"David, I will be going to find more of these flowers. Thanks for your help this time."

Li Xian expressed his intention, as he needed to commence his daily mission and acquire a larger quantity of lilies.

"Oh! Can I join too, Li? I'm also pretty interested in trekking."

David asked, his excitement evident with a hint of anticipation. He hadn't been trekking for a long time, as his friends usually avoided hanging out with him due to his introverted nature.

"No! I am not going there to trek, David! I'm just going to search for some flowers. How about this? I will be back by evening, and then we can go out for some drinks?"

Li Xian suggested after contemplating for some time. He rejected the idea of trekking together because he knew that David wouldn't be able to keep up with him due to his low stamina and endurance, which Li Xian couldn't tolerate during his mission 'practice'.

Upon hearing Li Xian's rejection, David felt a bit disappointed initially. However, after hearing the last words, his face lit up again.

"Alright then! I know a good place; we can go there and enjoy."

David happily agreed, as he genuinely knew a good place where he usually hung out with his very limited edition buddies.

Later, Li Xian hurriedly hired a taxi and went on his way, while David walked back to the hotel.

With some time to spare, Li Xian comfortably sat on the car, as he opened his stats panel to check his gains.

Description: This mission is a four stage mission. Collect Lillies and earn rewards accordingly at each stage.

Stage 3: Collect a total of 200 Lillies to earn 10 exp (55/200).

Stage 4: Complete first three stages to earn Spectral Scan ability (2/3).

Strength Rating: Can lift a chicken (170 kg) [OverHead] and Can move like a Snail (9sec/100 meters). 

Li Xian looked at his accumulated points and quickly calculated the distance he covered in his 12-hour walking haul yesterday.

"It's around sixty kilometers. Even with my increased strength, stamina... It is a bit less than my daily walking cap."

But Li Xian was very satisfied with the accumulated points. After all, he spent some time gathering flowers, checking them out, and most importantly, it wasn't a flat terrain like his usual daily walks.

He decided to add the stats after some more accumulation. Currently, he was already very strong.

Li Xian also noticed that stage 1 and stage 2 were completed in the third mission. Their rewards were already added to his experience points, significantly boosting his strength.

Looking at the 170 kg strength, Li Xian clenched his fist to feel the power contained in his body now. Especially when he observed his speed stat, he couldn't help but smile with satisfaction. It was probably at the top of the human race on Earth.

By the time Li Xian reached the mountain, it was already 12 in the afternoon. Learning from yesterday's mistake, he decided to set an alarm at 6 pm today.

Li Xian commented to himself, determined not to get stuck in this place at night.

After paying the taxi driver, Li Xian started his search again. However, this time, he didn't follow the trekking path like yesterday, as he had already covered it completely. He decided to choose a random place to start and began his exploration.

Around 6 pm, his alarm rang. Li Xian hurriedly rushed back to the mountain base and hired a taxi, which was still available there.

"Good harvest!"

Li Xian thought as he sat in the taxi. Today, he was able to gather a total of ten Lillies in six hours, which was much better than yesterday. He also checked his accumulated points, which were currently tallied at 18 points.

"Hey Li! Go and get ready quickly; we will go and have some fun."

By the time Li Xian reached the hotel, it was already 7 pm, and he saw David sitting at the reception desk, playing on his mobile.

Feeling that someone had arrived, David looked up to check. Seeing that it was Li Xian, David stood up with a smile and said.

As Li Xian nodded and took a few steps, David spoke again.

"How was your harvest today? How many Lillies were you able to gather?"

"I was able to get ten of them, but it was really hard."

Li Xian responded with a smile as he walked past David, not paying much attention to his thoughtful expression.

"Even if it's hard, those ten Lillies will sell for at least 40 dollars. Should I try it too?"

David pondered, seeing it as a decent amount for a day's work. He wanted to help his sister as much as possible.

If Li Xian knew his thoughts, he would have immediately discouraged him from pursuing this idea.

After all, David's physique wasn't suitable for this kind of manual labor. He might manage for a few days, but over time, fatigue could lead to unnecessary health issues.

"Come back early and don't drink too much. Mr. Li, please take care of my brother; he doesn't have much alcohol capacity."

Olivia said as she walked the two of them to the entrance. The last time David drank, it was a complete mess, and his buddies left him on the road. They were also drunk, and most importantly, they weren't that good of friends to him.

"Don't worry, Miss Olivia."

Li Xian replied with an acknowledging nod.

"Sister! It only happened once; don't try to embarrass me now."

David grumbled a bit as he rushed out of the building. Li Xian gave a polite smile to Olivia before slowly walking out.

Seeing Li Xian's back, Olivia remembered the talk she had with her aunt and couldn't help but blush a bit. Li Xian didn't have a handsome face, at most an above-average face. But she felt a certain kind of charm that she didn't understand toward him.

She soon shook her head, dismissing these as impossible thoughts that she shouldn't ponder.

Li Xian and David walked for about 15 minutes, entering an alley with limited lighting. However, there was a building with a bright billboard reading 'Woodside Bar' with flickering bulbs surrounding it.

"Let's go in, Li! We will have a lot of drinks tonight, haha!"

David said quite happily, leading Li Xian inside.

Li Xian followed David into the bar but felt that this place seemed a bit shady based on the atmosphere he observed so far. He considered suggesting to David that they go somewhere else, but after some thought, he decided to go with the flow.

Upon entering the bar, Li Xian took a slow look around. There weren't many people inside, only around ten or so individuals enjoying their drinks. He noticed a cabinet where a big old man stood, to whom David walked.

"Oh! It's David. Looks like you're late for the party. Your friends are already on the second floor."

The middle-aged bartender said without any emotion on his face as he looked at David approaching.

As soon as those words left the bartender's mouth, David's face kind of fell, as though he was afraid of something. He hesitated for a moment, contemplating whether to stay or go elsewhere. Li Xian observed all of this.

Li Xian held a positive opinion about these siblings who treated him well in this new place. Thus, he decided to accompany whatever decision David made.

He also understood that the so-called friends mentioned by the bartender might have bullied David before. He sighed, reflecting on how people find pleasure in bullying those weaker than them to satisfy their vanity.

"No! I'm not here with them, Boss. This is my friend Li, from China. Please send us a bottle of whisky and some chicken dishes. We will be sitting there."

David gritted his teeth and decided not to step back, fearing that even Li Xian might look down on him if he did. Both the boss and Li Xian looked at him in surprise.

The boss wasn't actually looking down on him; he was just informing David in a roundabout manner, aware that he had been bullied by those individuals before.

Li Xian, with a satisfied smile, looked at David. It wasn't anything new to Li Xian; many people had tried to bully Kang Li, but Chen Dong and he always stood by him to teach the bullies a lesson.
