On the day Gnar's new bounty was announced, a secret meeting was held within the Marine regarding his capture.

The meeting was attended not only by Marine executives but also by agents from the World Government's CP9.

In a dark conference room, it was clear that the attendees were divided into two groups.

One group consisted of Marine personnel, including the three new Admirals, Marine Hero Garp, Marine Chief of Staff Crane, Marine Vice Admiral Ghost Spider, and Marine Vice Admiral Volcano.

The other group was clad in black suits, totaling seven people. The leader was CP9's current commander, Spangdine. Another person, covered in a black robe, was not visible, and the remaining five were CP9 agents, each with unique skills.

As the video phone bug broadcast information about Gnar, the atmosphere in the conference room was tense.

It wasn't until the video finished playing that Marshal Sengoku looked at the CP agent in the black robe and spoke slowly.

"This is all the information we Marines have so far."

Immediately, Spangdine, the CP9 commander, voiced his dissatisfaction.

"Are you joking? What kind of information is this? It doesn't reveal anything at all. Do you Marines have some hidden connection with that pirate?"

The Marines glared angrily at Spangdine, and the atmosphere grew even more tense.

Of course, they understood what Spangdine was implying.

The unexpected answer made all the Marines frown, including Crane. They sensed that Sengoku was concealing something.

"I hope the Marine intelligence department can assist us by keeping an eye on Crocodile. After all, the only major pirate Blood Dinar has interacted with since entering the Grand Line is Crocodile. Perhaps we can extract some information from him. Additionally, I need to borrow someone from Marine..."

"Who?"
