Maya was in class thinking about what happened. she remembered the kiss and she touched her lips still surprised. she looked at the board to make the teacher think she's listening.

"Cassy, you failed, Jason kissed her" said . Anna who smoothen her hair. They were at the library. it was a free period they weren't reading or solving they notebook but gossiping.

"I can't believe Jason, he kissed her gah am so angry". Cassy furiously took her pain and broke it. how she broke it was a mystery to Anna.

"The way I broke this pen, i will break Maya just like that," Cassy said furiously

Luckily the ended for the day. Maya tried avoiding Jason luckily she did but was caught by Nancy.

"hey! where are you rushing to!" , asked Nancy who walked to her outside of school.

"home, aren't you going there," Maya asked.

"yeah , I am well, bye and I hope from a kiss will not turn to romance, said Nancy seductive and ran quickly before her friend insults her."

"gosh ,. Maya looked around if Jason spotted her but she didn't see him and ran quickly."

As she ran out of school, Jason and his two friends came out of school.

They walked to where they cars were parked. "bye, bro's, said David."

yeah, bye, Eric said while Jason stood still until David walked into his car and drove away.

Eric turned to look at his friend whose hand was on his pocket. Maya might avoid you, Eric stated

"yeah" , Jason responded using his palm to straighten his eyebrows.

"well, just talk to her, if she avoids you, I have to go or that old man would nag," said Eric rudely

"is still your dad but bye," Jason said and walked to his car. he opened the car door and looked at Eric

"yeah, of course" , said Eric with sarcasm.

Jason entered into the car and drove away.

David drove his car until he saw a particular girl standing on the pediatrician way looking around for a bus. "Nancy, what's she doing here"

he turned his car towards her and stop beside her. "Nancy?"

"David? what are you doing here"

"I was going home but saw you. why don't I drop you off", he asked

" thanks but I can wait a little longer"

"let me just take you, what if the bus takes time you will not do what you wanted to do at home earlier... think about it"

She looked at him in a way thinking and smiled. yeah, thanks. she walked to his car and opened the car door and then she hesitated. She stood for some seconds before she so shaked her head to clear her thoughts and entered the car.

Maya peeped through the Large sitting room if she saw Jason but she didn't. She tiptoed to the kitchen to see her mom making tea for Jason.

She walked to her mom and took a napkin to wipe the sweat on Pile forehead. Pile looked up to see her daughter smiling.

why don't i help you, just rest.

no, Jason isn't used to your tea, Pile said and took the kettle from the electric gas and poured it into a cup. she took a napkin and turned off the gas and kept the kettle.

why, am good at cooking, don't stress yourself, she said and pulled the cup toward her.

Pile smiled seeing her adamant her daughter was in helping her. ok. she smiled more and walked out of the kitchen.

I just have to make tea, Maya said. she walked to the fridge and opened it to bring a tin milk .

Jason was sitting on his king size bed with blue covers and blue quilt. the room had tiny orderly chandelier. the room was painted white. it was large and had enough space to do different activities.

He was on the phone with his friends laying on the bed with a blue t-shirt and brown trousers. his head was on the pillow which made him relaxed.

David, we've told you, stop messing with girls, said Eric who was on a large sofa.

I don't care, I should live life, I don't know why you guys don't lavish money on girls but your missing out

you know why you do this because you have never fell in love, said Eric who stood up and walked to his bed and laid on it. phone still in hand.

so, Jason too hasn't fallen in love either. when he noticed Jason was quiet, David gasped with his hands on his mouth. have you fallen in love, is it Maya because you kissed her, said David

just because I kissed her doesn't mean I love her, Jason blurted out

yeah, yeah, tomorrow there's a basketball ball team, Jason you will fit with your broad muscles, said David with sarcasm

basketball? yeah, why not..... the door was cracked open and he looked at see Maya with a tray with his tea on it and standing staring at him.

He smiled a little and looked at the screen. I will call you guys back. he hung up but could hear them ask why before he hung up.

he stood up and walked to Maya who now had her face on the floor. He took the tea and walked to sit on his bed and drank the tea.

Maya looked up again when he wasn't close to her and she said what was in her mind. thank you

he looked at the girl who smiled and he stood up and gulped the tea fast. he walked to the girl and gave her the cup. I saved you by kissing you, he said remembering her.

yes, I know, he could see a obvious shade of pink, he looked into her eyes and saw nothing but sincerity. he smiled and lowered his head. they forehead inches apart.

Maya looked at him surprised and gulped.w... what?

yeah, he walked towards her but she stepped back also until she hit the door and they was no way for her.

he looked at her with passion and he lowered his face and closed his eyes. she was panting but was also eager but he took her hand and kissed it.

he was still kissing the hand and he looked at her. he stopped after a while. thank you for giving me permission to kiss you

she panted slowly and watched as he stepped back and laid on the bed. she bowed to him and walked out quickly.

her back was on the wall and she streched the tray on her chest and breathed out of relief and walked down quickly.

Jason eyes were closed and a smile appeared on his face.

Maya entered the guest house and tiptoed to avoid making sounds. she walked to the room she and her mom shared and saw her sleeping on the bed.

She smiled and remembered she had to read. she tapped her temples and walked to her bag. she opened it and took out her notebook.

she walked to the passase and laid down on the floor and opened the book. she turned on the torch light because she turned off the light so her mom won't wake up.

She flipped the page until she remembered what happened in his room. what if he had kissed me the way I thought. she asked herself and blushed
