Chapter 21: Change of Plan

Somewhere in Westchester mansion.

Andy, Colleen and Raven were having a lunch.

Raven is happily eating food, its been so long since she tasted delicious food.

"Eat slowly little Raven." Colleen O'Brien said smiling while caressing her head, she's really liking this child.

"Hehe..." Raven just giggled sweetly and continued to eat.

Andy also looking at them feeling really happy, a night passed since Raven accepted the symbiote.

Although unlike his expectation, the golden finger didn't unlock a new function.

Nevertheless, he is still overjoyed to obtained her ability.

Just like his intuition, Raven ability really gave him a pleasantly surprise, something really useful for his future plans.

You can say that because of her ability, Andy overall strategy will be changed or adjusted.

Because of that, other than meeting Steve Rogers, Bucky Barnes will also be on his list.

After finishing breakfast, they rest in living room for digestion.

Andy asked Colleen. "Where is Steve Roger right now?"

"He is back to New York City just this morning, he also forged another false enlisment card trying to past the recruitment." Colleen answered while hugging Raven in her arms.

"So today is the faithful day huh..." Andy said thoughtfully, tonight will be the day when Dr. Abraham Erskine will met Steve Rogers.

"Hmm???" Colleen's head full of question mark, not understanding what he meant.

"Nothing... Ok, we are going out now dear, be careful."

Andy stand up to kiss Colleen to say goodbye.

"Ok dear, you too... be careful." Colleen smiled.

"Let's go, little Raven." Andy called out Raven who is feeling sleepy.

"Where are we going big brother?" Raven leave from Colleen embrace, suddely feeling full of energy.

"We are going New York City to visit a friend." Andy said.

"Yaaay!" Raven jump up and used her ability, her body suddenly become smaller and smaller till she become a little furry white animal.

Raven succesfully used her new ability and she transformed into a white cat.

From human to a cat, Raven mutant ability was strengthened by symbiote.

She jump to Andy's arms and he hold her carefully, while going out of the mansion.

"Goodbye sister Colleen, meow~" Raven bid farewell to Colleen with her milky voice.

"Ohhhh, so cute! goodbye little raven" Colleen waved her hand, wishing to run after them and hug her again.

In the X-Men Cinematic Universe, Raven shapeshfting ability can alter her cell at will, allowing her to change her appearance into any living being, including voice, height, weight and physique.

She can also copy the target's fingerprint, retina pattern and DNA, she can even copy the physical ability of Wolverine when they fought in the movie.

Unfortunately she can only copy his bone claw, not the claw made of Adamantium even though she can mimic artificial materials like clothing and jewelry, she was also capable of shapeshifting into convincing mini Statue of Liberty.

Other than the symbiote strengthen her shapeshifting ability and can now change into any animals like in the comics, her other ability like super human agility, strength and healing factor also receive a huge boost.

Being a symbiote host even solve some of her weakness like the appearance limitation, the longer time she maintains the form of someome, the greater the strain she feels and even her characteristics of mutant will show signs like her yellow eyes, and her blue skin will show up if someone touched a certain part of her body.

Now she can last longer as long as there is enough symbiote energy, even because of the enhancement of symbiote, she can also alter and conceal her bodily scent, even wolverine with sensitive nose will not detect her abnormality like in the movie.

Regrettably, she can only do superficial shapeshifting, she still cannot obtained the abilities and memory of a person she turns into.

It seemed like only Apocalypse with power bestowal or the mutant Chance with power enhancing can further strengthen Raven ability, even solving the problem of her blue skin back to normal human skin is possible.

Andy is humming joyfully while holding and caressing the furr of Raven who transformed into a white cat.

The symbiote car can drive automathically, even Tesla auto-driving will be put into shame.

With the Shapeshifting Ability, the Masque Group and even the future Black Widow legion will become even more stronger.

Too bad, the symbiote only copied Raven initial power of shapeshifting ability so they cannot change into any animal like her, and the symbiotes cell will act as the blue scale for mimicry.

Just like little Charles Xavier when the symbiote possessed and strengthen his telepathic ability by 80%, the symbiote database only obtained his initial normal power without enhancement of symbiote, meaning that Andy telephatic ability is weaker than little Charles.

After hours of travel, Andy is back to new york city again.

After finding a secluded alley, he used the illusion projection to make the car invisible if there is someone nearby.

After finding no one, he got out of the car and take back the symbiote car while holding the sleeping little Raven.

'Hmmm, where is he now?' Andy stand for a moment and thought while using mental detection to search for Steve.

He didn't find him in army recruitment office, maybe he is already watching movie in a local cinema.

'Oh, there he is.'

Andy quickly walked out of the secluded alley to meet Steve Rogers, even Bucky Barnes.

In the alley outside the cinema, two people are fighting, maybe it's right to say that a big bully is beating a shorter guy with no power to fight back.

Steve really just want to relax watching movie after another failed enlisment, now he is being beaten by some big bully because he tells him to shut up inside the cinema.

After getting knocked down, he stand up holding the cover of trash can as a shield, but the bully just snatch and pulled it from him and punched him down again.

Steve stand up again and prepare for fighting stance, while the bully taunted him he really didn't know when to give up.

Steve just replied with his famous words. "I can do this all day."

He tried to punch back but still beaten down by the bully, fortunately, Bucky Barnes arrived to rescue him and beat the bully with a punch and kick in the ass.

Bucky stepped in front of Steve and talked how he likes to be beaten, he then pick up the forged enlistment card on the ground.

The two of them suddenly looked over outside the alley when they heard a noise

"Hey, watch out." The loud jerk said while holding his face after bumping onto someone seeing the guy look strong and taller than him, he become timid and quickly walked past him.

Andy also just arrived and bumped to this loud jerk, he watched what happened earlier through mental detection but he have better plan than beating this loud jerk.

"Wait a minute." Andy called to stop him.

"What?" The loud jerk bully stop and look at him.

"Why don't you try to enlist and go to the battlefield as a soldier, what do you think?" Andy said while using mind power to hypnotize him.

"Yes, you are right... i will go to recruitment office now to fight for freedom." the loud jerk saluted to him and walked quickly to the recruitment building.

"Very well, the america needs people like you." Andy smile and nodded.

"Hey, is that you Andy?" Steve trotted in front of Andy to take a better look.

"It's really you, what's going on with that guy?" After confirming he is really Andy, Steve ask in confusion.

"That guy? it's nothing, i just enlightened him... nevermind that guy."

"How are you guys, been a long since we see each other." Andy greetes them with a smile.

Andy step forward to quick hug Steve and Bucky, but when he hugged Bucky, a symbiote emerged from his palm and quickly disappeared in his back.

After confirming that a sub-host symbiote succesfully attached to Bucky, he sighed in relief.

After greeting each other, Bucky invited them to somewhere.

"Hey Steve and Andy, why don't we go to Stark Expo to celebrate with my succesful enlisment." Bucky said to the two of them, the truth is he want to cheer up Steve.

"Ok, let's go." Andy nodded in agreement, visiting Howard Stark and witnessing Dr. Erskine recruit Steve later is also on his list.

Seeing the two of them decided, Steve has no choice but to go with them.

"Hey Andy, i just noticed that you are holding a white cat? if i remember you don't like pets" Steve ask in wonder and Bucky also look over.

"Oh... this an exception, because she is not a simple cute cat, right Raven?" Andy said while petting the head of Raven.

*Meow* Raven just meowed and purred in his arms.

Steve and Bucky just stared at him speechlessly, why it sounded so weird for him talk to a cat.

"Oh right, Bucky.... will you invite other girls tonight?" Andy ask with interest.

Now that Bonnie and Connie are part of the SSR and a members of the Westeros Family, he wondered who will he invite.

"Hehe, i will not invite other girls... i will only invite one." Bucky smile sheepishly.

"Do you even need to ask? of course it's Dolores.... Bucky and her still a couple for years, and Bucks is afraid of her so he is not thinking of messing around" Steve said with a grin, exposing Bucky embarassment.

"You... Huh!" Bucky put his arm on Steve shoulder to choke him jokingly.

"Haha, so you two were still a couple." Andy remember that Dolores, she is the first crush of Bucky mentioned in the MCU.
