Chapter 58 : Bullet vs Five Marines!!

The deep blue torrent surged through Marineford, dissolving everything that wasn't alive into its immense waves. Everyone watched in horror as their weapons were consumed by the torrent!

"Bullet!!!"

As Bullet's roar echoed across the battlefield, the blue torrent began to recede. Marineford was left as a desolate island, completely devoid of life. Suddenly, a towering giant, hundreds of meters tall, emerged!

Unlike the giants created by Pica with the Stone-Stone Fruit or the Corrupt King with the Isle-Isle Fruit, Bullet's giant form was radiating a fierce aura of Armament Haki, casting him in a menacing blue-black hue, like a demon risen from the abyss!

"Everyone must die!"

Before anyone could fully grasp the situation, the giant's colossal fist came crashing down on the ground!

"Boom!!!"

The impact shattered all of Marineford! The Square itself fractured and crumbled!

Wails, screams, and desperate cries for help filled the air...

Be it the navy, pirates, or even the prisoners Buggy had freed from Impel Down, many were instantly obliterated, and even more were swallowed by the gaping chasms that opened up in the ground!

"How can we fix this! All navy personnel, listen up! We need to give everything we've got to stop Bullet!"

Sengoku had shifted his focus away from Buggy, soaring into the air to confront Bullet, while shouting orders!

This was a desperate measure. If Bullet continued his assault, Marineford would be entirely destroyed!

By then, not only the pirates but also the escaped prisoners from Impel Down and their Navy pursuers would be wiped out!

When deciding to engage in battle with the Whitebeard Pirates, Sengoku was prepared to make sacrifices, but he never anticipated that the cost would be the complete annihilation of their forces!

This is a price Sengoku cannot bear! The Navy cannot endure it! The world cannot withstand it!

"Hahahaha, perfect timing! Sengoku, take my punch! Ultimate Cannon!"

Despite the enormous size of the giant created by Bullet, his punches were incredibly swift. He unleashed another punch, infused with a powerful Armanent Haki, directly at Sengoku!

Sengoku raised his palm to meet the giant's fist with all his strength. Although the giant's arm shattered into pieces, Sengoku himself was also knocked back!

"Galaxy Impact!"

Garp leapt into the air using the Moon Step and struck the giant with a punch! The force was so immense that the giant staggered, and cracks appeared on his body!

"Hahahaha, yes! Yes! Yes! Bring it on! Bring it on!"

Bullet roared with laughter, channeling all his energy to repair the giant's cracks with his Devil Fruit ability and Armanent Haki in an instant. He then slapped Garp away with another mighty blow!

"What a terrifying ability! Yasakani no Magatama!"

"Ice Age!"

"Volcano!"

Three more figures appeared, each launching a powerful attack against the giant!

Kizaru, Aokiji, and Akainu are the three most formidable fighters in the Marine Headquarters! Upon receiving Sengoku's command, they immediately abandoned their current battles and turned their full attention to Bullet!

With the massive Bullet in play, they couldn't focus on anything else. If Bullet were to destroy the entire island, it would have impact on the three Devil Fruit users! So, they decided to team up and handle Bullet first.

Buggy, holding a broken sword, watched as Bullet was besieged by the five strongest men of the Marine Headquarters. 

A smirk of disdain crossed his face as he murmured, "What a fool! With such a massive form, aside from its increased attack power, it's basically a sitting duck!"

In Buggy's view, Bullet was merely courting death by expending so much energy to become such a giant. 

Even if Kaido, the King of Beasts, were surrounded by the five powerhouses of the Marine Headquarters, how long could he last?

It was only a matter of time before Bullet would fall! Buggy scanned the area, searching for an opportunity to strike.

If Bullet could take advantage of the situation to eliminate a large portion of the Marine Headquarters' forces, then his act of suicide wouldn't be in vain!

But then, Buggy's eyes narrowed as he spotted a familiar figure next to a crack in the ground!

The fuse of this war at its climax—the protagonist of the public execution, Fire Fist Ace!

Since Buggy and his crew joined the fray, the dynamics of the battlefield have shifted dramatically! Sengoku and his forces are now more preoccupied with dealing with Buggy than with Ace.

However, Ace, shackled in seastone chains, is unable to move. Even when unobserved, he remains trapped.

Just moments ago, Bullet's punch had shattered the Marineford Square, sending Ace plummeting into a deep crack in the ground!

Fortunately, Ace's quick thinking allowed him to hook a protruding rock with his chains, leaving him dangling precariously in the gale!

Buggy assessed the situation, then swiftly maneuvered over, grabbing the rosary around Ace's neck and lifting him up.

"Let me go! Wait… you're Buggy?!" Ace initially struggled in panic, but upon recognizing Buggy, he stopped and said, "Buggy, let me go! I need to help!"

Earlier, on the Grand Line, Buggy and Ace had crossed paths and spent some time together. They both found each other to be decent individuals and got along well.

Thus, Ace was unguarded when he saw Buggy.

Buggy looked at Ace with a calm expression and asked, "Help whom?"

"Of course, it's Pops!" Ace responded resolutely. "Pops needs my help!"

Buggy shook his head and said, "What if I need you to leave here immediately?"

Ace's expression was resolute as he declared, "No! I won't leave here alone!"

"I'm sorry, but you need to get some rest first!" Buggy replied.

Knowing Ace's stubborn nature, Buggy didn't waste time arguing further. He simply knocked Ace out with a swift blow from a knife.

"Oh no! Ace isn't just someone who ignores advice!" Buggy thought.

In the original storyline, Ace had sacrificed his chance to escape after hearing Akainu's words, choosing instead to meet his end here. 

Dealing with someone so impassioned yet lacking the aura of a main character was proving to be more troublesome than dealing with a mere stubborn person. It was easier to knock him out!

Buggy lifted Ace into the air and used his Observation Haki to scan the area. Eventually, he spotted Ivankov and his group, who were clearly disoriented, in an open space.

Indeed, Ivankov and the others were in a state of confusion!

They had finally located the hospital, kidnapped a doctor, and used Boa Hancock's charm to persuade him to perform a leg reattachment surgery on Luffy. 

However, things had taken a drastic turn. In an instant, the operating room equipment had vanished, the operating room itself was gone, and even the entire hospital had disappeared!

And Luffy's leg-replacement surgery was only halfway through!

The doctor had just managed to reconnect the blood vessels and muscle fibers in Luffy's broken leg. Now, the wound was bleeding uncontrollably!
