Lucille dropped her jaw and said,"What happened to Rose?!"

I just ignored her question and walked in.

I went to Lucy and told her I wanted to talk with her so she had us talk at dinner since she was so happy to see me.

Lucille didn't like her one bit and stared at her the whole time, trying to make her as uncomfortable as possible.

Lucy asked who she was and I took a deep breath before saying,"She's my new girlfriend."

Lucy also looked confused and asked,"What happened to Rose?"

Alexandra had already told me what to say so I said,"It's none of your business."

"Tommy, what's going on?"Lucy asked, concerned.

"I am going to marry her in three weeks, you got a problem with that?"I said, simply.

Lucy looked at me then said,"Tommy, kitchen now."

I followed her into the kitchen and she said,"Married?! I don't even know who she is!"

I said,"My decision is final and if you have something against that you can move out of my house."

Lucy looked at me, obviously surprised. She asked,"What?!"

I said,"Mark is the one who bought the house and I pay the bills while you lounge around like a housewife. Maybe you'll make something useful of yourself once I kick you out."

She said,"Tommy, I don't know where that girl came from but if she's the one making you act like this, then you don't have my blessing to marry her."

"I don't need yours, that's what the priest is for."

She just slapped me across the face and I looked at her and said,"So you think I'm Mark that you can push around eh? We'll see about that."

With that, I walked out of the mansion, taking Alexandra along with me.

The next few weeks were torture. She made me hurt everyone I loved and I hated her for that.

The day of the wedding came on and Alexandra was getting prepped, she laughed at how easy it was to manipulate me.

She walked towards the priest and me, it was a small wedding without many people.

Alexandra looked at me and told the priest to commence.

I looked at the priest as he hesitated and yelled,"Didn't you hear her?! Do it!"

He then brought out a pair of handcuffs and chained Alexandra.

She looked at me for help and I smiled and said,"Gotcha."

"What?!"She yelled.

"You can't deceive Rose, she found out something was wrong and told Lucy and Lucille beforehand and Lucy had it confirmed by how you made me act at the dinner. They know I will never act like that. I figured after the second week that this was Mr Nelson's plan, to make me hurt everyone I loved and then marry someone I hated, I've gotta say, this was actually a good plan. Take her away."

The priest dragged her away as she screamed then I ran out of the chapel and gave the others the signal.

They came out then I hugged Rose and said,"I missed you so much."

She said,"I did too."

Our lives were able to get back to normal after that.

A guard told Mr Nelson his plan had failed and he threw a fit.

I was in my room, trying to get some sleep when Myron, my roommate had a party and was pissing me off.

I walked to him and said,"Umm Myron, some people are trying to get some sleep."

He said,"Well some are not."

"I need some sleep!"

"Oh, I'm sorry your Highness, I didn't know I was being such a bother, everyone, show your homage to our noble king!"

Everyone started booing me and throwing stuff at me and I felt my blood boil, I finally knew how Olivia had felt so many years ago.

I walked out of the room and walked down the stairs. I didn't want to slide as I feared I'd doze off and fall off.

I walked out of the building to the parking lot and into my car. Then I tried to sleep on the steering wheel, I was uncomfortable and the only comfortable position made the horn beep.

I went to the passengers' seats and lay across then realized the one way my height was a drag.

I sat on the front passenger's seat and tried to recline it but I was cold.

I felt reluctant to walk all the way back to my room so I did the only sensible thing I could do; I drove to Rose's block.

I dozed off a few times during the ride but my desperation got me there.

I mustered all the strength and will power I had to ascend to the first floor then walked like a zombie, groaning as I walked to Rose's room.

I knocked her door.

She opened the door and said,"You really have this weird quirk of visiting me late in the night."

"Well this is the city that never sleeps."I said.

She scoffed and said,"Nice."

Then she welcomed me.

She gave me her bed as she didn't plan on sleeping and I gladly took it.

At that moment, a man woke up abruptly from a coma...
