Ch.25 Shizu's Departure

After finally concluding our battle, we rested for a while and all of us visited one of the biggest restaurant in the city as it will be our last group meal with Shizu san for a while.

At the restaurant Shizu san and I were sitting opposite to one another Chloe and Kenya were sitting next to me and others were sitting next to Shizu san.

Chloe seems to have grown close to me quite quickly and for the reason for it I will blame my future self. After all she is our little time traveler.

"So Shizu san how long do you think your quest is going to take" I asked her while others were listening while eating their food.

"Let me think… it should take two to three weeks at minimum" she replied.

"So then what are you going to do after that."

"I think I would visit Sarion as I do have a friend there, I made in the past."

"Sarion the elves kingdom, I see" Sarion huh I should also visit that place in the future. If I remember correctly, it does have the world tree of this world.

After finishing our food, we went back to the academy as the time of Shizu san's departure has come. All the kids gave her a group hug and she hugged them back. Finally, after kids said their goodbyes, it was my turn.

We also hugged each other then I said," Well I haven't known you for a long time I will miss you."

"Well as mischievous as you are I would also miss you and be safe on your adventuring journey in the future."

"I will, you don't have to worry about that. Also, next time we meet our battle will end in my win" I said with a big smile. To be truthful I have smiled in this world more time than in my home world. Just thinking about it makes me depressed how did Sora, Yukino and other's fell when talking to someone as emotionless I was before.

"I know you will" she said with a smile. She tightly gripped her mask. She seems to want to say something but stopped herself.

"See you in the future" she said and started her journey.

"Yes, and you too be safe in the future" I said.

"Goodbye Shizu sensei" all the students said in a loud voice.

As Shizu san left the one stalking us also left. Due to my true sense, I had already found about him the moment he started stalking us. If I remember correctly, he must be Laplace. "So, then you guys if I remember correctly most of you want to be Adventurers and as your teacher even if temporary it's my job to help you achieve that goal. So buckle up as we are going to have our training arc."

'So True Sage how long till my evolution'

[Master will evolve in Enlightened in approximately two hours. As the energy needed for evolution is currently being gathered]

Ok two hours and I also fell like my "Physic" power will grow to Gold in a month and a half time.

Inside the guild master's office Yuuki was chilling in the sofa while reading a manga. The from the window a figure came into the office and sat on the opposite side of Yuuki.

He was wearing eerie-looking mask with an asymmetrical smile decorated with rabbit ears and big jewel in the middle, that made it look like he was sneering at anyone he showed it to. He had red hair and was wearing a clown costume.

Yuuki looking at the figure said," So Laplace what do you think of him."

The one named Laplace replied," He is stronger than average other worlder and his strength will reach Demon lord seed in the future but that's that. As for his skill he seems to have some sensory related unique skill. Though it's not that good as it couldn't even sense me."

"You say that about his skill but aren't you only little weaker than a awakened Demon lord. How do you accept him to detect you." Yuuki said to his reply.

"I guess you are right" he said while scratching his head and giving an awkward laugh.

"So, any way as for his personality, he is smart, but he seems loke a goodie two shoe who can be easily manipulated."

"I see thank you for your work Laplace."

"No problem boss and I just remember Clayman said someone stole something from him and due to the nearing Walpurgis, he won't be able to chase after him."

"I see so how strong is this thief."

"Around new demon lord seed"

"I see you can take some people from the organization and as for Tear and Footman they currently have a mission in the eastern empire."

"Eastern empire but has the scorch dragon been more active these decade." Laplace said in a concerned voice.

"Yes, she seems to be searching for someone or somebody. But don't worry and believe in them after all they have come back safely from the frozen continent."

"But that was during Walpurgis "

"Yes, that was but at that time Frost dragon was still in the continent."

"Ok if you say so."

Today is a s peacefully day in Ruberion Empire as always. People's happy laughter eco through the city. The prayer of the goddess Luminious still continue as always.

Inside the grand Cathedral the Knights are still rooming the premises the priest's and sisters are attending to the common peoples need.

But if you go to see the forbidden hall there is something different happening than normal. The gates that hadn't been opened for years was finally opened.

And the culprit for that is a cute silver-haired girl whose appearance is in her late teens. Her heterochromatic eyes glisten in deep crimson and light sky blue. She has a set of pure white fangs and is wearing a gothic dress.

She goes by many names for the common people the goddess Luminoius and as for the ancient demon lord and her close retainers she is known as Demon Lord Luminious Valantine "The Queen of Nightmares".

As she entered the room she went to its center where there is a open coffin and a chair in front of it. As for the room it is completely covered in darkness while the only source of light being the coffin.

As she reached the center she sat in the chair and looked at the coffin. Incased in the ice was a figure of a beautiful girl donning a white cape dress over a long-sleeved black shirt and wearing a black corset above the dress with a black waist cape attached to it. She also wears white gloves with a gauntlet glove in her left hand, white and blue boots, black spats, and a ruby necklace. In her crossed hand was a locket where there was a small clock in one end.

Looking at the figure she gently caressed the ice but the magicule released from it burnt her hands, but she didn't care.

"Is the time of you return near" she asked the figure in ice with a longing and sad tone but didn't receive any answer.

After that the only sound heard in the room was Luminious burning hand.
