She was passing through Sene's hair. This bitch was touching his hair right before my eyes.
I smiled and flew near Arsene, gripping both Ty and Arkano's small hands tightly. "Freya, it has been a while." I lightly sounded, sending a loving smile towards my husband. Whose lips grew crooked as a fox.
Freya jumped, and her gaze fell to her feet. I narrowed my eyes, letting go of Ty and Arkanos. I hooked my arm around Sene. "Please do visit Little Yu Jing and take Ty and Arkanos. She seems to have a deep fondness for children."
"My Lady?" Said the handsome man, who did not register in my memory. He was a bit tall, with long golden hair and azure eyes. His lips were a bit thin, and his aura was oppressive to a fault.
"Fine." Freya sharply replied.
I chuckled and glanced at Arkanos and Ty. Only to cover my mouth as they had run to Xi Shen before raining kicks over his still body.
"Take that! Baddie!
"Dumb-Dumb got beat up by Papa!
"You tell him, Big Sis!"
Bursting into laughter at the cute little girls covered in blood, I turned to Sene, who had a smile over his lips. "Let's go. There is so much to speak of." I softly whispered.
A wry smile marred his lips as he nodded, "Fine, but what about my winnings?" he inquired, looking up at the hundreds of elders staring coldly at us.
"You got a lot of nerve, Asura." Instructor Kingsly, the massive hunk, shouted, floating down from the skies. He sighed, "I will get your spoils."
"Oh, and I want Xi Shen to get on his knees and bark like a dog when speaking to an equal or someone of lower status. I will allow him to pick." Arsene swiftly and cruelly remarked with un-feely eyes. Cold as the icy winds, he revealed a smile and opened his palm to retrieve his spoils.
Kingsly glanced up, seemingly for confirmation, seeing no signs of disapproval on almost all of the Elders. A small pouch appeared in his hand as he tossed it to Sene. "Xi Shen was a chosen that had just become a knight in battle prowess. His rank was one thousand and eighty-three, and yours was one thousand one hundred and ten. Congrats on moving up."
"No need for thanks. The Holy Swords is a land of Promise, after all." Sene replied with a half-smile that appeared more like a mocking smirk than a grin.
Sending his spoils to the ring of bael, I soared towards the skies, sending one final look towards Freya, staring at me with cloudy eyes. Pulling Sene towards his new cave, a frown touched over his lips as we arrived in a cave that appeared somewhat bigger but not by much.
"The Chosen are all here?" He asked sternly.
"They are."
"What of Grey, Eroma, the Angel, and the Devil?" He calmly saw to investigate.
"The chosen are here as a guess. Ezra didn't wish to be a Chosen but rather an outer disciple. My guess is she is plotting something. Eroma and Grey had a bit of special status, so they, along with the Chosen, are staying as guests of the Holy Swords. However, I am growing concerned about Greyson. He may be using some of the more unsavory methods in that grimoire Baphomet gave you."
"You know, during this last year. I had a lot of time to think, and there is one thing that was never answered even to this day—my mother. I know she was killed, which led to something sinister, but why wasn't she resurrected like me and vancurro? Isn't that strange? Zariel should have no problem gathering parts of her soul with the Weave." He expressed, shooting me a glance that made my heart melt. "Can a soul truly be revived? Even if the perfect price was given, could it happen?"
I frowned and wavered for a couple of moments. I don't know much of Zariel. Even with my knowledge still flooding me every second of the day, I only got a few bits and pieces. He was a monster, more so than Arsene at times. Sene was prideful, so there were things he simply refused to do, but Zariel not so much. To break his enemies, even those on his side were forced to turn on him.
"I don't know, Sene. All of this may be a pointless endeavor. Zariel changed the rules. It may be meaningless in the end. Grey may just be killing his Father for no reason." I coldly analyzed, unsure what Sene was thinking at this point in time. "Enough of this for now. We were out for a few weeks due to your soul Atre. We still have two months till the wedding. Is everything prepared on your end?"
"Yes." he grimly said, "Comming here was only to get a feel of the place. But once Freya has finished clearing these suspicion against me, I will return to make Casia my domain, and I am thinking of killing Aiza."
"We don't have enough allies to do so." I carefully said, shaking my head, dismissing such a foolish thought. "Right now, we are in a good place with the Founders. If we ruin that now, in the midst of this war, were the angels are specifically targeting us, the risk we would be taking would be large."
"Baphomet owes me a favor." He darkly said.
"And Asmodeus and Leviathan are my parents. We need Aiza, at least for now. Our goal is to steal divinity from Alos and force the war with the angels to begin now. From there, we take over Nox. I am sure you opened the demon gate in Midgard. The Kings of Hell should have known this. Do you know how many came through?"
"Never looked to see. However, what I do know is that to force a War, we need to kill an Arch-Angel to start now. Baphomet, Azeroth, and Asmodeus will handle that. While he cannot walk you down the aisle, I am sure he is not going to miss your wedding."
Releasing an exhausting breath of air, Sene fell to the floor and laid still, "After the Wedding, I think I'm going to make a trip to Noctem. Wanna come?"
"And is that bitch who ran her hands through your hair coming as well?" I coldly remarked, taking my rightful seat over his waist, and stared hard.
'We need protection." He defended.
Creeping down towards his lips, something hard and large, burning with a fiery heat, suddenly touched upon my loins that were all but wet at his touch. He gulped, and I loitered just above his lips.
"If I'm not there, it's not going to happen. Mama needs hers first, ok?"
