"Oh my dear Lisa, I'll miss you a lot. I'll miss you so much." She said in her mind as their memories of everything they did together played in her head. Unbeknownst to her, Kevin had opened the door earlier so she could step out. He had to tap her lightly on her shoulder drawing her attention back to reality.

"Y....yes." She said blinking her eyes at him.

"We've arrived ma'am."

She was really lost in her thought that she didn't notice how much time might have passed.

"Oo...okay. I apologize."

He bowed as she got down. The beautiful floral scent filled her nose. It didn't look like her nose would get tired of this scent anytime soon. He led her to the french double doors and opened it. Mr Bo. and other maids bowed their heads the moment they saw her. She blinked her eyes, and not knowing how respond to what they just did, she bowed slightly at them. A maid came and took the luggage from Kevin and she walked deeper to the house. The rest of the maids bowed and left.

"Please have a seat ma'am." Mr Bo. said. She nodded and sat down. "Can I offer you anything?"

"I'll just have a glass of water."

He bowed and excused himself. After a minute, he arrived with a tray on his hand. He handed her the glass of water bowing down to her.

"Are you hungry ma'am?"

"No, I'm not. Uhm, Mr Bo.?"

"Yes ma'am."

"Where's Francis?"

"He's not around right now, but will be back shortly."

"Okay."

Jane returned the empty glass cup to him. He excused himself and joined her shortly.

"Your room is ready ma'am."

"Okay." She nodded.

"Please follow me."

She stood up and they ascended the grand staircase on the left. The house had two grand staircase. Just like the house interiors, the staircase was also decorated in all black and red. The stair carpet was black while the handrails was red.

He opened a room for her, and was shocked to see how it looked like as she stepped in. She was expecting it to be like the rest of the house interiors she had seen so far, but her room had only few of it. The wall was painted in red, the bedsheets and duvet was dressed on the bed in white and red. The room had a mini chandelier hung on the ceiling. The bed board was all golden including the other furnitures in the room.

"This is your room ma'am."

"Okay. Thank you." She said not getting her eyes off her room interiors.

He bowed to her and left shutting the double doors.

She must admit within her that she wasn't used to all these lifestyles. Sometimes, she want to stop Mr Bo. from bowing at her all the time and stop calling her ma'am. He was older than her and she felt uncomfortable with that. But she knew this was how the wealthy people lived. It was also stated in her contract, that she has to adapt to how he lived. So if she want to continue her deal with him, she have to follow the rules stated in the contract.

Jane sat down on the bed looking at how big her room was. It was bigger than the hotel room. Bigger than any room she has ever seen. She wondered why her room had a mixture of other colors. Or was it just the grand parlour that was plain black and red. She was expecting her room to be all black and red. 'Or maybe the rooms in the house were not all black and red'. She thought. She felt bored and didn't know what else to do in the big room, so she brought out her phone and started playing video games.

A knock came later that afternoon.

"Come in." She said in the room hearing the knock on the door.

"Good afternoon ma'am." Mr Bo. said bowing to her as he entered the room.

"Good afternoon Mr Bo." She said warmly sitting on the golden chair.

"Lunch is ready. Please come downstairs for your lunch."

"Uhm..., but where's Francis?" She asked skipping what he just said.

"I was told to inform you that he would be late today."

"Oh...okay." She said feeling a bit disappointed.

"Lunch ma'am?"

"Okay. I'll be there in a minute"

He bowed one more time and left.
