A surprise or not so surprise attack

So this was supposed to be a normal evening, I was watching power rangers in TV and yeah they have power rangers in this world and my mother was cooking our dinner and I should tell you this her cooking is as good as the 5 star restaurants, ah I can't tell though because I was too poor to eat at a 5 star restaurant in my past life and I know ghouls can't eat anything but human meat but it was solved through research right after the incident in Tokyo where the ghouls and human lived together and many countries are adopting it and dad brings the stuff form the black market and normal people can also eat it.

Leaving that aside I was watching the TV when my father returned and I thought "He returned early today, what's the occasion "

After coming inside I saw that's his face was pale and he was panting and while panting he yelled "are you guys okay"

Not understanding him I run to him and said with a smile "what will happen to us dad"

Hearing that and then looking in my direction he sighed in relief and then ran over to mom and hugged her and then he told her to pack up and that we are leaving, that's when I understood that something must have happened.

After that my mother came and told me to come with her and when we reached our room and yes I sleep with my mother. She started packing a bag of the essentials and that's when I heard a sound of a blast coming the living room / my mother just gave me the bag and told to follow me.

When we got to the living room I could see that our main door was blasted open and there where swat teams of china standing there and a man in a suit who looked like a typical third rate villain .

With a villainous grin in his face he said to my father "did you really them you can hide them from us, hahaha ah I can't that you really thought that, enough with this I will get to kill you and get a promotion"

Dad who was in a suit looked at us and he said with a smile "I could have if he didn't betray me but I anticipated it" while saying that he took out a trigger of some kind and pressed it, I hope he didn't suicide bombed them.

Just when he pushed the trigger there where bombs where the swat teams where and they were engulfed in the flames.

After that father with a gun in his hand started shooting and came running towards us James bond style and led us to a car in the back street in the house where a person who was my father's school friend was waiting.

The man saw us and started the car while smiling and said that "When you said I will get a bounty by the government I did not think of this"

After that we got to the main road and there was a road block and we were speeding towards it and I was thinking about how I was going to get out of this while I hugged my mother because I was scared that this life was also going to be taken from me .That's when she smiled while looking towards me and told chifen (A\N-I really could not come up with a good Chinese name) to open the sun roof , after that she told me to hold dad tightly re reached out of the run roof and extended her hands towards the blocked and her eyes turned to a ghoul and green vines with spiked came out of them and boy she looked badass like that , then when we got near the blocked she used the vines to clear the road and it was cool as heck like an anime .

After we got of the blocked there were some helicopters that were following us and that's when two vines form her backside came out and shot like rockets towards the helicopter and they hit like they had some cool shit aimbot and after that chifen took a road towards the harbor.

It took 15 minutes to reach the harbor which was very unnaturally clam. When we got there I was in running in between my mom and dad who were side by side to me just when we were near a boat which was looking like it was ready to go many man in suit surrounded us and there was even that man who attacked our house and they were using that machinery I forgot the name of that, it was used by the government and it looked a little high tech.

When we got surrounded my father took out two high retch looking guns and handed one to uncle chifen and told him secretly to go towards the boat and start it whet hay start fighting and then suddenly green vines started growing where the people where standing and it warped around then and my dad started shooting them, When this going on and I was looking towards my father I suddenly heard a scream beside me and saw that the third rate villain like man had a strange gun and y mom was on the ground and wad bleeding in the shoulder , When I saw that I felt scared and that's when it happened a spike of dark color extended form my own shadow ad pierced the man and I got on my knees I front my mother and started crying and saying " don't die don't die " repeatedly and that's when my father said and snap me out of it and said to go to the boat and he picked up mom and ran towards the boat I also followed them and got in the boat and chifen started it and going towards Japan.

After one hour of waiting and seeing the stars in the sky, dad finally came out and cam towards me I looked at him and asked with a horse voice" how is mom"

He looked towards me and smiled and said "She is fine for know though we will have to go to a hospital in Japan"

I asked with a small smile" what is going to happen when we get to Japan ".

He smiled and rubbed my hair and said "I have contacted the government there and they are very happy to have your mother back "

I asked with a curios look "what do you mean by waiting for mother "

He smiled mysteriously towards me and said "You have to ask your mother when she wakes up". Then he picked me up and started to make his way towards the sleeping area, when we got to the room he tucked me in bed and said to sleep.

He then told me good night and turned off the light. I was thinking that we were finally going to be safe and fall asleep.
