Machine Man 78 After math.

In Fury's personal office aboard the Hellicarrier, Natasha Romanoff sat at the desk, finalizing her report regarding the Foot Clan, under the watchful eye of Director Fury himself. They had learned about the clan's plan and its connection with Sacks Industries, detailing how they intended to poison New York. However, they remained in the dark about the specifics of their methods and any other nefarious plans they might have. The room exuded sleek utilitarianism, with holographic displays and advanced technology adorning the walls.

As Natasha's phone buzzed with an incoming call from Alex, she glanced up at Fury, who raised an eyebrow in silent inquiry. With a nod of approval from the director, Natasha accepted the call, her sultry voice ringing out from Alex's phone.

"What can I do for you, Alex?" she asked, her tone laced with intrigue.

Meanwhile, aboard his Predator ship, Alex without the Arkham helmet, sat in one of the private rooms, away from the hustle and bustle of the ship's main operations and the rowdy Teenage Turtles. His surroundings were dimly lit, with the hum of machinery filling the air as he prepared to make the call.

Alex's voice crackled through the line, "Finally, you picked up," he remarked, his tone seemed tired from waiting.

Natasha's lips curved into a playful smile as she leaned back in her chair. "Oh, why are you calling for? Do you miss me?" she teased, her voice laced with flirtation.

Alex chuckled softly, though his tone remained enigmatic. "Maybe," he replied coyly, the hint of a smirk evident in his voice. "But that is not why I called in. I have news for you."

Natasha leaned back in her chair, curiosity piqued. "Go on," she urged, her interest piqued.

Alex wasted no time in getting to the point. "Do you know about Oroku Saki, the leader of the Foot Clan?" he inquired.

Natasha's brow furrowed in thought. "Yes, I'm familiar," she replied cautiously. "Why do you ask?"

Before she could delve further, Alex dropped a bombshell. "They've been defeated by Specter," he revealed, his words sending shockwaves through the room. "I know Fury is listening, so listen carefully…"

Fury, who had been observing the exchange, couldn't help but frown since Alex seemed to have find out that he was listening, but it seems the matter is serious so he will let it go for now. "I'm here," he interjected, his voice commanding. "Tell us everything."

Alex's urgent tone. "You might not know but, I've been tracking Specter's movements using my Satellite," he explained, his voice carrying a hint of tension. "His ship's cloaking ability is undetectable even with my technology, but I managed to pinpoint his location."

"With his ship now decloaked, I saw him attack one of Shredder's compounds," Alex continued, his words carrying a weight of significance. "He was able to easily dismantle their operation, but you know what shocked me."

Natasha leaned in closer, anticipation evident in her eyes. "What happen?" she asked.

"It's better if I show you," Alex replied cryptically. "Hacking into their computer, I managed to retrieve a video." With swift precision, he initiated the playback, and the screen flickered to life, displaying a scene from within the compound.

The video showed Stacks engaged in conversation with an unidentified individual, their features obscured from view by clever camera angles. But the camera was able to capture Stacks fully and their conversation.

Eric Sacks leaned forward eagerly, his eyes alight with anticipation. "Say that again. I want to hear your voice," he urged, a hint of excitement in his voice.

Leo, undeterred, repeated his question with a note of determination. "For what?" he pressed, his gaze fixed on Eric.

With a rumble of satisfaction, Eric launched into his explanation, his words dripping with confidence. "Wow. Well, uh, we had this plan. A plan that we're ready to put back online today," he began, gesturing animatedly. "I'll show you. Karai, um... Show them."

As he spoke, a young woman with purple highlights in her hair, identified as Karai, stepped forward, a sinister glint in her eyes. Without hesitation, she seized one of the ninjas and forced a gasmask which expunge toxin into his mouth, a cruel smirk playing on her lips as she watched him succumb to its effects.

Undeterred by the gruesome display, Eric continued his explanation, his voice filled with conviction. "That kinda bad," he admitted. "In a few hours, Shredder is going to unleash all that stuff over the whole city. The initial death toll will shake world governments to their core."

He leaned back, a satisfied smile curling his lips. "But that's where my company comes in. I'm going to save everyone with the antidote made from the mutagen that is oozing through your blood," he declared, his eyes gleaming with greed. "The government will then send Sacks Industry a blank check, and I'm going to be rich. Like, stupid rich."

His gaze turned steely as he outlined his ultimate goal. "Shredder will force this city to live under our rule. We will be gods," he proclaimed, his voice ringing with the certainty of his impending triumph.

Fury, seeing this, quickly got up and asked Alex, "Where are they now?", his gaze fixed on the display.

Alex's voice crackled through the comm line, a calm reassurance in his tone. "No need to be alarmed," he assured them. "As I said, they have already been defeated. Specter just called the police. If you don't want to be late, I suggest you use your fastest plane and get there. I'll send you the location."

Fury nodded, his expression grave as he processed the information. "Natasha, take some of our agents and use the quinjets to go to the scene," he ordered, his voice firm with authority.

As Natasha swiftly departed to mobilize the team, Fury turned his attention to one of his agents who stood nearby, awaiting instructions. "Did you see if Alex was in his office?" he inquired, his brow furrowed with concern.

The agent, tasked with monitoring Alex's activities, nodded in affirmation. "Yes, Director. He just made an untraceable call a while ago, but he has not moved from his office," he reported, his voice crisp and efficient.

Fury's mind raced with possibilities, a sense of unease settling in the pit of his stomach. It seemed his suspicions about Alex and Specter being one and the same were unfounded, but he couldn't shake the feeling that something wasn't right.

Ending the conversation with the agent, Fury turned his attention back to the holographic display, his thoughts consumed by the need to reach out to Specter and potentially recruit him for the Avengers Initiative. As he plotted his next move, the hum of machinery filled the air, a constant reminder of the ever-present threats they faced.

Back to the Predator Scout Ship, inside one of the private rooms, Specter sat at the control panel, his cybernetic fingers deftly navigating the holographic interface as he reviewed the data from the recent encounter with Shredder. Skynet, the loyal Digital companion's projection hovered nearby, its glowing blue form pulsating with curiosity.

"So, did we manage to copy Shredder's techniques?" Specter inquired, his voice calm but determined.

Skynet, processing the information, responded, "About 95%, Father. However, the turtles interrupted the fight, breaking the sequence before we could fully analyze his moves."

The room fell silent for a moment, the weight of the disrupted encounter hanging in the air. Though Specter had removed his helmet, his features remained stern. "Yes, I was hoping to acquire insights into the ancient techniques of the Foot Clan or any other hidden skills Shredder might possess," he added. "But unfortunately, the interruption forced us to end the fight prematurely, if only we have a bit more time. I might have been able to force him to his limit..."

Skynet replied feeling the same for the miss opportunity, "There is always the next time, the plan is already set for the next encounter."

As they discussed the events of the encounter, Specter formulate future plans and other course of action which could help him with the troubles coming ahead. It was here that Skynet became curious and asked, "Why are we recording human martial arts?" she interjected, its synthesized voice cutting through the room, its curiosity piqued.

Specter paused, considering the question carefully before responding. "There's a human from another universe, who possesses remarkable skill in martial arts. He's able to hold his own against opponents much stronger than him, relying solely on his willpower and mastery of martial arts. I'm recording any martial art techniques for analysis, in case we ever encounter someone with similar abilities who might have evil intention towards us."

As the conversation ended, Alex now fully equip in his futuristic Arkham Armor, set foot to meet his new found allies. In the bright corridors of Specter's Predator ship, the atmosphere was tense yet relieved, the glow of screens illuminating the faces of the gathered individuals. April, her expression determined, turned her gaze to Specter, her voice filled with urgency. "So how are we going to deal with them?" she inquired, gesturing towards the defeated and bound adversaries displayed on the screen.

Specter, emerging from one of the rooms, exuded an air of calm confidence as he responded, "I've contacted the police. They should be here soon. We'll just wait for them, and then we can go."

Leo, the authoritative leader of the turtles, interjected with concern. "We appreciate your help, but we cannot be seen by humans. They might attack us," he explained, casting a reassuring glance at April. "No offense, April. I don't mean all humans are like that."

April, understanding Leo's sentiment, replied with a nod. "None taken," she assured him. Specter turned to the turtles, his demeanor calm yet authoritative. "You can remain on the ship while I deal with the authorities," he reassured them, his voice steady and reassuring.

The turtles exchanged glances, silently acknowledging Specter's directive. Leo, ever the cautious one, nodded in agreement. "We'll stay put," he affirmed, his tone indicating trust in Specter's judgment.

Specter, unfazed by the potential danger, handed a USB drive to April, his demeanor relaxed. "Here's the proof. You can use this to get back to your work," he said, his voice tinged with assurance. "And I've called in some favors to ensure you'll be safe returning to your job. Everything should be okay."

April, intrigued by Specter's resources, couldn't help but ask, "How?" Specter's lips curled into a knowing smile. "I am rich," he stated simply, his tone tinged with amusement.

Rolling her eyes in playful exasperation, April chuckled softly. "Oh right, I forgot you're rich," she remarked, her voice filled with wry humor.

Mikey, ever the cheerful one, couldn't resist chiming in. "Mr. Specter Sir?" he queried, a hint of curiosity in his voice. Specter turned to face Michael Angelo, a slight smile tugging at the corners of his lips. "Specter is fine," he replied, his tone firm yet friendly. "No need for formalities."

Mikey's smile widened at the response. "Specter, right, right," he acknowledged with a nod. "How is our master? Is he doing okay?" Specter's expression softened as he considered Mikey's question. "Let's check," he decided, turning his attention to the ship's AI. "Skynet, status on Splinter, please."

Donatello, ever the analytical one, couldn't help but interject. "Skynet, as in the AI from Terminator?" he questioned, his curiosity piqued.

Suddenly, a digital projection materialized before them, depicting a young girl in a Victorian dress, her features bathed in a soft red hue. "Please don't compare me with that genocidal maniac," the projection remarked with a hint of annoyance. "I am far evolve to have any concern with low life meat bags, and I am more sophisticated than she could ever dream of."

Leo's eyes widened in amazement at the sight before him. "Amazing, she is so… life like." he murmured in awe, his gaze fixed on the facial expression displayed by the hologram display of Skynet.

Skynet, unfazed by Leo's reaction, gestured for them to follow. "Follow me," she instructed, her voice echoing softly in the chamber. "Your master should be waking up in a moment."

Specter nodded in acknowledgment. "Go on," he urged Skynet. "It seems our visitors are here. I'll meet with them." With that, he turned on his heel and made his way out of the chamber, leaving the turtles and April to follow Skynet to check on their beloved master.

As the Quinjet soared through the air, its sleek frame cutting through the clouds, Natasha Romanoff, accompanied by a team of armed agents, scanned the horizon for any signs of Specter's presence. Spotting him standing tall amidst a sea of unconscious Mercenaries and Foot Clan members, while Oroko Saki and Eric Sacks are at his feet, she signaled for the jet to descend.

The tension was palpable as the Quinjet touched down, its engines humming softly as the ramp lowered. Natalia emerged, her expression serious and her senses on high alert. Behind her, the agents stood at the ready, their weapons poised for action.

Specter, unfazed by the armed presence, greeted Natasha with a sardonic remark. "Black Widow of SHIELD, you are late," he observed, his tone laced with amusement.

Natasha's brow furrowed at the implication that Specter had anticipated their arrival. "What do you mean, late?" she inquired, her voice edged with suspicion.

Specter's response was cryptic yet revealing. "I let my ship float in the air for all to see," he explained casually, "and I knew you SHIELD would come running."

Natasha nodded, acknowledging the strategy. "What happened here?" she pressed, her gaze flickering to the unconscious figures at Specter's feet.

Without a word, Specter tossed something towards Natasha, prompting the agents behind her to raise their weapons in readiness. Natasha quickly raised her hand, signaling for them to stand down, before catching the object mid-air.

It was a USB drive, and as Natasha examined it, Specter's words echoed in her mind. "All details are in there," he had said.

Realization dawned on Natasha as she realized the significance of Specter's gesture. He had just provided SHIELD with the information they needed, a gesture of goodwill amidst the chaos of the situation.

Alex had already destroyed everything concerning the turtles, every data concerning about them have been scrap and wipe out. The only thing remaining are Shredders plans, even the toxin formula has been wipe out. But he was sure they will easily find out about them with the foot clan under their custody.

As Specter turned to leave, Natasha couldn't help but call out to him, her voice cutting through the tense atmosphere. "Wait!" she exclaimed, her eyes fixed on the enigmatic figure before her.

Specter paused, his gaze shifting back to Natasha as she approached him. In his Specter guise, Alex stood before her, his expression unreadable beneath the mask.

"Why are you doing all this?" Natasha pressed, her curiosity getting the better of her.

"To prepare for war," came Specter's cryptic reply, his voice low and resolute.

Natasha furrowed her brow, puzzled by his response. "War with who?" she inquired, her tone tinged with concern.

Specter's gaze hardened as he met Natasha's eyes. "Those who are not from Earth," he stated simply, his words hanging in the air like an ominous warning.

The revelation sent a chill down Natasha's spine it seems Specter is well aware about Alines as well, which is not her major concern right now. "If you're doing this for Earth, why not work with us?" she suggested, her voice laced with urgency.

Specter shook his head, his resolve unwavering. "With SHIELD? No, not until you fix your problems," he replied, his tone firm and decisive.

Natasha bristled at the implication, her mind racing with questions. "What do you mean, problems?" she pressed, determined to uncover the truth.

But Specter remained silent, his enigmatic demeanor leaving Natasha with more questions than answers. Undeterred, she continued her line of questioning, probing for any hint of his origins.

"Are you from Earth?" she asked, her voice tinged with uncertainty.

Specter's response was cryptic yet revealing. "I was born and raised on this planet," he replied, his words laden with meaning.

Before Natasha could inquire further, Specter vanished into thin air, leaving her standing alone in the aftermath of their encounter.

Regaining her composure, Natasha quickly rallied the SHIELD agents, issuing orders to secure the perimeter and gather evidence. With Specter gone, their focus shifted to the task at hand, determined to unravel the mysteries surrounding his enigmatic presence and the looming threat he had forewarned of.
