Dance Floor

"Okay everyone. I can see y'all are enjoying the delicious meal right?" The MC at the party said making everyone to stop eating their food and listened to what he had to say. "It's now high time for the most fun part. So..take your beautiful partner up to the stage and ask her for a dance..." He said those last words wiggling his body. "But...before any one of you comes up to the dance floor, we're first gonna make welcome the stars of tonight, Mr.....and Mrs...Wang...." He screamed their names in excitement.

As everyone stood up to clap for them, Jane looked bemused. 'Wait, what? Did I hear correctly?' She asked within herself. The what? Were these the Wang's she's been hearing about all her life?

She stood up and faced Lisa. "Are these the Wang's?"

"Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. So sorry to tell you this late. This is actually the wedding anniversary of the Wang's." Lisa said smiling and clapping.

"Oh my heavenly burgers." She uttered to herself. "How did I not recognize them?" Could it be she was taken away by the beautiful decorations, or is it the emotional speech, or is it the man she saw earlier? 'Where have my eyes been all this time?' She said asking herself. 

She has heard of the Wang's all her life. They were on TV channels and on different magazine covers. Though their children are barely on screens and on magazines like their parents, she knew the family were the richest in the entire country. Earlier, she thought the party was hosted by a rich family which she was correct, but she never expected it to be from the richest family in the country. The Wang's were everywhere. They had different companies and different buildings all around the world. 'The Wang's hotel', 'Wang highschool', 'Wang university', which was the best university in the entire country and 'Wang oil and gas company'. They were involved in many things including agriculture. They had their companies branches in places like USA, England, Korea and South Africa.

'Wow', she uttered inwardly.

The music played and the man stretched out his hand to his wife, while everyone sat down to watch the two lovely couples. 

"May I have this dance my lady?" He asked in a sexy voice.

"Hahaha, you really don't get tired of romance, do you?" She said placing her hand on his.

"No, I don't when I'm with the most beautiful woman here. No, sorry. I mean on earth." He said as they both danced.

"Hahaha." She stared at him now with her eyes filled with emotions. "I'm so lucky I found you."

He shook his head. "No, I am the most luckiest and happiest person to have met you. I'm lucky and I'm happy that I fell in love with you since the first day I set my eyes on you. Thank you for coming to my life, thank you for accepting and loving me my wife." He said emotionally, and they both hugged and danced to the slow romantic music playing in the background. When the music stopped, both of them walked up to their seats majestically, and the MC screamed in excitement.

"Oh yeah.... It's time for some more fun." He said wiggling his body again. "Now, go get that pretty lady and ask her for a dance. The dance floor is now opened...." He said screaming the last words with excitement and fireworks coming out giving a special effect.

Some couples walked hand in hand and headed to the dance floor. And they danced to the romantic song playing. Lisa and Jane sat down looking at the lovely couples dancing romantically to the slow song.

'How lovely'. Jane thought within her.

"May I have this dance?" A young man who just approached Lisa asked stretching out his hand.

He was tall. His eyes were blue and his hair dark blonde, unlike Lisa's. His thick lashes, his broad shoulders, his sharp facial masculine features. All of it matches perfectly to his body.

'He's handsome'. Jane said in her thought. But not as handsome as the guy she saw earlier. If this guy here was beautiful, then that one she saw earlier were to be the god of beauty himself.

"Sure." She said smiling at the handsome young man and placing her hand on his.

Jane watched the both of them walking down to the dance floor. 'They look perfect for each other', she thought. She even overheard someone saying the same thing too.

"Those two couples look cute together." Said a lady whispering loudly to the person next to her. 

"They looked like they were made for each other." Another lady said.

The audience watching Lisa and the man dancing together could not tear their gaze from them.

Jane smiled wishing they were married. They'd make the best couple ever. Taking a sip from her glass, she rose up. She saw a waiter who was heading to her direction.

"Uhm, please excuse me."

"Yes ma'am. How may I help you?" He said smiling.

"I want to use the rest room. I can't seem to find any around."

"Oh yes ma'am. Just go straight ahead of you and turn to your left, then your right and to your left again. You'll see a door. Open it, and you'll see what you're looking for."

"Oh....Okay, thanks." She said and the waiter bowed slightly and left. 

She headed to the direction the waiter described for her. 

"Ah....." She screamed covering her mouth with both hands making everybody pause whatever they were doing.
