The story starts with a significant event in Qingqing City, China, where a baby was born emitting a radiant light—the first documented case of a quirk, or special power, in a human. This event signaled the dawn of a new era for humanity.

Six years have passed, and now it's **2006**. I, Isamu Shigaraki, am four years old. To some, I am known as All For One, and I am a reincarnated soul. Currently, I live with my brother, Yoichi Shigaraki, and my mother, Reiko Shigaraki, in a two-bedroom apartment with a bathroom, kitchen, and living room.

Reiko: "Kids, today we're going to the doctor to see if you have quirks or not."

He handed me 100 yen, and I replied:

Isamu: "Give me your baby's hand, and you'll see."

The man gave me the baby's hand, and I closed my eyes, focusing my energy to extract the quirk. Gradually, the baby's head lost its hammer shape.

Then I heard bells ringing in my head. When I opened my eyes, I saw a golden screen.
