One day, Bunta's father died.

In the same month, Chou betrayed him and took over Owen Shipyard.

He changed it to Chou Shipyard and kicked Bunta out of the shipyard. Bunta tried to fight and took back his father's shipyard. Unfortunately Chou was backed up by the local thug.

Bunta was beaten until he was almost dead. Fortunately, there was a kind man who helped him and treated him. Afterwards he left without words.

A few days later, Bunta decided to leave the island. Two years later, Bunta entered the recruitment of the marine. With his skill, he became a shipwright for marine ships and had travelled to many places on marine ships.

He told Dante many events he faced which he was disappointed with the marines and eventually led him to quit.

Later on, Bunta boarded a pirate ship purely because he admired the captain. He was the same man who treated him on orchid island.

He sailed with them for almost two decades. He saw everything about good and bad pirates on his journey. He experiences their way of the world. The harshness. The happiness. War and fight. He faced many things in his life.

It was until one day when his Captain decided to disband the crew. The reason he gave to the crewmen on the ship, made everyone agree with disbandment.

Bunta refused to return back to Orchid island and sailed to South Blue as he decided that would be his last journey.

"You were a shipwright? Why use sword though?"

"Is there anything wrong with that?"

"Well, don't you think you will be more proficient if you are using a hammer or chisel?"

"Tsk. I will never use any of my tools as a weapon. A tool with blood will bring bad luck." Bunta answered.

"So grandpa Bunta, can you build me a ship?" Dante requested.

"Hahaha. If you want one. I'll build you one. But we need a lot of money to build a good ship. Especially the main materials and the South Blue didn't have a very good one. If we need a good one, it will take years, only for them to arrive. Then we can start building it. All in all. Money is the key." Old Man Bunta puffed his smokes.

"Yeah, money. I have that. 200million Berry should be good?" Dante lied down beside Old Man Bunta.

"200million? Where did you get that? Aren't we already out of money?" Old Man Bunta spit out the cigarette in surprise.

"Hmm? Aren't my parents rich? They had their own stash and told me to take it before their death. So I saved them for myself." Dante answered.

"Then why you never took them out before and had us work to get money for our food?"

"Humph! Almost half of this house's former maids and guards had their life saved by my parents. They owed their lives to them. They had promised to be a loyal retainer for our family.

I just make them work a bit harder to see their sincerity. And look and behold, only five of you are really staying with me. The others? They ditched us the moment I asked them to work their asses. Humph. People who can't hold their promises. They can leave if they want to. I won't keep them by my side.

Back to my question. Will you build me a ship?"

"200 million. Hmmm I could make a great Galleon out of it." Bunta said as he started planning in his head.

"Galleon? Isn't that to big? I'm going to become a big target though? I want a Brigantine. A bit smaller and agile one. Not only that. I want her to be a fast ship too. 200million berry, made it worth the price." Dante grinned as he closed his eyes and fell to sleep.

"A Brigantine? That's a good choice too. You can list down what features what you need for your ship to me." Old Man Bunta started to light up his new cigarette.

" Firstly. The ship must be built using adam's wood. Second...."

"W-wait wait wait.. Dante. Did you just say Adam's Wood?" Bunta suddenly stopped him listing down what he wanted.

"Yeah. Adam's wood. I want it to be made by Adams's wood. Is it impossible to have our hand on it?"

Bunta frowned when he heard that. After a few seconds, he spoke.

"It's possible. Although it's very hard and time consuming, I have a way to get my hands on it. However..." Bunta hesitated to continue his words.

"However?" Dante asked.

"Even if, I can get my hands on it. At the cost of 200million, you can only get a small or medium size ship. Maybe a Carrack or Caravel.

As for Brigantine, you need more than 200million berry wood." Bunta explained.

"Caravel? Not enough for a Brigantine?" Dante was confused.

"Adam's wood came with a high price. They were priced based on their length. To make a Brigantine, you need longer than 200million worth wood. If we're on Water7, I make you the Brigantine, but on South Blue it's impossible at the same price." Bunta explained.

"To have Adam's wood to be sent in South Blue, a 200million Adam's wood length can only make a Caravel size at most. A Brigantine size will need at least a 300million.

Not only that the wood will take some years to arrive as it can only be ordered from the Grandline." He continued.

"Listen to me. The four sea doesn't need a Adam's wood to be faced. You can always get your ship upgrade on the grandline." Bunta advised .

Listening to Bunta, Dante was quiet. After some thought, he spoke.

"No. I must have the Adam's Wood from the start. But to find another 100million is impossible. Maybe I should regret that I didn't just sell the business before, instead of taking 10% which I didn't get. It's my mistake to think that I can get a brigantine at 200million berry.

Sigh, what's done is done. Caravel then. I might not need that big of a ship." Dante said his decision. Then he proceeded to tell his needs on the ship.
