It was ten at night when a black luxurious car parked outside the Lin Mansion.
"We're here." Mo Luhan said as he glanced over at the girl who was sitting quietly in the passenger seat.
Lin Yun Xi unbuckled her seat belt and stepped out of the car without saying anything. When she closed the door, Mo Luhan suddenly felt something tickle his heart and suddenly opened the door and stepped out. He hurried over to her and grabbed her hand. "Can I borrow your phone?"
Lin Yun Xi nodded and handed him her phone.
He quickly typed in his number and said, "This is my phone number. Call me if you want to do something, or just come by the office if you want to hang out."
Lin Yun Xi bit her lower lip and nodded. Then turned around and walked up to her house's front door and slipped inside.
Mo Luhan's gaze lingered at the closed door, seemingly lost in thought. A few moments later he sighed and finally went back to his car and drove off.

The next day it was a busy day at the office. People were running around and phones were constantly ringing.
"What's going on?" Mo Luhan asked the employee who had just entered his office looking rather flustered.
"Our shipment that was supposed to arrive yesterday has been lost, and now consumers are calling asking where their products are." The employee explained.
"Lost? What do you mean?" Mo Luhan's brows furrowed.
But before the employee could explain further, the door suddenly opened and Lin Yun Xi stepped inside and calmly walked over and sat down on the couch and began playing on her phone.
Both Mo Luhan and the employee looked surprised.
But Mo Luhan quickly collected himself and cleared his throat. "You were saying?"
"Ah?" The employee looked embarrassed, he had heard rumors about boss getting a girlfriend but he didn't believe it, but now... "Right, eh, according to the shipping company they suspect a bug in their computer system caused a typo entering the wrong shipping number. So now the shipment is lost under some unknown shipping number in one of their warehouses. They're currently looking for it by manually searching all the crates. "
Mo Luhan frowned. Last time this happened it took weeks before they found the shipment. "Alright, I get it. You can leave."
"Sorry, boss." The employee said and left the office.
After the employee left, Mo Luhan turned his attention to the girl who was quietly sitting on the couch playing on her phone. He strolled over and sat down in the armchair. "You're here."
"En." Lin Yun Xi nodded.
He had worried all night about never seeing her again after he drove her home last night. While he left her his phone number he didn't have hers. And seeing how she didn't even bother to call her father, he didn't have much hope she'd call him. And while he said she could just come by at the office, it was just on a whim, he didn't truly expect her to show up. But now here she was. It was like all the troubles in the world just disappeared when he saw her. So what if the shipment was lost, she was here and that's all that matters. But upon thinking this, he suddenly frowned. What's wrong with him? The shipment is worth millions and for every second it's missing he will loose more money not to mention all the upset consumers who'd slowly trickle away to other companies. If he couldn't solve this problem quickly his position as CEO would be threatened.
Back to thinking rationally again, he suddenly stood up. "Let's go."
Lin Yun Xi put down her phone and then the two of them left the office. Despite everyone was busy on their phones or running back and forth with papers, when everyone saw their CEO and a pretty girl in a hoodie come out of his office walking side by side, they all stopped and looked at the two of them like meerkats. And once they had left, those who were less busy immediately began gossiping, and soon details about what happened the day before when the receptionist was fired became common knowledge.
They drove to one of the warehouses of the shipping company and just as he expected, only one person was tasked with looking for their lost shipment.
Mo Luhan frowned. But he couldn't really blame them. They had thousands of shipments to process and all their employees were busy. And they couldn't let anyone go through their warehouses as it was a matter of security and privacy.
Mo Luhan and Lin Yun Xi stepped inside the office. There were only a few desks and computers, after all this was just a warehouse and not the shipping company's head office.
Mo Luhan greeted the manager and asked to have a look on the computer, which the old man agreed to. He was hoping that perhaps he could see something they might've missed.
As he browsed through the various windows and compared the shipping numbers, Lin Yun Xi stood behind him and glanced over his shoulder.
"Ah!" Lin Yun Xi suddenly exclaimed.
Mo Luhan turned his head and was shocked at how close to him she was. Her face was right over his shoulder and he almost kissed her when he turned his head. His heart began beating as he cleared his throat, "Did you find something?"
Lin Yun Xi nodded and turned to face him only to see him looking back at her. They were so close their breaths intermingled. She immediately blushed and her mind went into complete mess of noise. She couldn't form a single concrete thought or remember what she was doing.
Mo Luhan looked into her eyes. Even he was lost for a moment before he collected himself. However, when he saw her still completely lost, he grew a little concerned. He moved back a little and then grabbed her shoulders, "Are you okay?"
