[SPATIAL CRACK]

"A spatial crack!? All of a sudden? " Naine says with a surprised look on her face .

Spatial cracks, an anomalous phenomenon where energy of different dimensions leak into theirs through a tear in the fabric of reality, they have been appearing for these last 36 years but only known to UFC these things have been existing for more than 3 centuries, one of the oldest recordings dating back to 1798 .

" Miss Naine! let's go inside it's not safe out here " Mr. Ali yells. " Don't worry the government forces will take care of the civilians "

Black clouds started coming out of a single point in the sky indicating the location of 'Tear'. Soon speakers all around the building's perimeter and inside can be heard yelling "" EVERY PERSON WITHIN THE PERIMETERS OF IFRIT TOWER IS INSTRUCTED TO COME INSIDE THE BUILDING FOR THEIR SAFETY, PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS AND COME INSIDE THE TOWER "" over and over again, soon people started running inside tower, crowding the entrance . As soon as everyone got inside all the windows and doors are closed and covered by a black liquid which turns rock hard within seconds. suddenly a huge shock is felt by the people, one of the lightning bolts had stricken the main transformer disrupting the power grid.

"" NOW SWITCHING TO EMERGENCY POWER "" can be heard as nearly all the electricity in this area has been cut off .

Sirens can be heard from outside indicating the arrival of cops and other government agencies .

The streets in all the nearby city blocks are being patrolled by rescue vehicles and cops in motor bikes to take any roaming person to nearby shelters for safety.

The hearts of people inside the tower are filled with fear as they hear thunder crackling right outside the building.

Spatial cracks do not normally cause much problem most of the times they only last for 20-50 minutes and only a slight property damage is involved which is normally covered by government or private charity firms.

But sometimes a spatial crack can last for upto 3 hours and if that's to happen then something more sinister then may come out of tear.

Naine walks through the dark hallways holding a flashlight in her hand, as all the windows have been closed and lights have been turned off for minimising power usage she comes across a gaurd and asks

" It's been well over 10 minutes since the tear appeared , is everyone safe and sound "

" Yes mam, every person within the perimeters of the tower has been evacuated to the underground

shelter " the gaurd replied

" Have you spotted any anomalous entities "

"So far no mam none have been found yet " the gaurd said

Various anomalies can come out of a spatial cracks and the tears also leaks extremely volatile 'B Radiation' which can cause rapid and dangerous mutations.

"I have to find the office of the comms department, then I can contact the nearby sub branches and inform them of the current situation" Naine thinks to herself.

As she searches through the dark hallways she eventually reaches a corner when her light starts to flicker, and when she peaked at the other side she spots aan 'Instance'.
