These robots that they have here remind Wanderer of the mechanical beings in Teyvat.
Although the robots here were fragile, they were made for students to fight against afterall…
Using his wind abilities, he soared through the air, sending wind blades to slice through the large machines, while using strong compressed shots of wind to knock back any machine.
He needed to learn to subdue, he had a feeling that the people here would be too… fragile.
The physical education uniform was quite comfortable.
He opted that his wind blades would be used for stronger enemies while he would use compressed air bullets and his knowledge on CQC to take care of any weaker attackers.
His flight abilities were improving, being able to fly through the fake city, making tight turns and going through obstacles without much issue.
He figured he would pass this exam with ease but he had to be alert in case there was a variable that he didn't consider.
The day of thee exam came.
Finally, he was getting impatient but they probably had to prepare the whole examination for him.
Wanderer was taken via car to a stadium where his examination will take place.
In the car next to him was the principal. "... Is there anything I should know about this exam?" Wanderer asked as he looked out the window.
His "hero costume" was basically a blend of his outfit and some modern touches for protection and comfortability.
Under his outfit was his black long sleeve turtleneck, it was more comfortable than the one he wore before and he had some arm guards that matched his outfit, he also changed his shorts to some black pants and boots with shin guards for protection.
Nothing heavy, just something to keep him protected.
"You will be focusing on the three aspects of heroism." Nezu started to explain. "First will be your written exam, focusing on you knowledge of laws and regulations as well as some history. I expect that you already have that covered."
Wanderer let out a small grunt, he spent a lot of time studying this new world.
"Next will be a test for combat and rescue." Nezu continued. "I believe that the purpose for those two tests should be obvious."
Wanderer married his eyes, fighting the villain on site as well as keeping civilians safe from harm and rescuing them when they're in a bind. Something he's done in the past but to this extent, he'll have to watch his step.
"I will be fine." He responded as they arrived at their destination.
Let the test begin.
"He's… efficient." A representative from the HPSC stated as she watched the monitor showing the young man fly around the mock city, saving the actors who they hired while fighting the villains who were just men under the HPSC acting as villains.
The young man moved through the city with a grace that made it seem as though he owned the wind itself. He soared effortlessly between towering buildings, his body gliding through the air as he manipulated the currents around him. With a flick of his wrist, he summoned powerful gusts that lifted stranded civilians from dangerous heights, gently guiding them down to safety.
As he flew, he conjured sharp blades of wind that sliced through the air with precision, obliterating robots that had begun to wreak havoc in the streets. Each blade struck true, dismantling the metallic foes in an instant.
In a fluid motion, he turned his attention to a nearby fire hydrant, targeting it with another swift gesture. The hydrant burst open, and water gushed forth in a spectacular spray. Without missing a beat, he redirected the rushing water, weaving it through the air with the same currents he had summoned earlier.
With expert control, he guided the torrent toward a nearby burning building, where flames licked at the walls and smoke billowed into the sky. The water sprinkled against the fire, steam rising as it extinguished the flames, saving the structure from further damages.
His written test scores were 100, perfect in everything.
His rescue manners were not the best, he didn't smile so much neither did Endeavour. But at least he did his best to comfort the civilian who was in trouble.
"I am glad you think so, he's clever and has an amazing handle on his quirk." Nezu responded as he took a sip of his tea.
"To use one of your favors on him, why go so far?" The representative asked, such a quirk wouldn't have gone under their radar.
"Well, favors are used for situations like this, is it not? Besides, I saw a dazzling potential in him. All I did was gave him an opportunity." Nezu chuckled and briefly explained. "Is it safe to say that he's passed his tests?"
The representative looked as the young man hovered over the defeated villains and scanned the area.
"... There is still his interview."
"Of course!" Nezu smiled as he sipped on his tea.

Wanderer sat in the quiet, sterile office, his eyes fixed on the woman across from him. She exuded authority, her sharp gaze scanning through a file that was far too thin for her liking. Beside her, a man stood still, his posture stiff—a bodyguard, nothing more.
"My name is Tanaka Akari," the woman finally said, her voice calm but carrying an undertone of control. "I'm a representative from the Hero Public Safety Commission."
The HPSC. Nezu had warned him about them—an organization eager to put powerful individuals under their thumb. He'd need to tread carefully here.
Tanaka's eyes flicked to his file again before looking directly at him. "Your file is... lacking. Is there something you're hiding?"
"No," Wanderer replied, his voice smooth and unbothered.
"Well, if you could answer a few questions, that would be helpful." Her smile was thin and forced, barely masking her suspicion.
"I'll answer what I can," he said, leaning back slightly.
"Good." She glanced at the paper. "Your name is Wanderer. Is that your birth name?"
"I was never given a name at birth," Wanderer responded without hesitation.
Tanaka's brow furrowed. "So, you were an orphan?"
"You could say that." He shrugged, keeping his expression neutral. Her eyes narrowed.
"And did you have any foster family?" She made a quick note, likely planning to dig deeper into that.
Wanderer paused for a moment. "…Once. They're no longer here." His tone remained calm, but there was a weight behind his words.
"Oh, I'm sorry to hear that." Tanaka offered a sympathetic frown, but quickly moved on, her fingers flipping through the pages again. "You have no listed address. Are you currently homeless?"
"No, I've been staying with Principal Nezu for the past few months," Wanderer replied.
"I see." She set the file down and met his gaze. "Why do you want to become a hero?"
For the first time, Wanderer's expression softened, just slightly. "…I've suffered, and I don't want anyone else to go through what I did."
Tanaka tilted her head, intrigued. "I understand. Well, your test scores were flawless, and your physical exam was exceptional." Her eyes gleamed with interest. "We're prepared to grant you your hero license, but… we'd like to make you an offer."
Wanderer raised an eyebrow, curious but wary.
"Having a license means you'll work as an independent hero," Tanaka explained, her smile becoming more genuine. "But we'd prefer if you worked directly for the HPSC. Under our supervision."
Wanderer's response was immediate and firm. "I refuse."
The smile on Tanaka's face faltered, replaced by a look of surprise. "Are you sure? You'll—"
"I apologize, but no," Wanderer cut her off, his tone polite but unyielding. "I prefer to work on my own. I have my own goals, and I need the freedom to pursue them."
Tanaka's eyes sharpened. "And what, exactly, are those goals?"
Wanderer met her gaze, unblinking. "That's my business, Tanaka-san."
Suspicion flickered in her eyes as she studied him, clearly dissatisfied with how little information she'd gathered. 'Truly suspicious,' she thought. 'In any other case, this lack of transparency would mean rejection... but Nezu's favor ties our hands.' With a sigh, she stood up and extended her hand. "Very well. I hope to see you thrive, Wanderer."
Wanderer rose to his feet, taking her hand in a brief, firm shake. "Thank you."
As he left the office, Tanaka's eyes lingered on the door, her mind already working on how to keep him in their sights.

"Come on! Keep up Izuku!" Katsuki Bakugo, a blond 4 year old, grinned as he ran ahead of his friend.
Izuku Midoriya, a boy the same age with green hair and freckles, ran after him. "Wait for me Kaachan!"
"Don't go too far boys!" Inko Midoriya shouted as she and Mitsuki Bakugo, the mothers of the two boys, followed behind them.
"Ah relax Inko-chan, they'll be fine." Mitsuki assured her as they walked through the shopping district, it wasn't very crowded and they could see their kids just fine.
"I know but I still worry." Inko sighed as she kept her eyes on her son.
Suddenly, the door of a jewelry store burst open with a large shark-like man and a man with lava arms, the shark carrying bags of stolen goods.
The villains landed in front of the two young boys.
"IZUKU!" "KATSUKI!" The mothers, now panicked, ran forward to help but were stopped by other security guards. "We can't let you get closer!" The guard told them
"THAT'S MY SON! KATSUKI! RUN!" Mitsuki reached out.
"IZUKU!" Inko cried as the two boys stepped back.
===========================
"Oh, it's just a bunch of brats." The shark man grinned maliciously, his sharp teeth gleaming in the dim light. "We could use them as hostages." The man beside him mirrored his expression, reaching out with a wicked gleam in his eyes.
"Damn these scums!" someone cursed in the crowd. "Are there any heroes around?" The murmurs of panic spread among the onlookers as guards held people back, preventing anyone from approaching the scene.
Suddenly, a powerful ball of wind erupted between the villains and the children, sending dust swirling into the air and obscuring the view.
The two boys coughed, raising their arms to shield their eyes from the gritty storm.
"That wind is so strong," Izuku gasped, squinting as he tried to catch a glimpse of the source.
"Is it All Might?" Katsuki asked, wiping dust from his eyes and straining to see.
As the wind began to settle, it revealed a figure standing tall amidst the swirling debris. Wanderer tipped his hat, a confident smirk playing on his lips.
The boys stared in awe as the enigmatic hero faced the villains without an ounce of fear.
"Oh, shit! It's a hero!" The shark man stepped back, momentarily taken aback.
"Heh, I've never seen you before! You must be a newbie! DIE!" The other villain roared, summoning lava from his arms, grabbing a rock, and imbuing it with molten heat before hurling it at Wanderer.
With a swift motion, Wanderer caught the rock mid-air as it cooled instantly beneath his wind imbued grip. He crushed it effortlessly, the sound echoing like thunder. "You guys are pathetic," he taunted, lifting his head to meet their stunned expressions. "Now perish."
With a powerful swing of his arms, he sent the two villains soaring into the sky, following them in a swift arc. Once he reached their level, he unleashed a barrage of razor-sharp wind blades and bullets, each one slicing through the air with lethal precision while keeping his foes suspended above the ground.
Within moments, the villains plummeted back to earth, battered and covered in cuts, one unconscious and the other gasping in pain.
Wanderer floated down gracefully, a small bag in his hand. He tossed it to a nearby security guard. "Have that returned," he ordered, his voice steady.
Turning to the side, he spotted the two boys being reunited with their mothers. A small pang hit his chest as it reminded him of- Shaking his head, he walk over and kneel before them. "You two alright?" he asked, his tone softening.
"You were awesome!" Katsuki exclaimed, his grin wide enough to show off his excitement.
"Thank you," the mother with green hair said, bowing her head in gratitude.
"C-can I have your autograph?" Izuku stammered, eagerly holding out a notebook.
Wanderer blinked, momentarily taken aback; he had never signed anything before. He took the notebook, carefully scribbling his name before handing it back. "Take care and be careful," he said with a warm smile.
"Wait! What's your name?" Katsuki excitedly ask, eyes gleaming with curiosity.
Wanderer paused, then replied, "The Wind Hero: Wanderer." With that, he shot up into the sky, leaving the boys staring after him in awe.
Izuku watched, eyes sparkling, then glanced down at the notebook. "My First Signature, Wanderer," he read aloud, his heart swelling with excitement.
Meanwhile, Wanderer flew over several buildings before landing gracefully in front of a sleek black car, where Nezu waited, a smile on his face.
"My, just twenty minutes after getting your license, and you're already jumping into action," Nezu remarked, his tone light.
"No one else was doing anything; they were either too slow or didn't care," Wanderer replied, rolling his eyes as he removed his hat and slid into the car.
"In any case, we have much to discuss now that you have your license," Nezu said, shifting his gaze to the road.
"Joy…" the puppet responded sarcastically, his mind already racing with thoughts of searching way back home.
