusting."

"I was going to search for a navigator later on. We got lucky and hit the jackpot," Toshiro muttered to himself.

"What did you say? I didn't hear yo—" Nami's eyes widened as Toshiro grabbed her, tying her hands and covering her mouth.

Toshiro was surprised by this lucky encounter, but he didn't want to waste any time on his mission. Without hesitation, he shamelessly kidnapped Nami and dragged her to his boat, tying her up securely.

"Mmm—fhmmm-hmmffmfmf," Nami tried to resist and speak, but couldn't.

"I'll deal with you later. I have something to do. I'll be right back," Toshiro said with an innocent smile, leaving her bound and gagged on the boat as he headed back towards the Marine base.

After arriving at the Marine base, Toshiro effortlessly leaped over the wall and made his way to "Axe-Hand" Morgan's office without being detected. Once at the door, he knocked three times and waited patiently.

"You can enter," Morgan said with a confused tone, certain he hadn't called for anyone.

Toshiro entered the office, his eyes cautiously assessing Morgan.

The imposing Marine officer was an intimidating figure, a notably towering and muscular man with tanned skin, blonde hair, a well-defined face, and a steel jaw etched with the word "Möwe" (German for "seagull"). As his epithet suggested, Morgan's right hand had been replaced with a massive steel axe, the handle of which was bolted through the bones of his forearm, protruding where his elbow should be.

Toshiro couldn't help but feel a surge of nervousness. Morgan is one of the few individuals who had managed to make even the legendary Marine hero Garp bleed. (lol)

Maintaining his composure, Toshiro spoke, "Good day, Captain Morgan. I've come for a specific item in your possession."

Morgan's eyes narrowed, a mixture of confusion and irritation flickering across his face. "And who do you think you are, barging into my office uninvited and making demands?"

"My name is Toshiro," he replied calmly, his tone unwavering. "And I suggest you cooperate. I'm not here to engage in unnecessary conflict."

Morgan's grip tightened on his axe, his face a mask of controlled anger. "You have some nerve, boy. State your business quickly, or I'll have you thrown into the brig."

Toshiro, maintaining eye contact trying his best to not burst in laughter and said, "I'm here for the Grand Line map in your possession. Hand it over, and no harm will come to you or your men."

The tension in the room was palpable as Morgan evaluated the seriousness of Toshiro's demand. "And why should I comply with your request?"

Toshiro's eyes glinted with resolve. "Because if you don't, you'll find out just how serious I am. And trust me, Captain, you don't want to see what I'm capable of."

Morgan's face contorted in a mix of rage and contemplation, his pride battling against the threat before him. "You're a fool if you think I'll simply hand over such a valuable item."

Toshiro smirked, his demeanor exuding confidence. "Then let's see if you're willing to risk everything to protect it."

The room fell silent as the two men stood off, the gravity of the situation weighing heavily on both of them. Well, on one of them, at least.

"Ugh, acting has never been my thing, even though I've been doing it my whole life," Toshiro said with a smile, scratching his head.

Morgan's face twisted in anger. "You insolent brat! I'll make you regret ever stepping foot in here!" With a swift motion, he swung his massive axe towards Toshiro.

With one hand in his pocket, Toshiro grabbed the axe with his left hand, swiftly changed his attack direction, and kicked him in the stomach.

Morgan was knocked back against the wall, the impact cracking it, and he coughed up blood, nearly losing consciousness.

Morgan, with wide eyes and a furious scream, charged at Toshiro once more, aiming to cut off his head. Toshiro, unmoved by the onslaught, calmly raised his hand and uttered, "This is boring, let's end this here."

"Kai" ✌️ ノ

An invisible slash struck Morgan axe hand, causing him to stagger.

Morgan clutched his side, blood seeping through his uniform. "What... what kind of ability is this?"

"One that you won't survive if you don't comply," Toshiro said, his tone cold and deadly serious. "Now, the map."

Morgan, realizing the severity of the situation and the power of his opponent, gritted his teeth. "Fine. The map is in the drawer behind my desk."

Toshiro nodded. "Good choice." He quickly moved to the desk, opened the drawer, and retrieved the map. "This could have been much easier, you know."

Morgan glared at him, his eyes burning with hatred. "You'll regret this."

" Regret, huh? Perhaps one day I'll experience it myself and truly understand what it means," Toshiro said with a shrug. "But not today." He walked out of the office, the Grand Line map in hand, leaving Morgan to fume in his defeat.
