A Little Bit About The History

A boy with black hairs and red eyes could be seen doing pushups in a compound of Kurama clan.

The compound wasn't very big but it wasn't small either. Grass spread around the compound bordered by some flowering plants.

It had taken a two weeks for Rei's body to recover to normal. Some exercise and his mother's extensive care made it easy for him to make full recovery.

He cleaned the sweat from his forehead as stood up. He was curious about the world he was born into so his next destination was already in his mind. So after washing himself and bidding his mother farewell he headed to the library.

Kurama clan library

Rei closed the book he was reading with a thoughtful expression. He was reading about the history of this world.

Most of things in the library were about the glorious history of the kurama clan members which lets say Rei didn't find that interesting.

What was interesting though was the history of this village and books about chakra

'So to summarise everyone in this world is born with chakra which can be increased through training.'

*hmm*

'Its a bit different from the mana i am used to where we would take the mana from the world and store it in circles and steadily power up.

Chakra on the other hand is created by the cells of body/mind itself and is thus divided into physical and spiritual aspects.

The physical(body cells) energy can be increased with training, stimulus and exercise while The spiritual(mental) energy can be increased with meditation, studying and experience. The stronger they both the stronger the total chakra which is also called stamina.'

"Wonder if i can create a seal of some sort to store this chakra like the magic circles, well will look into that later."

'The people use chakra to perform ninshu and hence are called ninja. And they mostly use it for battle to kill each other, well must say i am not surprised in the least. Where there are men there will always be war.'

'This Hashirama guy created the leaf village in the land of fire and there are four similar big villages in every land, who again are always at war.'

"Books are the best."

Rei yawned and looked outside the window to see it was already evening meaning it was time to head home.

'Mother must me waiting.'

And he appreciated her for how caring she was even though he was not her real child.

"Hey you are still here."

The librarian incharge was surprised to see a child this young spending time in the library, afterall it was common sense for children this young to be playing around rather than study books, specially history.

Rei smiled and bowed towards the librarian.

"Yeah thanks for everything mister, just heading home."

The librarian smiled at his response and nodded before returning to his work.

Rei's home

"I am back mother."

Rei announced as he returned home.

"Rei what took you so long, i was staring to get worried."

"Nothing just reading some books mother."

Rei replied in an innocent voice.

Miso looked suspiciously at Rei but did not question him further.

She thought he must have gone out to play with the clan's children making an excuse of reading but she was a loving mother afterall and didn't want to burden him further after what he had just gone through.

"Okay hurry and wash the dirt well, I will make your favourite dinner today."

She said as she smiled.

"Sure sure."

Rei said as he smiled in response and hurried to his room.

'He has changed quite a bit after what happened.'

Miso thought as looked at Rei's receding back. He was smiling more and wasn't running around crying, throwing his snot around.

Although this Rei was much easier to handle for her.

'Is this what is called growing up. Gosh they grow up so fast.'
